添加剂对TiO2电流变液性能的影响

研究不同添加剂对电流变液流变性能的影响，以提高ER液体的电流变活性。对含有不同添加剂的电流变液体进行了电流变性能测试。结果表明：几种添加剂对改善电流变液体的性能均有很好的促进作用。在4kV／mm的电场强度下，含不同添加剂的电流变液体的剪切应力分别提高12％、26％和33％。且ER液体的抗沉淀稳定性明显提高。说明适宜、适量的添加剂能有效地提高ER液体的性能。     

井冈山自然保护区甜槠群落物种多样性分析

以甜槠群落6个样地调查资料为基础,对该群落的区系组成和不同样地、不同层次的物种多样性进行了分析,结果表明:(1)甜槠群落中有维管植物59科85属116种(含变种);属的地理成分以热带成分占优势,温带成分占有一定的比例。(2)乔木层、灌木层和草本层的各项物种多样性指标在群落各样地间均有一定的差异;在群落垂直结构中,灌木层的多样性指数最大,乔木层次之,草本层最小。     

Real time observation of the photocleavage of single DNA molecules

A method for real time observation of photo-cleavage of stratched λDNA at single molecular level by a fluorescent microscope coupled with CCD is developed.DNA molecules stained with YOYO-1 are stretched by the mo-lecular combing technique and fixed on a modified slide.Then the Process of Photocleavage and relaxation of DNA under radiation of blue light is observed.We speculate that the conformation change of stretched DNA and the effect of water are likely to facilitate the effect of YOYO photocleav-age DNA molecules.The photocleavage effect of YOYO for stretched DNA may be useful to study DNA elasticity,cancer research as well as the interaction between DNA and dyes.

HV/CVD Grown Relaxed SiGe Buffer Layers for SiGe HMOSFETs

High-vacuum/chemical-vapor deposition (HV/CVD) system was used to grow relaxed SiGe buffer layers on Si substrates. Several methods were then used to analyze the quality of the SiGe films. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy showed that the upper layer was almost fully relaxed. Second ion mass spectroscopy showed that the Ge compositions were step-graded. Transmission electron microscopy showed that the misfit dislocations were restrained to the graded SiGe layers. Tests of the electrical properties of tensile-strained Si on relaxed SiGe buffer layers showed that their transconductances were higher than that of Si devices. These results verify the high quality of the relaxed SiGe buffer layer. The calculated critical layer thicknesses of the graded Si1-xGex layer on Si substrate and a Si layer on the relaxed SiGe buffer layer agree well with experimental results.     

TiCl2-NH3·H2O液体发烟剂红外衰减性能实验

烟幕技术是现代战场效费比最高的光电对抗手段，其干扰效果依赖于烟幕的组成成分。对基于四氯化钛-氨水体系液体发烟剂布设的烟幕的红外衰减性能进行了研究，发现在适宜条件下，烟雾呈中性，同时对3～5μm和8～12μm红外辐射的衰减率可分别达到65％和90％。当靶温在34℃～73℃之间变化时，烟幕对8～12μm红外辐射的衰减率均高于90％，对3～5μm红外辐射的衰减率随靶温升高而降低。     

A Study on Forest Species Diversity and Its Ecological Service Function in the Plateau Area of Western Sichuan

This paper presents a study on species diversity and its ecological service function in the plateau area in western Sichuan. The results show that species diversity in the plantations on the cutover land has a tendency to increase and that its ecological service function is to be improved with stand age growing. The species diversity in forest communities is also gradually increased on different succession stage till reaching a climax level. But the species diversity in the climax community is slightly decreased before it reaches a relatively constant status. Ecological service function of diversity is gradually strengthened with the progress of succession. In addition, species diversity in a stand in a similar site and at a same age differs among forest types. Species diversity index within a coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest is larger than that within a coniferous forest. Meanwhile, species diversity enriches as the tree density increases.

单管塔疲劳效应的时域分析

目前通信塔正由角钢塔向单管塔转型 ,但单管塔的加工工艺使其焊缝疲劳问题非常突出 .据此 ,对设计中通常选用的 4 0m高单管塔进行了疲劳分析 .其中 ,采用线性滤波器法进行了风荷载的时程模拟 ,建立了悬臂梁有限元模型 ,由有限元法计算应力最大焊缝处在各种风速下的应力时程 ,结合风玫瑰图、风速分布的Weibull曲线确定各应力时程的分布情况 .由S—N曲线进行焊缝疲劳分析 ,根据Miner准则得到线性疲劳寿命 .最后 ,结合实际焊接工艺 ,给出了提高单管塔疲劳寿命的构造措施     

基于幂均融合算子的模糊传感器数据融合

提出了一种新的融合模糊传感器数据的方法。首先把模糊传感器输出的隶属函数作为对模糊命题的支持程度，之后引入了一个相似性测度对各个传感器输出的相似性进行度量，定义了一个相对一致度系数表示各个传感器被其他传感器所支持的程度，最后基于幂均算子实现了模糊传感器的数据融合。与已有的方法相比，该方法综合考虑了各个传感器的输出信息，降低了融合过程中的信息损失。通过一个目标识别的算例验证了该方法的有效性。
