选择NTR7450膜对L-苯丙氨酸和L-天冬氨酸水溶液进行了纳滤分离过程研究,讨论了不同pH下氨基酸的透过特性.在pH=5~8时,NTR7450膜对L-苯丙氨酸和L-天冬氨酸的截留率分别为0和90%.根据实验结果进行了模拟计算.结果表明,通过调节pH值,L-苯丙氨酸和L-天冬氨酸可以被有效地分离.  相似文献

为解决供应链中库存管理的不确定性问题,建立了基于递归神经网络技术的需求预测模型,并在此基础上提出了该模型的学习算法.通过实验仿真将该模型同经典多层前馈神经网络模型的预测效果相比较,得出了该模型在多步预测方面比较优越的结论.利用某企业的销量预测进行了实例验证,效果良好.  相似文献

根据有限元工具ANSYS的分析结果,设计了一种半导体压阻式压力传感器——绝缘体上硅(SOI)压力传感器,并完成了制作.测试表明,除具有良好的静态特性之外,与同类压力传感器相比,SOI压力传感器的工作温区宽,最高工作温度可达220℃;稳定性高,30d内的零点漂移小于0.2%;温度特性好,灵敏度温度系数约为-5.1×10-4/℃.此外传感器的结构简单,采用半导体集成电路平面工艺结合微机械加工技术制作,易于实现批量生产,有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

运用水射流理论与土力学理论,建立了水射流土层扩孔方程.基于室内模拟实验,研究了射流参数与扩孔效果的关系,并验证了水射流土层扩孔方程的正确性.结果表明,增大射流流量比增大其压力对扩孔效果的提高更有效,实验参数βs主要与扩孔时钻杆的运动有关.  相似文献

To monitor, control and manage the work process of computer numerical control machine tools in a flexible manufacturing system (FMS) effectively, the distributed numerical coutrol (distributed-NC) software should be innovated with the characteristics of modularization and reconfiguration. In this paper, firstly, distributed-NC functions in the FMS environment are described. Then, we present a design and development method of the real time distributed-NC that is on the basis of the re-coufigurable software and hardware platform and with an object-oriented model concept. Finally, to verify the proposed method, the distributed-NC software has been implemented in VC++ 6.0 and has been tested in connection with the different physical flexible manufacturing shops.  相似文献

The main features of top-floor rooms with natural ventilation are identified by investigating indoor thermal environment in summer season. One is high indoor air temperature, for this reason the indoor climate is far beyond the thermal comfort standard; the other is the inhomogeneous temperature distribution of the inner wall surfaces, and high temperature of the inner surface of the roof causes much scorching to the head of occupant. This is the characteristic of such rooms.Both features mentioned above should be considered comprehensively for the evaluation of indoor thermal environment of the top-floor rooms with asymmetric radiantfield. In order to characterize the indoor thermalenvironment of the rooms, the heat stress index, HSI and radiant heat flux reaching human head, QR should beintroduced simultaneously as thermal indexes for the indoor climate evaluation. The hourly and daily air quality concentration in the total air pollutant emission amount control zone is not sure to be continuously up to national ambient air quality standard, even though the total annual air pollutant emission is permitted under the total air pollutant emission amount control (TAPEAC) on the basis of A-value method. So the concept of the environmental quality guarantee ratio (EQGR) for TAPEAC is advanced in this paper and its quantitative formula is figured out for both hourly and daily EQGR. It is concluded that the EQGR is related with the yearly arrangement of A-value besides the pollutant type. According to the meteorological data in a lower area along Yangtze River in 2000, the yearly A-value trend is analyzed. Based on the data, the hourly EQGR of SO2 and NO2 is respectively 97.4% and 90.2%, and daily EQGR respectively 90.2% and 79.5%.  相似文献
