PAS-1#絮凝剂在拜耳法赤泥沉降分离系统的应用研究

Representation of 3D Woven Structures by Parametric Method

A parametric method is developed to quantitatively represent the microstructure of 3D woven structures. Different binding patterns, such as angle interlock and orthogonal interlock with through-thickness or layer-to-layer bindings, are classified. A unit cell of 3D woven structure is defined with four constituent yarn systems represented by nine structural parameters. A mapping relationship between the 3D woven structure and corresponding representative parameters is thus established. The study indicates that four out of the nine parameters are necessary to represent a 3D woven structure with an angle interlock binding, and that five parameters are required to describe a 3D woven structure with an orthogonal interlock binding. Once the structural parameters are determined, the pattern of 3D woven structures can be unambiguously identified, and vice versa. In addition to the purpose of structure presentation, the method can be further used as a means for designing 3D woven structure to meet the performance requirements of 3D woven composites.

Relative Intensity Noise in the Single Quantum Well Diode

Based on the mathematical model of quantum well laser diode(QW-LDs) developed, the paper presents a relative intensity noise(RIN) model, which employs Gaussian form random noise with its average being to zero. It can be straightforwardly used to describe the effect of the noise on the performance of QW-LDs. The RIN becomes notable in the frequency range of interests and therefore affects the device modulation property. The results are in good agreement of the published data. The RIN model proposed and the results can be used for purpose of device technique improvement and performance simulation of optical communication systems and networks.     

Inhibition of DNA restrictive endonucleases and Taq DNA polymerase by trimalonic acid C60

Activities of trimalonic acid fullerene (TMA C_60) on DNA restrictive enzymatic reaction were investigated by using two restrictive endonucleases Hind III and EcoR I and plasmid pEGFP-N1 with single restric-tive site for both enzymes. Meanwhile, TMA C60 was also tested to clarify its effects on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with the catalyst of Taq DNA polymerase and the template of plasmid pEGFP-N1. The products from restrictive reactions or PCR were detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. It was found that the product amounts from restrictive reactions or PCR decreased significantly with addition of TMA C60. The inhibition by TMA C60 was dose-dependent and IC50 values for reactions of Hind III, EcoR I and PCR were 16.3, 6.0 and 6.0 μmol/L, respectively. Addition of two scavengers of reactive oxygen species (ROS), L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate ester magnesium and sodium azide at the con-centrations of 2―10 mmol/L did not antagonize the activities of TMA C60 against PCR and two restrictive reactions. However, increase of Taq DNA polymerase amounts in PCR system antagonized the activities of TMA C60. These data implied that TMA C60 was able to inhibit the activities of the three above-mentioned enzymes involved in DNA metabolism, and that this inhibition probably did not correlate to ROS.
