高聚物长时标力学行为的预测──（Ⅶ）不同剪切应力水平对PVC长时标尺寸稳定性和使用寿命的依赖性

采用前文高聚物长时标力学行为的研究［１～３．７］所推导出的高聚物蠕变柔量（Ｄ）与推迟时间系数（β）、特征时间（ｔ０）之间的定量关系式和ｔ０与应力（σ）的关系式，分析了ＰＶＣ在不同拉伸和剪切应力水平下的蠕变数据，得到了β和ｔ０值，并验证了ｔ０与σ成线性关系，提出了从不同拉伸和剪切应力水平下短时标蠕变测试来预测高聚物长时标尺寸稳定性和使用寿命方法，具有重要学术意义和使用价值．

研究时标上非线性项包含低阶导数的p-Laplacian三点边值问题:(φ_p(u~Δ(t)))~v+h(t)f(t,u(t),u~Δ(t))=0,t∈(0,T)T,u(0)=0,u(η)=u(T)伪对称解的存在性,其中η∈(0,T)T且T在[η,T]T上是对称的,p1,φp(u)=up-2u.利用伪对称技巧和锥上的五泛函不动点定理证明了边值问题至少有3个正的伪对称解.作为应用,给出例子验证了所得结果.所得结论在相应的微分方程(T=R),差分方程(T=Z)以及通常的时标上都是新的.     

Analysis of biomarkers for the cross-linkage of formaldehyde with bovine serum albumin peptides

Formaldehyde, a well-known environmental toxic hazard, has been found to produce endogenously via semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase-catalyzed oxidative deamination of methylamine. In diabetes, the activity of SSAO has been found to increase with a subsequent increase in endogenous formaldehyde production. It has been postulated that SSAO-induced production of formaldehyde may be involved in the alteration of protein structure, which may subsequently cause protein deposition associated with chronic pathological disorders. Formaldehyde has also been found to react （cross-link） with amino group of the N-terminal amino acid residue and with the side-chains of arginine, cysteine, histidine and lysine residues. Therefore, formaldehyde may be responsible, at least in part, for protein cross-linkage, oxidative stress and cytotoxicity. The cross-linking of formaldehyde with bovine serum albumin was studied using LC-MS and Mascot database. The peptides sequence for control BSA （untreated） digested with trypsin was matched in the online database search query by exporting the MS/MS data to online MASCOT database. In this way, a total of twenty-seven peptides were matched in the database search query. These twenty-seven peptides were then searched manually in all of the tryptic BSA samples treated with different concentrations of FA that were incubated in different time intervals. Six formaldehyde-treated BSA peptides （FKDLGEEHFK, HLVDEPQNLIK, KVPQVSTPTLVEVSR, RPCFSALTPDETYVPK, LVNELTEFAK, DAFLGSFLYEYSR） were found to be the possible markers for formaldehyde-protein/peptides adducts.

Pollen records and time scale for the RM core of the Zoige Basin, northeastern QinghaiTibetan Plateau

A continuous pollen record from the Zoige Basin in the northeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau not only provides information on the vegetation and climate changes during the last two glacial/interglacial cycles, hut also gives proof to establish the time scale of the upper 60 m of the RM core. Subalpine spruce-fir forests colonized the Zoige Basin during the interglacials and interstadials, implying warm and wet climate conditions. Alpine periglacial desert or dry desert may have existed during the penultimate glacial and the last glacial maxima, respectively. Alpine sedge meadow dominated the landscape during MIS 4. The MIS 3 is punctuated by a number of stadials similar to those documented in the Guliya and GISP2 ice cores, as indicated by repeated rise and fall of subalpine spruce-fir forests. Our pollen record reveals a regional climate history similar to those from the neighboring sites, including the Arabian Sea and the Guliya ice core, and thus supports the notion that the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau acts as an important link between climatic events in the North Atlantic realm and the Asian monsoon domain.
