脂质过氧化机理及测定方法

本文对有关脂质过氧化方面的文献进行了综述,得出脂质过氧化过程的化学反应图式。讨论了多种测定脂质过氧化的方法。     

在盐酸酸化卤水中钛的防护方法研究(续)

2 阳极保护的研究 2.1实验 2.1.1材料和试样 用牌号为TA2的锻压工业纯钛棒。经切割、机加工,最终获得中心有一深为8mm,直径为5mm螺纹孔的直径25mm×25mm圆柱状试样(图8)。中心螺纹孔旋入螺栓,以便电联接。此钛棒由宝鸡稀有金属加工厂提供,其化学成分如下:     

肿瘤病人红细胞膜唾液酸和岩藻糖含量的研究

本文测定健康人66例,胃癌、肺癌、肝癌病人共64例的红细胞膜唾液酸和岩藻糖含量。发现健康人上述两项指标没有性别和年龄的差异。与健康组比较,各癌症组红细胞膜唾液酸显著增多(p<0.001),而岩藻糖显著减少(p<0.001),但含量较分散、与健康者重叠较大。红细胞膜唾液酸与岩藻糖之比、各癌症组都高于健康组(p<0.001);以高于健康组M+2SD 者为阳性,则胃癌组、肺癌组和肝癌组的阳性率分别为79.2％,95.0％和80.0％,对肿瘤理论研究和临床诊断颇有价值。     

透明质酸的发酵调控研究

采用马链球菌 (Streptococcusequi)进行发酵生产透明质酸 (hyaluronicacid ,HA) .5L发酵罐发酵研究表明 :发酵调控对HA的产量和分子量有较大的影响 ,采用 2 0 g·L- 1的初始葡萄糖浓度及维持培养过程 2 0 g·L- 1的糖浓度 ,补加 5 g·L- 1的硫铵 ,采用一定的 pH控制策略可使HA的产量达到 1.0 g·L- 1,分子量在 2 .84× 10 6 Da以上 .     

丙酮酸、乳酸对体外肌酸激酶活性的抑制作用

 应用酶活测定的方法分析了肌酸激酶在不同浓度的乳酸、丙酮酸中的活性变化.实验结果说明在失活过程中没有蛋白质的聚沉,失活与乳酸浓度、丙酮酸的浓度呈正相关.通过对比实验结果提示,丙酮酸离子、乳酸离子对肌酸激酶没有明显影响,丙酮酸、乳酸是通过其解离状态的H⁺改变了机体pH值而影响肌酸激酶活性的,作者就丙酮酸、乳酸对肌酸激酶影响及其意义进行探讨.     

用模拟退火差异进化算法进行匹配场反演

分析了模拟退火算法与差异进化算法单独应用于匹配场反演时的局限性，构造一种结合两种算法优点的混合算法。模拟退火算法对差异进化算法的种群进行扰动，保留了差异进化算法的并行特性；在差异进化算法中引入模拟退火算法的重要性抽样思想，增强其逃离局部最优的能力，差异进化算法对目标函数梯度信息的利用仍然保留。仿真研究表明，混合算法在寻优时间与效率上达到了较好的平衡。     

Releasable GABA in tubular epithelium of rat kidney

Summary The distribution of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the rat kidney was examined by immunocytochemical techniques. GABA-like immunoreactivity (GABA-LI) was predominantly confined to the renal tubules, including the ascending parts of the distal tubules, and the loops of Henle, the collecting tubules and ducts, and the connective parts of the convoluted tubules. In GABA-positive cortical tubules, about half of the epithelial cells were labelled. The labelled cell type showed the ultrastructural features of principal cells. Depolarizing stimulation by ouabain and high K⁺ concentration evoked the efflux of endogenous GABA from kidney slices. The present findings, along with previous results, suggest that GABA released from renal tubular epithelium, and transported with the urine, might be involved in the modulation of contractility in the urinary tract.     

广东沿海河流阶地沉积物热释光年龄测定研究

根据广东沿海河流阶地沉积物形成的复杂性,研究了沉积物的热释光零化作用机理,提出了确定沉积物开始时的热释光剩余值的新方法。对较老沉积物的热释光量常接近饱和状态或沉积物的TL信号与辐射剂量之间处于非线性状态时,如何求得天然热释光的等效剂量等问题进行了探讨。     

Free amino acid composition of the intestinal contents,intestinal cells and hemolymph ofPhilosamia cynthia larvae

Summary Free amino acid composition of the intestinal contents, intestinal cells and hemolymph has been determined in larvae of the mothPhilosamia cynthia. From the hemolymph/lumen concentration ratio, an active transport could be inferred for neutral and basic amino acids. The values of cell/lumen and hemolymph/cell ratios suggested that the active step in the transport mechanism could be localized at the luminal pole of the enterocyte for neutral amino acids (except aromatic amino acids) and at the basolateral pole of the enterocyte for basic amino acids (except arginine).This work was supported by grants from Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche and from Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione, Rome.
