摘    要:阐述了α-葡萄糖苷酶作用于糖的α-1,4或α-1,6糖苷键产生α-异头单一或低聚糖,或逆向催化这种糖苷键的链接反应.在糖的催化反应方面α-葡萄糖苷酶具有水解和转糖苷双重作用.介绍了α-葡萄糖苷酶在基础和开发研究领域的应用现状,以及淀粉水解、酒精发酵、低聚异麦芽糖生产、化学合成、代谢机理研究、临床检测、疾病预防和治疗等,...

Abstract:α-Glucosidases(EC 3.2.1.20) acting on a-glycosidic bonds to produce α-anomeric mono-or oligosaccharides form α-1,4 or α-1,6 glycosidic linkages,or a reverse combination of both of these catalytic activities are discussed.These enzymes can catalyse the hydrolysis of saccharides and promote transglucosylation reactions.The present application and development of α-glucosidases is introduced,involving starch hydrolysis,alcoholic fermentation,production of isomalto-oligosaccharide,chemical synthesis,and the study on metabolic mechanisms,clinical examination,therapy and prevention of human diseases.The report provides reference for related researches.
