预变形对7N01铝合金力学性能及显微结构的影响

采用力学性能测量和显微结构表征和工艺调控等手段,系统研究了预变形加时效的组合工艺对7N01铝合金力学性能和显微结构的影响.研究表明:与单一的变形强化工艺和单一的时效强化工艺相比,合适的形变时效工艺能大幅提高材料的性能.本实验采用10%预变形后120℃再时效,合金的屈服强度可以达到430 MPa,抗拉强度可以达到470MPa,延伸率仍然保持在14%.随着预变形量的增加,合金的强度先上升后下降,采用过大的变形量反而不利于优化材料力学性能;变形引入的位错会对后续时效强化中纳米析出相颗粒的种类、尺寸和分布等产生关键作用,从而影响材料最终的综合力学性能.     

Spectrofluorimetric determination of magnesium (II) with 7-(8-Hydroxy-3, 6-disulfonaphthylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid

A new fluorescent reagent, 7-(8-hydroxy-3, 6-disulfonaphthylazo)-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (HDNHQ) for the determination of magnesium has been developed. It reacted with magnesium to form a 1∶1 fluorescent complex withλ _ex/λ _em immediately at room temperature in ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer (pH 10.7). A linear relationship was obtained in the magnesium concentration range of 0–160 ng·mL⁻¹ with the detection limit of 0.04 ng·mL⁻¹. The proposed method was simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been successfully applied to the determination of trace magnesium in blood serum with recoveries of 103.75% and 98.16%, respectively. 快速诱导细胞凋亡方法探讨

[目的]利用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡在基础研究、疾病诊断及预后预测及评价中具有重要的应用价值.补偿调节所需的单阳染色管的制备,是流式细胞术检测凋亡过程的一个重要步骤.探讨了快速诱导不同细胞系和原代细胞凋亡的方法,优化用于检测细胞凋亡的流式单阳染色管快速制备.[方法](1)分别用100μmol/L H_2O_2、体积分数4%多聚甲醛、75%乙醇和反复冻融的方法处理293T细胞15 min、30 min、1 h, Annexin V-PE/7-AAD双标记流式检测293T细胞凋亡率.(2)体积分数1%乙醇、5%乙醇、10%乙醇和20%乙醇处理293T细胞、RAW264.7细胞、HeLa细胞、T细胞和B细胞1 min,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况.[结果](1)293T细胞经100μmol/L H_2O_2、体积分数4%多聚甲醛、75%乙醇和反复冻融法处理后,几乎所有细胞均处于凋亡状态.(2)293T细胞、RAW264.7细胞、T细胞和B细胞用1%乙醇处理1 min, HeLa细胞用20%乙醇处理1 min,可出现较明显的凋亡现象.[结论]细胞凋亡实验时,根据细胞的生长特性,可选择体积分数1%～20%的乙醇诱导1 min,作为制备单阳染色管的最佳方案.     

下寺湾油区延长组长7油层湖底扇沉积特征

下寺湾油田三叠系延长组长7油层在深湖相泥岩中发育巨厚的含油浊积砂体,拓宽了油气勘探领域。长7油层组主要发育浊积扇沉积中扇亚相、外扇亚相,中扇亚相可以识别出辫状水道、水道间漫溢、无水道席状砂等微相,其中辫状水道是主要的储集砂体;长7浊积扇为三角洲前缘分流河道沉积物继续滑落至深湖区形成的湖底扇沉积,受控于湖盆底形及其前缘分流河道,呈宽缓带状东北-西南向展布。对鄂尔多斯盆地东南部长7油层浊积沉积体系特征,垂向演化规律和有利储积砂体的分布规律研究,对指导和加快长7油层油气勘探具有重要意义。     

瓜环对卷烟主流烟气中焦油、烟碱的截留作用研究

本文利用气相色谱法考察了瓜环Q[5]、Q[6]、Q[8]及混合瓜环Q[n]对卷烟主流烟气中焦油、烟碱的截留作用,结果表明空腔较大的瓜环对焦油、烟碱有明显的截留作用,截留效率随瓜环空腔尺寸及用量的增加而增大。当瓜环用量为20 mg时,Q[8]和Q[n]对焦油、烟碱的截留分别达到46.1%、60.3%和32.5%、40.8%.     

基于ARM7的叉车自动变速电子控制单元设计

文章采用工程易于实现的模糊控制方法,进行了基于ARM7的叉车自动变速电子控制单元设计。软件设计中移植了嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,采用多任务程序的设计方法,利用自主开发的电子控制单元对某国产5～10t叉车装车并进行实车试验。试验结果表明,叉车自动变速电子控制单元可自动识别载荷和运行工况,采用相应的控制策略有效地改善了换挡平顺性和车辆安全性。     

Q235钢表面激光熔覆Cr_7C_3的性能研究

利用激光熔覆技术将摩尔比为91：9的Cr、C合金粉末制备于Q235钢表面。采用光学显微镜、x射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和硬度分析仪分析熔覆层的显微组织结构及截面的显微硬度。试验结果表明,当激光功率为2500W和扫描速度为2.5mm/s时,熔覆层与基体的冶金结合较好,同时可获得无裂纹、无孔洞且表面平整的涂层。     

二烷氨基香豆素在烯烃和聚合物中的荧光行为

7-二乙氨基-4-甲基香豆素(DAMC)在液态烯烃和固态聚合物介质中的激发(吸收)波长和发射波长随介质的极性增大而红移。DAMC在聚合物介质中荧光量子产率和荧光寿命决定于介质的极性,辐射失活速率常数与非辐射失活速率常数也与此相关。处在单线激发态的DAMC与活泼烯烃会发生化学反应。据此说明DAMC的单线激发态构型为扭动两性离子是合理的。     

Role of FGF-2／FGFR signaling pathway in cancer and its signification in breast cancer

Fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) is a member of a large family of proteins that bind heparin and heparan sulfate and modulate the function of a wide range of cell types. It has been proved that FGF-2 stimulates the growth and development of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) that contribute to the pathogenesis of several diseases (i.e. cancer, atherosclerosis). However, many of the biological activities of FGF-2 have been found to depend on its receptor抯 intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity and second messengers such as the mitogen activated protein kinases. This review will focus on the mechanism of FGF-2/FGFR induced signaling pathway in tumor and human breast cancer.     

NMR study on self-assembled cage complex of hexamethylenetetramine and cucurbit[n]urils

Self-assembled complexes between cage com-pounds cucurbit[n = 5—8]urils and hexamethylenetetramine were studied by using NMR techniques. Experimental results reveal that hexamethylenetetramine can lid cucurbit[5]uril to forming self-assembled capsules in which nothing is encap-sulated yet; the cavity of the cucurbit[7]uril can accommo-date a hexamethylenetetramine molecule to form a self- assembled host-guest inclusion. Moreover, both the cavity interaction of the cucurbit[7]uril with hexamethylenetetra-mine稨Cl and the portal interaction of the dipole carbonyl of the cucurbit[7]uril with hexamethylenetetramine稨Cl lead to form self-assembled capsules in which the hexamethylene-tetramine稨Cl are encapsulated in the hexamethylenetetra-mine稨Cl lidded cucurbit[7]uril. Although the structures of the portal and cavity to cucurbit[5]uril are similar, there is no obvious interaction between decamethylcucurbit[5]uril and hexamethylenetetramine, and also between cucurbit [6]uril or cucurbit[8]uril and hexamethylenetetramine.
