Preparation and optical properties of solid solution semiconductor (Zn x Cd1−x S) doped silica glasses

Semiconductor(Zn_xCd_1−x S) doped silica glasses were prepared by Sol-Gel process andin situ growth technique. The structure of the materials was characterized by X-ray diffraction technique, the particle size of semiconductor crystallites from X-ray patterns was estimated less than 10 nm. From absorption spectra, it is obtained that the absorption edges shifted to short wavelength direction when Zn contents increased, and the absorption edge can be adjusted from 2.46 eV to 2.96 eV by controlling Zn contents. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility was studied at 532 nm with 8 ns pulse laser by degenerate four wave mixing (DFWM) technique.     

Almost every graph has a fixed edge

An edge e of a graph G is called a fixed edge if G-e+e′ G implies e′=e, and an isomorphic fixed edge if G-e+e′ G implies that there exists an automorphism of G-e, which maps the ends of e to the ends of e′. It is proved that almost every graph is with all its edges as fixed edges and isomorphic fixed edges, and it is conjectured that all graphs contain isomorphic fixed edges.     

影响固体火箭发动机推力偏心特性的误差源研究

为了找出产生火箭发动机推力偏心的主要误差源,利用六分力推力偏心测试系统对装药初温,喷喉误差,喷管内型面缺陷等影响推力偏心的情况进行了试验研究。研究结果表明：装药初温,喷喉形状尺寸误差,多喷管安装误差,喷管内型面缺陷等都对推力偏心有较大影响,获得了对固体火箭发动机设计与制造非常有参考价值的试验结果。     

1673K下BaO-BaF_2-Cr_2O_3渣系的热力学性质

１６７３Ｋ下,采用－ＭｏＣｒ＋Ｃｒ２Ｏ３ＺｒＯ２（ＭｇＯ）｛Ｃｕ＋Ｃｒ｝ａｌｏｙ＋（Ｃｒ２Ｏ３）ｓｌａｇＭｏ＋固体电解质电池测定了ＢａＯＢａＦ２Ｃｒ２Ｏ３渣系中Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的活度．研究结果表明,Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的活度随其浓度升高而升高,随ＸＢａＯ／ＸＢａＦ２升高而降低．根据实验及Ｘ射线衍射结果推测了该渣系的等温相图,并作出了该渣系中Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的等活度图．     

固体杂多酸催化合成乳酸乙酯的研究

研究了硅鸽酸催化合成乳酸乙酯的方法;考察了催化剂、酸醇比、带水剂和反应时间等因素对产率的影响。     

固体非酸催化合成硬脂酸乙二醇酯

在固体非酸催化剂作用下,使硬脂酸和乙二醇反应制取硬脂酸乙二醇酯。考察了反应原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化的影响。在酸酶摩尔比为1：1．1,催化剂用量为1％的条件下,硬脂酸乙二醇酯的产率较高。     

广义变换图G^＋∞（R,S）的边连通度

记Ａ＋∞（Ｒ,Ｓ）为具有行和向量Ｒ及列和向量Ｓ的所有ｍ×ｎ阶非负整数矩阵的集合．广义变换图Ｇ＋∞（Ｒ,Ｓ）的顶点定义为Ａ＋∞（Ｒ,Ｓ）中的矩阵,两个顶点（矩阵）相邻当且仅当它们可通过一次变换相互得到．并证明Ｇ＋∞（Ｒ,Ｓ）的边连通度等于其顶点的最小度δ（Ｇ＋∞（Ｒ,Ｓ））．     

水合氯化铜和8—羟基喹啉固相配位反应的热化学研究

用自行研制的具有恒定温度环境的新型反应热量计,以３ｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１ＨＣｌ溶液为量热溶剂,在２９８．２Ｋ条件下,测定了配合物Ｃｕ（ＨＱ）Ｃｌ２的标准生成焓,其值为：－３４０．３０ｋＪ．ｍｏｌ＾-１。     

一类色等价图的图特征

给出了一个有割点的连通图Ｇ是色唯一的充分必要条件为Ｇ由一个色唯一,顶点可迁图连一尾构成,进而证明了若Ｍ为色唯一,不含分离边的连通图,且Ｐ（Ｇ,λ）＝（λ－１）＾ｋｐ（Ｍ）则Ｇ含一子图同构于Ｍ及Ｋ个桥。     

利用果胶粕生产固体发酵饲料

用黑曲霉和酵母将果胶粕（生产果胶的废渣）进行固体发酵,确定了合适的氮源,水分、ｐＨ、时间等发酵条件,生产出蛋白含量较高的饲料。
