面向5G新空口技术的LDPC码标准化研究进展

第5代移动通信系统(5th generation mobile communication system,5G)业务需求的多样性以及各业务场景的典型特性给新空口(new radio,NR)的信道编码技术带来困难及挑战,信道编码方案成为通信业界及学术界的重要研究课题之一。因具备优越性能,低密度奇偶校验(low-density parity-check, LDPC)码被确定为5G增强移动宽带(enhanced mobile broadband, eMBB)场景数据信道编码方案。在对5G及LDPC码进行概述的基础上,阐述了包括码设计、译码算法、速率匹配和性能评估在内的面向NR的LDPC码标准化工作研究内容。此外,对近年来第3代合作伙伴计划(3rd generation partnership project, 3GPP)各成员机构在无线接入网层一(radio access network layer 1, RAN1)标准化工作组历次会议中提出的LDPC码编码方案进行分析和对比,并在此基础上对LDPC码标准化相关工作进行总结。     

Review of public-key cryptosystem based on the error correcting code

The paper review the public-key cryptosystems based on the error correcting codes such as Goppa code, BCH code, RS code, rank distance code, algebraic geometric code as well as LDPC code, and made the comparative analyses of the merits and drawbacks of them. The cryptosystem based on Goppa code has high security, but can be achieved poor. The cryptosystems based on other error correcting codes have higher performance than Goppa code. But there are still some disadvantages to solve. At last, the paper produce an assumption of the Niederreiter cascade combination cryptosystem based on double public-keys under complex circumstances, which has higher performance and security than the traditional cryptosystems.     

基于均匀设计的海峡两岸高层建筑顺风向风荷载多因素分析

为明确海峡两岸高层建筑顺风向风荷载的异同,对两岸建筑风荷载标准进行了对标分析,并采用均匀设计方法进行了高层建筑顺风向风荷载多因素分析。研究表明:两岸风荷载标准中基本风速取样方法和极值分布参数取值方法存在明显区别,风压高度变化系数分布和不同重现期的设计风速转换系数大致相同,台湾标准给出的湍流强度建议值明显大于大陆标准;台湾标准分类计算建筑物主体和围护结构的设计风压,大陆标准采用统一表达式,两者给出的设计风荷载组合方式区别明显;以基底剪力和基底弯矩作为评价指标,H/(BL)(1/2)(高宽比)、α地面粗糙度指数)、C_g(脉动效应系数)、C_p(风荷载体型系数)和I_z(湍流强度),对高层建筑顺风向风荷载的影响程度依次减小,H/(BL)(1/2)和α为主要影响因素;随H/(BL)(1/2)的增大,C_g对顺风向风荷载的影响逐渐增强,当H/(BL)(1/2)增大到一定程度时,C_g成为主导因素。     

A high-level synthesis based dual-module redundancy with multi-residue detection （DMR-MRD） fault-tolerant method for on-board processing satellite communication systems

On board processing （OBP） satellite systems have obtained more and more attentions in recent years because of their high efficiency and performance.However,the OBP transponders are very sensitive to the high energy particles in the space radiation environments.Single event upset （SEU） is one of the major radiation effects,which influences the satellite reliability greatly.Triple modular redundancy （TMR） is a classic and efficient method to mask SEUs.However,TMR uses three identical modules and a comparison logic,the circuit size becomes unacceptable,especially in the resource limited environments such as OBP systems.Considering that,a new SEU-tolerant method based on residue code and high-level synthesis （HLS） is proposed,and the new method is applied to FIR filters,which are typical structures in the OBP systems.The simulation results show that,for an applicable HLS scheduling scheme,area reduction can be reduced by 48.26％ compared to TMR,while fault missing rate is 0.15％.     

由"二维码"英译引发的对术语翻译的思考

首先搜集“二维码”的多种英文表达,从而引出该概念的乱象,接着采用定性的分析方法,从该概念的内涵和外延、属和种差等多角度进行深度解剖,发现日常生活中接触得最多的英文表达“QR code”只是“二维码”的一种,并非其准确译法,据此总结“二维码”术语英译的困难以及从中发现术语标准存在的问题,并讨论术语翻译在生活中的应用特点。     

浅析嵇康“越名教而任自然”的道德意蕴

嵇康是魏晋时期著名的思想家之一。在司马氏利用名教控制天下的情况下，嵇康提出“越名教而任自然”的主张来反对虚伪名教的束缚，提倡个性解放，主张万物要遵循自然规律与法则，顺应其自然本性发展。实际上嵇康并不是反对一切道德和名教，而是通过“任自然”来回归到原初时代。顺应自然和人之性情的名教，是要超越现在而回归过去无欲、无贪的状态。     

（1-uv）-CONSTACYCLIC CODES OVER Fp＋uFp＋vFp＋uvFp

Constacyclic codes are an important class of linear codes in coding theory.Many optimal linear codes are directly derived from constacyclic codes.In this paper,（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over the local ring Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are studied.It is proved that the image of a（1 — uv）-constacyclic code of length n over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp under a Gray map is a distance invariant quasi-cyclic code of index p2 and length p3n over Fp.Several examples of optimal linear codes over Fp from（1 — uv）-constacyclic codes over Fp ＋ uFp ＋ vFp ＋ uvFp are given.

Geometric error control in the parabola-blending linear interpolator

This paper considers geometric error control in the parabola-blending linear interpolation method （Zhang, et al., 2011）. Classical model of chord error by approximation with contact circle on the parabolas leads to incorrect result. By computing the geometric error directly without accumulating the approximation error and chord error, the authors realize correct geometric error control by establishing inequality constraints on the accelerations of the motion.
