Deoxyribozymes: useful DNA catalysts in vitro and in vivo

Deoxyribozymes (DNA enzymes; DNAzymes) are catalytic DNA sequences. Using the technique of in vitro selection, individual deoxyribozymes have been identified that catalyze RNA cleavage, RNA ligation, and a growing range of other chemical reactions. DNA enzymes have been used in vitro for applications such as biochemical RNA manipulation and analytical assays for metal ions, small organic compounds, oligonucleotides, and proteins. Deoxyribozymes have also been utilized as in vivo therapeutic agents to destroy specific mRNA targets. Although many conceptual and practical challenges remain to be addressed, deoxyribozymes have substantial promise to contribute meaningfully for applications both in vitro and in vivo.

黑色PSZ陶瓷的研究

文章以 PSZ为基体 ,采用 3种不同的黑色剂 ,对 PSZ陶瓷的呈色效果进行研究。并在找出最佳黑色剂组成的同时 ,研究了工艺条件对材料力学性能的影响。经实验及 XRD分析 ,得知呈色效果视 Co Fe2 O4、Fe Cr2 O4尖晶石生成量多少而异。添加 5% B黑色剂的呈色效果最明显 ,同时采用在 1 4 0 0℃下烧结保温 1 h的工艺条件能得到相对密度ρ达 97%、抗弯强度σb为 535 MPa的黑色 PSZ陶瓷     

略论认知信息对处所名词句法位置的影响

文章认为,在动词后由介词＂于（於）、在＂引入转移处所,表示因转移而在新的地点出现新的存在状态,所以才导致＂N（转移物）＋V＋于（於,在）＋转移处所＂在不同场景中传达出不同的信息重点：或强调转移处所,或强调转移后的存在状态。对于一个动词来说,引入转移处所时采用哪种结构有两个非常关键的因素：一是动词本义的信息链,二是言语环境透露的信息。     

反应性抗菌整理剂2RSDP的合成及其应用性能研究

本文对反应性抗菌整理剂2RSDP 的合成方法进行了优化。按照所确定的合成方法,获得了高收率的产物。同时,对该整理剂的应用性能,包括整理工艺及整理后织物对皮肤的刺激与过敏作用进行了研究。实验表明,在确定的整理工艺条件下,当整理剂浓度为1%(owf)时,固着率达95%;整理后的织物可供人体安全使用。     

Coordination chemistry mimics of nuclease-activity in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond

In vivo, there occurs the synthesis and degradation of the nucleic acids, involving the formation and cleavage of phosphodiester bond. The cleavage modes of phosphodiester bond can be divided into two types, oxidative and hydrolytic, only the hydrolytic products are sticky and connectable, allowing to be religated by ligases. In recent years, great progresses have been made in chemical mimics in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond. Among the found metal complexes with the activity of nucleic acid cleavage, there are mononuclear and dinuclear metal complexes, the adopted metal ions including transitional and lanthanide metal ions. However, the reaction rates are still several orders less than those of the natural enzymes. It should be a prosperous and expedient direction to mimic the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond by taking the advantages of dinuclear metal complexes.     

聚乙二醇双环氧丙烷醚的合成和应用研究

以具有相转移催化作用的聚乙二醇为主要原料,一步法合成了不同相对分子质量的５种新聚乙二醇双环氧丙烷醚的衍生物,并对其对聚酰胺和聚酯－棉（６５／３５）混纺纤维进行耐久性抗静电处理,结果表明,该类化合物具有较强的抗静电作用和一定的耐久性。     

南水北调穿黄隧道的非线性分析

针对同水北调中线穿黄工程输水盾构隧道的特点,建立了连续介质力学的界面应力元模型。分析中,对双层混凝土衬切进行了精细模拟,考虑了衬砌结构与土体的相互作用。理论分析和数值计算结果表明,本文建立的计算模型精度高,适用性强,能够较好地仿真各种缝面的不连续变形特征。
