本文对自吸效应－原子吸收光谱分析的原理作了进一步探讨。通过实验考察了宽、窄脉冲电流对原子吸收系数ｋ＿（ｌａ）和ｋ＿（ｈａ）的影响，通过测试求得自吸效应－原子吸收法测定银等８种元素灵敏度的下降率和精密度。观测了空气－乙炔火焰的背景吸收以及自吸效应校正谱线重叠干扰的能力，并成功地测定了酒中的锌。     

DSC822e仪器精密度的研究

对瑞士梅特勒—托利多公司生产的DSC822^e差示扫描量热仪(differential scanning calorimetry)的测量精密度进行了探讨，考查了样品质量、样品种类、扫描速率、样品盘对熔点和熔化焓的测定以及仪器热阻R0影响．实验结果表明，测定条件对熔点和熔化焓测定没有影响，但对热阻R0有一定的影响．DSC822^e性能优异，操作简便，具有较高的温度和量热精密度．     

萤光分光光度法测定果酒中苹果酸含量

就萤光分光光度法定量测定果酒中苹果酸含量的测定条件、影响因素和方法的可靠性等进行了探讨,找出了最适条件,并在此条件下对几种果酒中苹果酸进行了定量分析。此方法优于其他几种常规分析法,对果酒在发酵、和成品贮藏等过程中苹果酸含量的变化进行跟踪有一定的实用意义。     

多元光谱拟合(MSF)等离子体发射光谱法测定猪肝中的痕量元素Pb和Mo

多元光谱拟合(MSF)法是一种新的校正多种基体干扰的方法.但应用于测定生物样品中痕量元素的分析较少,在猪肝样品的痕量分析中未见报道,这是由于猪肝样品中基体成分复杂的原因.本文采用MSF法,有效地校正了复杂基体的光谱干扰,测定了猪肝样品中痕量的Pb、Mo,得到满意的测定结果,测得Pb、Mo两种元素的检出限分别为5.02 μg稬-1、2.32 μg稬-1,方法的回收率分别为97.2%,92.1%,方法的精密度分别为1.22%、1.35%.     

Grading Standards of the Coefficient of Variation in the Electronic Raw Silk Size Testing

In order to shorten the difference between the raw silk size grading standards of the world and that of China, to quicken the step of the electronic raw silk testing process, the distribution of the coefficient of variation （CV50m%） of the raw silk size in the electronic testing and the development of the new standards are studied according to the sampling and grading theory. By the theoretical deduction and the simulating experiments, the distribution of the coefficient of variation of the raw silk size is given, and the grading scheme whose quality index is the coefficient of variation（CV50m%）of the raw silk size and the grading precisions of all grades are proposed. Moreover, the rightness and the feasibility of the grading scheme are testified by the sampling and grading simulation.     

薄层色谱法测定β-氨基醇类药物中间体的含量

在硅胶GF254薄层板上,以氯仿-甲醇(体积比101)为展开剂,碘蒸气为显色剂,采用双波长薄层扫描法同时测定生物转化液中两种β-氨基醇类药物中间体的含量.结果表明,两种中间体在50～250 μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.4%和98.0%.该方法简便,精密度、准确度及回收率令人满意,可用于反应进程的跟踪监测.     

Research on the Winding/Unwinding Control System Based on Fuzzy Control Theory

A fuzzy controller of the winding/unwinding control system used in jig-dyeing machine is introduced, which is superior to the one with conventional optimal PID controller in convergence speed and stability. Its mathematical model and transfer function are presented based on mechanism of the winding/unwinding control system. Simulation of the fuzzy controller carried out in the MATLAB （Simulink） environment proves that the control system based on fuzzy controller is superior in quality, precision and operation to a conventional optimal PID controller. The outlined experimental results also show the effectiveness and the robustness of the fuzzy PID controller in good dynamic performance, high robustness to parameter variation and disturbance.     

碳氢元素分析仪的设计及其在楠硐矿务局的应用研究

介绍一种碳氢元素分析仪装置的设计,在实验室条件下对仪器进行了精密度和准确度测量以及仪器的稳定性测量。该设备精密度和准确度符合国家标准,稳定性好。此外对仪器进行了现场工程应用,在重庆楠硐矿务局煤炭研究中心对仪器进行了7种用户样、12种标煤和1种标准物质的现场试验,该化验室的用户样含碳量在30%~85%,而标煤的含碳量在60%~80.20%,在标定曲线时采用了样重为50mg的EDTA参入曲线的标定,以保证标定曲线覆盖用户样测量范围。其碳氢实验结果的精密度和准确度均符合国标要求。
