针对交通方式划分预测方法存在的不足,基于对交通方式个体选择行为的微观经济解释,利用随机效用理论,通过方式效用相关描述参数的引入,建立了广义Ｌｏｇｉｔ方式划分预测模型。最后,用该模型拟合桂林市现状居民出行方式特征。     

The seasonal variations of δ~(18)O , Cl~- , Na~+ , NO_3~- and Ca~(2+) in the snow and firn recovered from Princess Elizabeth Land, Antarctica

Snow and firn samples recovered from two snow pits (2.5 and 4.5m deep) and one 50-m firn core along the route of the 1996/1997 Chinese First Antarctic Inland Traverse Expedition in Princess Elizabeth Land, East Antarctica, have been measured for chemical composition and oxygen isotope ratio. In the two snow pits, the variations of NO3- are partly in phase with that of δ18O, while the variations of Cl~ and Na+ are in inverse phase with that of δ18O. The variations of CI- , Na+ , NO3- and δ18O show obvious seasonal variations and annual stratag-raphy. However, with the depth increasing, the seasonal variations of δ18O are gradually smoothed below 3 m (corresponding to about 10-year mass accumulation) in depth while the seasonal variations of Cl- , Na+ and NO3- are kept fairly well in the whole profile of the 50-m firn core (corresponding to about 250-year mass accumulation). The results provide a useful tool for dating the snow stratum in this region. On the contrary, no obvious seasonal variations of Ca2 + are found in the profiles.     

Study on the interaction between Jak3 and IL-2R γ using the yeast two-hybrid system

Both interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor γ subunit and non-receptor tyrosine kinase Jak3 play important roles in IL-2 physiological functions. Jak3 has been known to bind IL-2Rγ and the interaction is very important for IL-2 signaling. In order to find the domains directly involved in the interaction between IL-2Rγ and Jak3, various deletion mutants have been constructed and their interaction has been studied using the yeast two-hybrid system. Results show that the JH3-JH7 region of Jak3 N-terminal can bind to intracellular domain of IL-2Ry directly and the intact structure of JH3-JH7 region is necessary for this combination. In addition, the region from 305 to 317 amino acid residues near the C-terminal of IL-2Ry plays a critical role in this interaction .     

Glutamate and γ-aminobutyric acid receptors and their characteristics in retina

Glutamate and Ⅱ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are important neurotransmitters in the retinal neuronal circuitry. Using the whole-cell patch clamp technique and a rapid solution changer, glutamate and GABA receptors in the retina have been extensively investigated. Results indicate that glutamate receptors on horizontal cells may be an AMPA preferring subtype, which predominantly consists of flop splice variants. GABAA and GABAC receptors coexist in bipolar cells, with the latter showing significant desensitization. Kinetics analysis has demonstrated that the activation, deactivation and desensitization of the GABAC receptor-mediated response of these cells are overall slower than those of the GABAA response. Endogenous modulator Zn2 + in the retina has been found to differentially modulate the kinetic characteristics of the GABAC and GABAA responses.
