ICAM-1,TNF-α在原发性肝癌中表达的相关性分析

采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测原发性肝癌及正常体检人群各56例血清中ICAM-1和TNF-α的表达,免疫组化方法检测56例原发性肝癌组织标本的ICAM-1和TNF-α蛋白的表达.结果显示ICAM-1和TNF-α在原发性肝癌血清中存在异常表达(p<0.05),不同组织分型原发性肝癌患者血清中ICAM-1水平、TNF-α水平无差异(p>0.05),原发性肝癌组织中ICAM-1和TNF-α蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.216,p=0.000).ICAM-1和TNF-α的表达可能是原发性肝癌病理进程中的普遍现象,检测原发性肝癌患者血清ICAM-1和TNF-α含量,可为患者个性化治疗提供实验室依据,改善患者的预后.     

Integration of α-fairness with DEA based resource allocation model

How to allocate a resource efficiently and fairly attracts the attention of both researchers and practitioners. Data envelopment analysis（DEA） has been brought to bear on its solution. The existing literature applies Gini coefficient to measure the fairness in the resource allocation process. However, the Gini coefficient is inapplicable in many applications. This paper proposes a novel centralized resource allocation model based on DEA that considers both the efficiency and the fairness. This paper adopts a notion of fairness, namely α-fairness that is well studied in welfare economics and is of practical significance. The new model integratesα-fairness with DEA to support resource allocation decisions. It aids decision makers in making a trade-off between the efficiency and the fairness. An illustrative application is used to validate the proposed approach.

An α-expansin, <Emphasis Type="Italic">VfEXPA1</Emphasis>, is involved in regulation of stomatal movement in <Emphasis Type="Italic">Vicia faba</Emphasis> L.

The wall loosening of guard cells differs from other types of plant cells. However, the regulation of wall loosening during stomatal movement is poorly understood. VfEXPA1 is an α-expansin gene cloned from Vicia faba epidermal strips. Expression of VfEXPA1 is regulated by darkness and submergence, and is not affected by light and abscisic acid (ABA). In situ hybridization showed that VfEXPA1 is expressed primarily in the guard cells. Overexpression of VfEXPA1 in transgenic tobacco accelerated light-induced stomatal opening, and increased both transpiration and photosynthetic rates under favorable growth conditions. Our results indicate the guard cell-expressed expansin VfEXPA1 plays an important role in regulation of stomatal opening.
