通过扫描电子显微镜微观观察的方法对三酸化学抛光液中各组分对铜合金表面抛光效果的影响进行了研究.结果表明,采用微观观察法能够更直观有效地研究各组分对铜合金表面抛光效果的影响,在此基础上,获得铜合金表面最佳抛光液:磷酸200~300ml/L、硫酸200~400ml/L(磷酸+硫酸500~600ml/L)、硝酸200~250ml/L(紫铜)、40~150ml/L(黄铜)、盐酸5~15ml/L.经处理的铜合金表面不仅外观光亮、微观平整,而且铜合金表面制备的转化膜中性盐雾测试时间更长、防腐性能更好.根据扫描电子显微镜观察铜合金微观形貌获得最佳抛光液组成的方法,简单方便、准确有效 相似文献

Ni-and Cu-free Zr-Al-Co-Nb glassy alloys with different Nb and Co contents were synthesized by melt spinning and copper mold casting.The effects of Nb addition to partially replace Co in the Zr55Al20Co25 glassy alloy on the glass-forming ability,thermal properties,in-vitro biocorrosion behavior and surface wettability of the metallic glasses were investigated.Although addition of Nb up to 5 at.% slightly decreased the supercooled liquid region and the glass-forming ability(GFA),the alloys could be casted in a bulk glassy rod form with diameters up to 3mm.The Zr-Al-Co-Nb glassy alloys were spontaneously passivated with low passive current densities in phosphate buffered saline and Hanks’ solution.Substitution of "toxic" Co by Nb is effective in improved the corrosion resistance of the Zr-Al-Co glassy alloy.Water contact angle measurements showed that Nb addition increased the hydrophilicity of the glassy alloys,which may enhance cell adhesion of the alloys in biomedical applications. 相似文献

利用光学显微镜、透射电镜和能谱分析等方法对两种不同Ti含量的铁素体基Ti--Mo微合金钢中析出相的尺寸、分布特征、析出规律和成分进行了研究.结果表明:钢中绝大多数析出相为超细碳化物,尺寸小于10 nm,析出相尺寸呈正态分布.随着Ti质量分数由0.072%增到0.092%,析出粒子平均尺寸增大,分布峰值向粒子尺寸增大的方向移动.Ti--Mo微合金钢具有栅格状的相间析出方式,栅格间距受冷速的影响较大,晶内和靠近晶界处的栅格间距不同.能谱分析发现,不同尺寸的粒子Mo含量不同,较大颗粒(50 nm左右)析出相中不含Mo,小颗粒(20 nm)中碳化物是Ti和Mo的复合析出相,且随着粒子尺寸的减小,成分中Mo所占比重增大. 相似文献

This study aimed to investigate dynamic recrystallization(DRX)behavior during compression of magnesium alloy AZ31. Cylinder samples were cut from the extruded rod and hot rolled sheet AZ31 for compression test.The samples were compressed using a Gleeble 1500D at a temperature of 300℃and a strain rate of 0.01 s-1.Grain orientations and misorientation angles across grain boundaries for the tested samples were obtained by using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique.The results showed that strong basal texture was observed after 50%compression(ε=0.69)on both the extruded and hot rolled samples,which have different initial textures.It was observed that with increased strain,DRX grains gradually rotated to basal orientation,and grain boundaries with misorientation angle of near 30°was formed in the samples.At the strain of 0.69,a high fraction of high-angle(60°)boundaries was present in the extruded sample,whereas almost no high angle boundaries were observed in the hot rolled sheet sample. 相似文献

本文采用雾化沉积工艺制备了Cu-13.5wt%Sn合金;研究其轧制性能;分析其轧制机理。结果表明:与传统铸造Cu—Sn合金相比,该合金晶粒细小,组织均匀,无宏观偏析,基体为单相α—Cu组织;Sn含量从8wt.%上升到13.5wt.%;轧制后表现出良好的综合力学性能,强度和塑性随着形变量的不同在一个较宽的范围内变化,可以满足不同使用需求;具有高强度(〉800MPa)低弹性模量(~88GPa)的特点。这在晶体金属材料领域是独一无二的,可以预测该合金将会在弹性元件领域具有广泛的应用前景。 相似文献
