采用大学教师工作压力量表,简易应对方式问卷,总体幸福感量表对382名高校教师进行了研究.探讨应对方式是否对工作压力与主观幸福感的关系有调节作用.结果发现应对方式对工作压力和主观幸福感之间的关系具有减弱的调节作用.具体来看,消极应对对工作保障和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用.积极应对对人际关系压力和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用. 相似文献

基于KMnO4 与NH3 ·H2 O反应 ,用微波高压液相合成技术制备了粒径为 12 5nm的二氧化锰纳米微粒。二氧化锰纳米微粒的稳定性实验发现 ,微量NaNO3 和TritonX 10 0对二氧化锰纳米微粒的稳定起一定作用 .二氧化锰纳米微粒在 34 2nm处有特征吸收峰 .它的共振瑞利散射峰分别位于 410nm ,470nm ,5 30nm ,共振瑞利散射强度I4 70 与二氧化锰浓度在 2× 10 -7~ 4× 10 -5mol/L范围内呈线性关系 ,相关系数 0 9987.还研究了二氧化锰米微粒的非线性散射现象 . 相似文献

Eolian loess is widely distributed on the various geomorphic surfaces between 700–2400 m a.s.l. on the northern slope of the
Tian Shan. It is formed in a synchronous manner with dust transported from the Gurbantunggut Desert in the Junggar Basin.
The thickest section of loess was found in the Shawan and Shihezi regions. Paleomagnetic and climatic proxy analyses of over
71 m of a loess-paleosol sequence on the highest terrace of the Qingshui He (River) in the Shawan show that the paleomagnetic
Bruhues/Matuyama (B/M) boundary lies at the bottom of paleosol S8, at a depth of 69.5 m, and the bottom of the sequence was
estimated to be ∼0.8 Ma. This implies that the extremely dry climatic conditions in the Junggar Basin and the initial Gurbantunggut
Desert were present at least by 0.8 Ma. High-resolution grain size series demonstrate that this area and desert expansion
experienced two dramatic periods of desert expansions that occurred at ∼0.65 Ma and 0.5 Ma, respectively; and the subsequent
continuous enhancement led to the environment presently observed. This tremendous environmental effect, caused by large-scale
expansion of the desert and arid region of inner Asia, might be an important driving force for the global temperature drop

Thermoelectric power (S) measurements have been systematically investigated in high-quality La2-x-Srx-CuO4 single crystals with different Sr concentrations (x =0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.1, 0.12). In this doping range studied, S remains positive, and with the increase of Sr concentration,room-temperature thermoelectric power S (290 K) decreases.An empirical formula which presents a relationship between hole concentration P and room-temperature thermoelectric power S (290 K) is reported in this note. Organic carbon in forest soils of Qingyunsi and Wukesong profiles can be divided into fast and slow components. Δ 14C values of these profiles decrease with increasing of depth. The Δ 14C values in 30-40 cm depth interval of Wukesong profile are decreasing sharply until a very low value, showing that a strong geological environment change occurred about 1 560 years ago. The 14C apparent ages of Wukesong profile show that the coniferous and broad-leaf mixed forests around Wukesong profile have been developing since 425 a BP, which is consistent with historical documents. The penetrating depths of "bomb 14C" in Qingyunsi and Wukesong profiles are 10 and 20 cm, respectively. 相似文献

Neurons must often extend axons over fairly long distances, making multiple changes in their trajectory of growth before
arriving at their final target. It has become clear that as growth cones navigate these complex projections, they typically
extend toward a number of intermediate targets before they contact their final target. Recent work from a variety of systems
has identified intermediate targets that seem to play similar roles in vertebrate and invertebrate nervous system development.
From these examples it appears that a general model of axon guidance can be proposed whereby neurons are guided to their targets
segmentally. Within each segment, an intermediate target appears to be the primary target for growth cone recognition and
thus the completion of the journey to the final target is determined by a series of successful segmental pathfinding decisions. 相似文献

The Redfield ratio of 106 carbon:16 nitrogen:1 phosphorus in marine phytoplankton is one of the foundations of ocean biogeochemistry, with applications in algal physiology, palaeoclimatology and global climate change. However, this ratio varies substantially in response to changes in algal nutrient status and taxonomic affiliation. Here we report that Redfield ratios are also strongly affected by partitioning into surface-adsorbed and intracellular phosphorus pools. The C:N:surface-adsorbed P (80-105 C:15-18 N:1 P) and total (71-80 C:13-14 N:1 P) ratios in natural populations and cultures of Trichodesmium were close to Redfield values and not significantly different from each other. In contrast, intracellular ratios consistently exceeded the Redfield ratio (316-434 C:59-83 N:1 intracellular P). These high intracellular ratios were associated with reduced N2 fixation rates, suggestive of phosphorus deficiency. Other algal species also have substantial surface-adsorbed phosphorus pools, suggesting that our Trichodesmium results are generally applicable to all phytoplankton. Measurements of the distinct phytoplankton phosphorus pools may be required to assess nutrient limitation accurately from elemental composition. Deviations from Redfield stoichiometry may be attributable to surface adsorption of phosphorus rather than to biological processes, and this scavenging could affect the interpretation of marine nutrient inventories and ecosystem models. 相似文献
