扶持小微企业发展的法律环境建立与完善

为了发挥小微企业在活跃市场和解决就业及科研创新等方面的重要作用,针对中国小微企业现状,分析了小微企业规模小、扶持弱、创新差和融资难等问题.对美、日、德和中国的相关法律法规进行了比较分析.提出了改善法律环境,健全管理机制,完善社会服务体系等引导和扶持小微企业发展的措施.     

我国中小企业个性化知识服务的问题及对策研究

在阐述中小企业和个性化知识服务概念的基础上，分析了我国中小企业在个性化知识服务方面主要存在的基础薄弱、观念落后、资金不足、人才短缺等问题，并提出了政府引导、观念转变、资金引入、人才引进和培训等对策。     

Tropical cyclones and reproductive ecology of Crocodylus acutus Cuvier, 1807 (Reptilia: Crocodilia: Crocodylidae) on a Caribbean atoll in Mexico

Crocodylus acutus, a coastal species nesting in sand beaches, could be affected by increasing tropical cyclone frequency. We studied key characteristics of C. acutus reproductive ecology on Banco Chinchorro atoll from 2006 to 2009, including the impact of two tropical cyclones. Hurricanes increased canopy openness causing earlier nesting the following year. Crocodiles nested at the beginning of the wet season with hatching in mid-wet season; this could represent a compromise between risking nest flooding and increasing freshwater availability for hatchlings. Tropical cyclones dramatically reduced nesting success by cooling and flooding clutches. Nursery sites were usually hypersaline, but heavy rainfall from tropical cyclones can likely benefit hatchling survival by decreasing salinity. While tropical cyclones have negative short-term impacts on crocodile nesting, they likely have an overall beneficial effect by creating and maintaining open sandy nesting areas used by C. acutus and they may explain its widespread distribution in Caribbean coastal areas.

基于本构模型的橡胶衬套刚度分析

选取Mooney-Rivlin、YEOH和Ogden三种超弹性本构模型,以橡胶材料基本力学实验数据为基础,识别出三种本构模型的参数。建立汽车悬架橡胶衬套有限元模型,以三种本构模型设置材料属性,计算了橡胶衬套轴向、径向和扭转三个方向的静态力学特性。结果表明,在小变形范围内,YEOH对橡胶衬套轴向变形仿真效果较好,Mooney-Rivlin模型对径向和扭转变形仿真效果较好。     

Identifying influential spreaders in artificial complex networks

A long-term common belief in complex networks is that,the most connected nodes are the most efficient spreaders.However,recent investigations on real-world complex networks show that the most influential spreaders are those with the highest fc-shell values.It is well-known that,many real-world complex networks have scale free（SF）,small world（SW） properties,therefore,identification of influential spreaders in general artificial SF,SW as well as random networks will be more appealing.This research finds that,for artificial ER and SW networks,degree is more reliable than fc-shell in predicting the outcome of spreading.However,for artificial SF networks,fc-shell is remarkably reliable than degree and betweeness,which indicate that the four recently investigated real-world networks[Kitsak M,Gallos L K,Havlin S,Liljeros F,Muchnik L,Stanley H E,Makse H A,Identification of influential spreaders in complex networks,Nat.Phys.,2010,6：888-893.]are more similar to scale free ones.Moreover,the investigations also indicate us an optimal dissemination strategy in networks with scale free property.That is,starting from moderate-degree-nodes will be ok and even more economical,since one can derive roughly similar outcome with starting from hubs.

回归正交试验设计在液体粘度测量中的应用

利用回归正交试验设计方法探讨各参数对落球法测量粘度值影响大小的问题,采用多管粘度测量仪,定量的分析小球直径和圆筒内径对粘度测量的影响,得到粘度测量值的回归模型。通过对模型的分析表明：小球直径和圆筒内径对粘度测量有显著的影响,并且小球直径比圆筒内径对粘度影响要大得多。根据实验结果并结合模型发现,随直径比d/D的增大,测量的粘度值在减小;在一定的测量条件下,6～7℃时甘油的粘度为1.162～1.122Pa·s。
