质酸金的合成及性质研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为获得透明质酸新的功能,对其进行结构修饰.以氯金酸、透明质酸钠为原料合成质酸金.通过元素分析、冷场扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振分析对其结构进行了表征,对肺癌细胞A549、肝癌细胞BEL7402增殖影响进行了研究.结果表明,在高剂量下对肝癌细胞BEL7402的增殖有明显的抑制活性,对肺癌细胞A549的增殖有边缘抑制活性.  相似文献

利用三苯基氯化锡和N,N-二丁基荒酸钠反应, 合成了三苯基锡(Ⅳ) N,N-二丁基荒酸酯. 通过元素分析、 红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行表征. 用X射线单晶 衍射测定了该配合物的晶体结构. 结果表明, 配合物中锡原子呈五配位畸变三角双锥构型.  相似文献

采用凝胶法合成了碱土金属—粘液酸配合物的晶体.样品经过元素分析、红外光谱研究,确定了该类配合物的组成.结果表明,粘液酸的两个羧基和四个羟基均能参与配位键的形成,而中心离子 Ca~(2+)、Sr~(2+)、Ba~(2+)与配体粘液酸的配位状况存在着一定差异。  相似文献

以2,2-联苯酸、联苯胺、乙二胺、对苯二胺等典型的含氮化合物为配体与Cu(Ⅱ)盐进行了水热反应合成了几种配合物CuLxL(N)y,其中L为2,2-联苯酸,L(N)为含氮化合物为配体,是联苯胺、乙二胺或对苯二胺等.通过元素分析,热重分析、IR分析等手段对配合物进行了表征;且研究了几种含氮配体在水热反应中的还原性.在水热条件下,NH2基团的还原性增强;以乙二胺中NH2的还原性最强,对苯二胺和联苯二胺次之,咪唑还原性最弱.  相似文献

用二正丁基氧化锡和类维生素A酸以摩尔比1∶2和1∶1反应,合成了两个系列的新型类维生素A酸二正丁基锡酯化合物3a~3d和4a~4d,并利用(1H,13C,119Sn)NMR和IR表征了这些化合物的结构,确定了化合物3a~3d是通过单齿配位形式与锡原子结合而成的五配位三角双锥型的配合物化合物,而化合物4a~4d的结构中存在着一个锡氧四元环,分子中的酯基为二齿配体,锡原子都是六配位扭曲八面体构型.生物活性测试表明:该类化合物对宫颈癌细胞(Hela)、肝癌细胞(LCC)、肺癌细胞(A549)等癌细胞都具有较好的抗癌活性.  相似文献

合成了一种新型的有机-无机多金属氧酸配合物[(C_(10)H_8N_2H_2)]·[HPMo_(12)O_(40)]·H_2O(1),并用单晶X射线衍射和IR光谱对该配合物的结构进行了表征.研究结果表明,该配合物由1个[HPMo_(12)O_(40)]~(2-)、1个质子化4,4’-联吡啶和1个H_2O分子组成.多金属氧酸阴离子、质子化有机分子及水分子通过氢键作用形成三维网状结构.  相似文献

Six new aminocarboxylic ligands were synthesized by reactions of EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) dianhydride or DTPA (diethylenetriaminepenta—acetic acid) dianhydride and ethyl ester of serine, threonine and tyrosine. Their paramagnetic metal complexes were also synthesized. All ligands and paramagnetic metal complexes were characterized by IR spectra,1H NMR and elemental analyses. Relaxivity study showed that the metal complexes had higher relaxation effectiveness as compared to corresponding unmodified metal complexes. Imaging study of gadolinium complex of tyrosine ethyl ester modified DTPA in mice demonstrated that this metal complex could apparently increase the signal intensity of MR images. 为寻找快速显示重金属离子并生成沉淀去除的新型荧光淬灭剂,以4-氨基-3,5-二(2-羟基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑[NH2C2N3(C6H4OH)2]为配体,合成重金属(Co,Cr,Mn,Ni)配合物,通过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS和元素分析等确认其配位方式和结构,并测试了配合物的热重、紫外和荧光淬灭性能.结果表明:此类金属配合物热稳定性较好,Mn和Ni配合物高温下分解为氧化物;配合物的紫外吸收强度较配体有所减弱;配体荧光与重金属离子配位后发生淬灭,说明重金属离子Co,Cr,Mn,Ni是1,2,4-三唑配体优良的荧光淬灭剂,可通过配位生成沉淀去除.  相似文献

以水杨酸、氨基硫脲为原料,POCl3作为溶剂、催化剂、环合剂,合成了2-氨基-5-(2-羟基苯基)-1,3,4-噻二唑.通过其与相应的芳香醛反应,合成了3种含杂环1,3,4-噻二唑的希夫碱及其金属配合物.采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(1H-NMR)对目标产物及其中间体进行了表征,通过荧光光谱研究了其光学性能.结果表明:所用方法反应时间短、操作简单、产率高,这些化合物具有较强的荧光发射光谱,有望成为较好的有机光电材料.  相似文献

邻菲罗啉衍生物的金属配合物对于DNA具有键合作用,有助于研发抗癌新药.以1,10-邻菲罗啉为原料合成了1,10-邻菲罗啉-5,6-二酮,然后与2-咪唑醛和醋酸铵在冰乙酸的环境下加热回流3.5h,得到产品2,2’-联咪唑并[5,6-f]邻菲罗啉.将该产物与硝酸铜配位,制得铜配合物.用NMR、元素分析和IR对产物进行了表征.该目标产物有可能对DNA的切割起作用.  相似文献

Seven novel solid complexes of the first-row transitional metal with L-α-histidine were synthesized, and their compositions were determined. The constant-volume combustion energies of the complexes were measured by a precision rotation bomb calorimeter. The standard molar enthalpies of combustion and the standard molar enthalpies of formation were calculated. The results indicated that the plots of the standard enthalpies of formation against the atomic number of the metal show a regularity of zigzag.  相似文献

Objective: A series of 2-benzylideneaminonaphthothiazoles were designed and synthesized incorporating the lipophilic naphthalene ring to render them more capable of penetrating various biomembranes. Methods: Schiff bases were synthesized by the reaction of naphtha[1,2-d]thiazol-2-amine with various substituted aromatic aldehydes. 2-(2′-Hydroxy)benzylideneaminonaphthothiazole was converted to its Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) metal complexes upon treatment with metal salts in ethanol. All the compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities by paper disc diffusion method with Gram positive Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis and Gram negative Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of all the Schiff bases and metal complexes were determined by agar streak dilution method. Results: All the compounds moderately inhibited the growth of Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. In the present study among all Schiff bases 2-(2′-hydroxy)benzylideneaminonaphthothiazole showed maximum inhibitory activity and among metal complexes Cu(II) metal complex was found to be most potent. Conclusion: The results obtained validate the hypothesis that Schiff bases having substitution with halogens, hydroxyl group and nitro group at phenyl ring are required for the antibacterial activity while methoxy group at different positions in the aromatic ring has minimal role in the inhibitory activity. The results also indicated that the metal complexes are better antibacterial agents as compared to the Schiff bases.  相似文献

The title complexes KaHb[M(SiW9O34)2mH2O(M=Ni,Cu,Zn,Fe or Mn) were synthesized by SiW9O34 10− with transition metal respectively and their structure were characterized by mean of elemental analysis, TG-DTA, IR spectra and, UV spectra. In addition, their redox properties in solution were investigated using polarographic and cyclic voltammographic methods. Experimental results indicated that the complexes have Keggin structure and that the heteropolyanions underwent two-step, two-electron tungsten reduction processes.
