铈氨基酸配合物的UV和CV方法

利用紫外光谱法和循环伏安法研究几种Ce^4 离子氨基酸配合物。结果表明几种氨基酸均能在pH为6的弱酸性条件下与Ce^4 形成配合物，不同的配体与Ce^4 形成的配合物的还原电位均比Ce^4 的更负。配体与Ce^4 的配比不同，形成配合物循环伏安曲线和紫外光谱有差异。     

Correlation of coral fluorescence with nearshore rainfall and runoff in Hainan Island, South China Sea

Under UV-laser excitation, the Porites coral from Longwan bay waters. Hainan Island, could emit yellow-green fluorescence. After fitting the data of the fluorescent intensity (FI) of the coral with the rainfall (RF) in nearshore area of Qionghai. a good relationship between FI and RF was found with a linear formula of RF = 889 — 4.54 FI and a correlation coefficient of 0.78. Based on this formula, the rainfall sequence from 1982 to 1997 has been reconstructed. The peak annual rainfall is usually related to global El nino events. By fitting the data of the fluorescent intensity and the runoff (RO). a quadric formula was obtained as RO = — 0.0279FI —18.59 FI - 950.9 with a correlation coefficient of 0.74. The reconstructed runoff sequence from 1982 to 1997 coincided with the rainfall occurrence. The results indicate that flood and drought incidents in coastal areas of the south China are affected by global change to a great extent.     

L-缬氨酸生产菌的选育及基于遗传算法的发酵培养基优化

采用以黄色短杆菌TV10为出发菌株,经紫外线、硫酸二乙酯逐级诱变处理,在含磺胺胍(SG)、α-氨基丁酸(α-AB)、2-噻唑丙氨酸(2-TA)结构类似物平板上定向筛选,获得L-缬氨酸高产菌株TV230。运用遗传算法,对L-缬氨酸发酵培养基的优化进行了研究,用10组实验完成了8因素20水平的优化任务。实验结果表明,采用优化后的发酵培养基能使缬氨酸的产量提高19.4%。     

聚吡咯甲烯类聚合反应的动力学研究

采用原位紫外分光光度法研究了吡咯与苯甲醛，对二甲氨苯甲醛，香草醛及对硝基苯甲醛反应生成聚吡咯甲烯类聚合物过程中的合成反应机理。研究表明，聚吡咯甲烯的合成反应为一零级反应，其反应速率与催化剂的酸度有关，而与吡咯和醛的浓度无关，苯环上吸电子基团的存在有利于聚合反应的进行，较大空间位阻基团的存在则使聚合反应的速率下降。     

乙酰氨基己酸锌的急性毒性试验和Ames实验

目的与方法:本文研究乙酰氨基己酸锌对小鼠的急性毒性作用以及用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌突变株的回复突变性检测乙酰氨基己酸锌是否具有致突变性.结果与讨论:结果表明,乙酰氨基己酸锌的小鼠腹腔注射的半数致死量LD50=364.69mg/kg;在加与不加S9的条件下,对TA97,TA98,TA100和TA102的致突变作用为阴性.     

四种过渡金属对DNA稳定性影响的研究

本文用紫外光谱法研究了 Fe~(3+)、Co~(2+)、Ni~(2+)、Zn~(2+)四种过渡金属对 DNA 稳定性影响及与 DNA配位方式,结果表明 Fe~(3+)、Co~(3+)有稳定 DNA 的作用,Zn~(2+)、Ni~(2+)使 DNA 稳定性降低.     

二甲基二偶氮苯酚氧基硅烷的合成及光谱研究

本文报道了三种新的含硅偶氮化合物的合成,用IR,HNMR,MS及元素分析等对它们的结构进行了表征.在研究它们与有机光导电物质聚(N-乙烯基)咔唑氯仿溶液的UV光谱时,发现它们能形成CT复合物,并使感光范围扩展到可见光和近红外光波段.实验结果对研究新的光导电材料具有一定的参考价值.     

因子分析法用于紫外活性混合氨基酸体系分析

本文用因子分析法测定了混合氨基酸体系中的物种数及各物种的含量,得到了较好的结果,并就测定波段及波长间隔等问题进行了讨论.     

格值诱导空间的完全正则性

对一般的格值L,我们证明了:诱导空间是完全正则的,如果它的底空间是完全正则的.对适当的定义域L和值集I=[0,1]证明了:诱导空间是完全正则的,当且仅当它的底空间是完全正则的.     

Mutational effect of the “- 35” element of sorghumpsbA gene promoter

Mutations of the first position T and the third position G in TTGACA, the " - 35" element of sorghum psbA gene promoter, were induced using chemically synthesized 20 nt oligonucleotide primer. Three mutants were produced: ATTACA, GTGACA, and ATGACA. Then the protein binding affinity of the mutants and the wild type sorghum psbA gene promoter was tested in a spinach chloroplast protein extract system. Gel retardation assay of the wild type showed a strong protein-binding band. On the other hand, the protein-binding band of the mutant resulting from single base mutation, ATGACA or GTGACA, showed reduced intensity, while that of the mutant resulting from double base mutation, ATTACA, showed increased intensity. It is thus shown that the " - 35" element plays an important role in controlling the binding between psbA gene promoter and the specific chloroplast proteins; mutation of a single base may exert a substantial influence on the binding affinity.
