浅析我国商业银行信贷风险管理

目前我国商业银行的主要收益来源于信贷业务,信贷风险是银行首先要考虑的主要风险。通过优化信贷风险管理流程,强化信贷风险责任考核机制和培养浓厚的信贷风险文化等途径可以加强我国商业银行的信贷风险管理。     

Performance prediction for Grid workflow activities based on features-ranked RBF network

Accurate performance prediction of Grid workflow activities can help Grid schedulers map activities to appropriate Grid sites.This paper describes an approach based on features-ranked RBF neural network to predict the performance of Grid workflow activities.Experimental results for two kinds of real world Grid workflow activities are presented to show effectiveness of our approach.     

Do Long‐Run Theory Restrictions Help in Forecasting?

Do long‐run equilibrium relations suggested by economic theory help to improve the forecasting performance of a cointegrated vector error correction model (VECM)? In this paper we try to answer this question in the context of a two‐country model developed for the Canadian and US economies. We compare the forecasting performance of the exactly identified cointegrated VECMs to the performance of the over‐identified VECMs with the long‐run theory restrictions imposed. We allow for model uncertainty and conduct this comparison for every possible combination of the cointegration ranks of the Canadian and US models. We show that the over‐identified structural cointegrated models generally outperform the exactly identified models in forecasting Canadian macroeconomic variables. We also show that the pooled forecasts generated from the over‐identified models beat most of the individual exactly identified and over‐identified models as well as the VARs in levels and in differences. Dempster-Shafer （D-S） algorithm with credit scale in spectrum sensing

In cognitive radio, the detection probability of primary user affects the signal receiving performance for both primary and secondary users significantly. In this paper, a new Dempster-Shafer (D-S) algorithm with credit scale for decision fusion in spectrum sensing is proposed for the purpose to improve the performance of detection in cognitive radio. The validity of this method is established by simulation in the environment of multiple cognitive users who know their signal to noise ratios (SNR) and a central node. The channels between the cognitive users and the central node are considered to be additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). Compared with traditional data fusion rules, the proposed D-S algorithm with credit scale provides a better detection performance.

基于信贷网络的经济波动和风险传染研究

通过建立由银行和企业组成的两部门网络经济系统,研究主体之间的交互机制对经济波动和风险传染的影响.研究结果表明:基于信贷关系形成的经济网络在复杂的交互机制作用下会产生宏观层面的经济波动,单个银行和企业破产可能导致风险传染,而经济系统的网络结构对风险传染的产生重要影响.     

浅谈企业应收账款管理存在的问题与对策

在市场经济迅猛发展的今天,市场竞争日益激烈。企业为了扩大产品销售规模,增强企业竞争力,通常采取赊销和分期付款等方式招揽顾客,从而形成应收账款。目前,企业间相互拖欠货款现象严重,应收账款不能及时收回,导致企业资金周转困难。文章针对企业应收账款管理存在的一些问题,提出解决对策,同时,借鉴西方管理模式,提出应收账款的新思路——保理业务。
