提出了搅拌机搅拌过程的优化目标,得到了搅拌过程优化的目标函数。在此基础上,对立轴式强制搅拌机进行了试验和优化,提出通过增加物料径向运动来消除搅拌低效区的方案;重点对双卧轴搅拌机进行多参数的优化,得到了搅拌臂排列及其相位、叶片安装角、拌筒长宽比和搅拌线速度等参数比较合理的取值范围。试验结果表明,经过参数优化的搅拌机,不但提高了混凝土搅拌质量,而且对原结构的改动不大,简单易行,便于工程推广应用。  相似文献

为消除强制式搅拌机的低效率区,提高混凝土的搅拌质量和效率,根据双排叶片的搅拌装置结构,采用理论分析和正交试验相结合的方法,分析了主副叶片安装角、主副叶片的关系、搅拌臂排列形式、拌筒长宽比和搅拌线速度等搅拌装置参数对搅拌性能的影响,得出了各参数的合理取值范围和相互匹配关系.结果表明:主叶片安装角、主副叶片排列关系、单轴搅拌臂相位和双轴搅拌臂排列是双排叶片搅拌装置的首要性能参数;对目前普遍使用的双卧轴式搅拌机的较优参数匹配推荐为:主叶片轴向角45°、径向角35°,副叶片轴向角35°、径向角45°,主副叶片变径、同向关系,单轴搅拌臂相位90°,双轴搅拌臂平行布置,拌筒长宽比大于1,搅拌线速度1.2m/s.  相似文献

根据双卧轴混凝土搅拌机内物料运动的特点,分析了搅拌叶片不同排列方式对混凝土搅拌质量的影响,得出了搅拌叶片的合理排列方式,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:搅拌叶片的排列应保证物料在整个拌筒空间内循环流动,以及在中央主搅拌区内最大限度的逆流运动;搅拌叶片的最佳排列方式为正反排列。  相似文献

传统的双卧轴搅拌机存在混凝土容易抱轴、搅拌低效区、物料运动不流畅等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了一种新型的强制式混凝土搅拌机——双螺旋轴搅拌机,并对双卧轴搅拌机与双螺旋轴搅拌机各自特点进行了分析。对比试验结果表明:螺旋轴搅拌机搅拌混凝土20 s时的抗压强度,比双卧轴搅拌机搅拌混凝土30 s时的抗压强度提高2.4%;在相同的搅拌条件下,双螺旋轴搅拌机搅拌混凝土时电机电流平均值比双卧轴搅拌机降低6.9%。  相似文献

全尾砂混合料搅拌技术是全尾砂膏体制备系统的关键技术,而搅拌机叶片的排列方式对混合物料的搅拌效果有很大影响.论文首先从搅拌原理出发,分别分析比较了叶片的单向正排列和单向反排列、单向排列和对称排列、对称排列和反向回转排列方式对搅拌效果的影响,然后,用数值模拟方法模拟出不同叶片排列方式的混合料流场,进一步论证叶片不同的排列方式对搅拌效果的影响.研究结果表明,叶片对称布置能够有效增加物料的搅拌次数,加强剪切运动和促进扩散运动.反向叶片区流场面积大,强度高,更有利于物料的对流运动,快速混合均匀.双卧轴全尾砂膏体搅拌机推荐采用反向回转排列方式.  相似文献

在叶片的进、出口安放角都已经确定的情况下,提出一种确定叶片包角的新方法.分别确定a、b、c三条流线的包角取值范围,求其取值范围的交集,根据不同轴面的安放角和叶片包角的关系确定叶片包角的具体取值.根据该方法进行叶轮设计得到叶轮的水力模型,通过模拟试验验证,证明新方法的可靠性和实用性.新方法可以确定叶片包角的具体取值,改变叶轮水力设计对叶片包角按经验取值的弊端,提高叶轮水力设计的效率.  相似文献

为提高双滚筒再生搅拌设备的搅拌均匀性,对内筒转速、叶片安装角和搅拌臂相位角进行了设计,利用基于离散元方法(EDEM)的仿真软件建立了双滚筒再生搅拌设备模型,对搅拌过程进行了离散元仿真模拟.仿真结果表明:在设计范围内提高转速、减小叶片轴向安装角可以提高双滚筒再生搅拌设备的搅拌均匀性;在供料速率一定的情况下,搅拌臂相位角过大不利于混合料的搅拌;搅拌臂相位角对粗集料均匀性的影响程度非常显著,通过减小相位角可以快速降低其离散系数,提高搅拌均匀性.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
