回归正交试验设计在液体粘度测量中的应用

摘    要:利用回归正交试验设计方法探讨各参数对落球法测量粘度值影响大小的问题,采用多管粘度测量仪,定量的分析小球直径和圆筒内径对粘度测量的影响,得到粘度测量值的回归模型。通过对模型的分析表明:小球直径和圆筒内径对粘度测量有显著的影响,并且小球直径比圆筒内径对粘度影响要大得多。根据实验结果并结合模型发现,随直径比d/D的增大,测量的粘度值在减小;在一定的测量条件下,6~7℃时甘油的粘度为1.162~1.122Pa·s。

Abstract:The method of regression orthogonal experiment design was discussed in detail when it was used for the study of the parameter on the liquid viscosity measurement.Based on the experiment data,regress model on the cylinder bore and small ball diame- ter were obtained.By analyzing the regression model,some conclusions were concluded: the small ball diameter' s effect on viscosity is bigger than the cylinder bore' s.Analysis to regress model and contact practice was conducted and the results showed when the diame- ter ratio is bigger, the viscosity measurement is smaller; Under the condition of certain measurement , the viscosity of glycerol is 1.162~1.122Pa·s at.
