基于模型的多尺度间歇过程性能监控

利用神经网络对间歇过程的非线性和动态特征进行描述,神经网络的预测残差则利用多尺度主元分析进行建模,将多尺度主元分析扩展用于间歇过程的监控.这一方法突破了传统多向主元分析单模型、线性化的建模方式,是一种多模型非线性建模方法.它利用小波将每一残差信号分解为各个尺度上的近似部分和细节部分,而主元分析则用于分别建立各个尺度上的统计模型.通过对实际工业链霉素发酵过程数据的分析,表明文中所提出的方法与传统的多向主元分析方法相比,能够更早地发现故障,获得更好的监控性能.

Condensation of Water Vapor on Waterproof Breathable Fabrics

Condensation occurs when the local vapor pressure rises above the saturation vapor pressure at the local temperature in theory. A new measuring apparatus were made to obtain temperature and relative humidity simultaneously for the purpose of investigating the mechanism of condensation occurred on the fabrics. The experiment conducted at the standard condition of temperature of 20℃ and relative humidity of 65%. The result obtained from experiment showed that condensation could occur under the situation closed to saturation line as the temperature on fabric may be lower than dew point of water vapor in the measuring box depending on the experiment conducted at an ambient environment temperature of 20℃ The range of fabrics studied showed that PTFE laminated fabrics except nylon gingham PTFE laminated fabric facilitates the loss of water vapor and therefore prevent condensation. It is necessary to develop studies from a wide range of fabrics, especially breathable fabrics and under bad experiment conditio

State Fusion Estimation for Multilevel Multisensor System

Based on the single sensor Kalman filtering equations, this paper presents two-level and three-level optimal centralized and distributed estimation algorithms for hierarchical multisensor systems. The solution shows that when the correlated matrix, the mean of noise, the control input, and the measurement error are all zero, the result in this paper turns out to be the standard algorithm discussed. Simulation shows that the mean of noise, the control input, and the measurement error will not change the estimation covariance and the estimation covariance fluctuates greatly when the cross-correlated matrix is similar to the covariance of process noise.

人工细胞神经网络(CNN)的硬件实现

本文主要研究用集成运放实现人工细胞神经网络(CNN)的问题,改进了由L.O.Chua(蔡少棠)提出的单细胞人工CNN电路。从巳实现的4×4CNN电路及CNN连通片检测电路看,其性能达到了预期要求。     

两价重金属阳离子透过阳离子交换膜选择透过性的研究

本文研究了电渗析过程中两份重金属阳离子Cu~(2 ),Co~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Zn~(2 )等对基准离子Mg~(2 )透过国产聚乙烯异相阳膜的选择透过系数,它们在膜内的淌度比以及它们在膜内的选择吸附系数;试验研究了Cu~(2 ),Co~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Zn~(2 )等分别和Mg~(2 )组成的混合溶液体系中二价重金属离子的电渗析脱盐和浓缩特性。结果表明,Cu~(2 ),Co~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Zn~(2 )等对Mg~(2 )透过阳膜的选择透过性系数、在膜内的淌度比均稍大于1,而在膜内的选择吸附系数均稍小于1,亦即Cu~(2 ),Co~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Zn~(2 )等离子在电渗析过程中透过阳膜的选择透过性、淌度和在膜内的选择吸附系数均与Mg~(2 )相当。

强冷空气影响下的强对流天气对比分析

2007年5月和2006年6月两次相似的强对流天气给浙江省带来了强烈的雷雨大风和短时冰雹天气,这两次过程最主要的特征表现在中高层蕴含深厚的冷空气条件,而低层存在浅薄的暖湿气流.综合运用雷达卫星及NCEP实况资料,对比分析了强对流发生发展的环境条件、云图及回波特征,进而揭示出此类天气的主要特点和可预报性.分析发现,925 hPa的切变线形成中尺度触发机制,对预报雷暴的发展走向具有不可忽视的作用;冷空气南下造成的冷暖平流交汇是触发对流的主要原因;云图上,云系移动前方形成较大的亮温梯度,后方形成干涌边界;雷达回波中表现出阵风锋的影响,这些都是地面灾害性大风产生的主要征兆.另外,强回波对应较大的风向切变区和悬挂回波是冰雹产生的重要特征.
