认知缺陷是ADHD的核心部分,这种缺陷的模型被发现与有前额叶损伤的成人相似,推断出ADHD可能存在前额叶功能损伤。WCST被发现可以从成人其他脑区损伤的病人中辨别出前额叶损伤的病人,有证据表明WCST可以从儿童中辨别出ADHD儿童,本文就目前国外把WCST应用于ADHD的现状作一综述。  相似文献

【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童与正常儿童智力水平及均舒巨的差异。【方法】复习7篇有关献,对ADHD儿童和正常儿童的总智商(HQ)、语言智商(VIQ)及操作智商(PIQ)进行META分析。【结果】ADHD患儿智商多在正常范围或处于边缘水平(平均FIQ在8994之间,VIQ在88-95之间,PIQ在89-99之间)。ADHD患儿智商均低于正常对照组(FIQ低于对照组1.44个标准差,VIQ低于对照组1.78个标准差,PIQ低于对照组0.98个标准差)。在语言智商(VIQ)与操作智商(PIQ)的均衡性上,ADHD组患儿的智力发展不平衡的总优势约为对照组的7.17倍(OR=7.17)。【结论】ADHD患儿智商多在正常范围或处于边缘水平。ADHD与智力发展不平衡有关联。ADHD儿童可能存在言语理解能力不足或与言语理解能力相关的左半球功能缺陷。  相似文献

为了解大学生群体中注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的发生率,并分析其与网络成瘾(Internet addiction,IA)的关联程度,选取呼和浩特市两所高校,以班级为单位整体抽样,运用网络成瘾诊断量表(IAT)和成人ADHD自评量表-V1.1(ASRS-V1.1),对1 322名大学生进行调查研究。结果表明:大学生ADHD症状被筛查为阳性的有8.6%,且在IAT上得分显著高于ADHD症状筛查为阴性的学生(P0.001)。说明大学生群体中的ADHD和IA存在较高比例,ADHD症状筛查为阳性的大学生会更容易网络成瘾(IA)。  相似文献

目的:测试首次就诊、未经治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)儿童的智力结构.方法:采用韦氏儿童智力量表修订本(C-WISC)对33名ADHD儿童和33名正常儿童进行智力评估.结果:ADHD儿童言语智商(VIQ)为(102.55±14.16)、操作智商(PIQ)为(99.39±10.21)及总智商(FIQ)为(101.24±11.33),均分别低于正常儿童(115.91±9.53、113.91±10.93及116.76±10.60),差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);各分测验(除外图形拼凑)均显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05,P<0.01);ADHD儿童组言语智商VIQ-PIQ差值(13.35±8.75)显著高于对照组(7.31±4.14)(P<0.05).结论:ADHD儿童智商结果普遍下降,智力结构因为注意缺陷全面受损.操作智商发育落后于言语智商,智力结构发展不平衡.  相似文献

提出一个从个体水平来区分注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)病人与健康系统的方法.找到了敏感的神经影像标记,通过这些特征利用SVM分类器留一交叉验证的准确率可以达到78.28%,敏感性为64.36%,特征性为88.11%.本文提出的方法将有助于ADHD病人的诊断与治疗,同时可以运用到其他更多的精神疾病诊断方面.  相似文献

目的通过观察注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)模型大鼠虹清氨基酸含量变化,为研究ADHD的发病机制提供依据。方法采用开场试验对自发性高血压大鼠和正常大鼠进行行为观察,并采用丹酰氯柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定血清氨基酸含量。结果实验组大鼠在白天及夜晚开场中的穿越格子数、直立次数显著多于对照组大鼠,血清谷氨酸、酪氨酸、丝氨酸显著低于正常对照组,苏氨酸显著高于正常对照组。结论ADHD模型大鼠血浆氨基酸含量发生了改变,其中某些与神经递质合成有关的氨基酸改变较显著。  相似文献

以整合视听连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)为指标,探讨箱庭疗法干预注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的效果.选取30名ADHD儿童,进行8次箱庭疗法干预.干预后ADHD儿童的多动次数明显减少,多动商数明显增加;其中注意力商数、控制力商数在干预前后差异显著;注意力维度的视觉速度商数、警醒商数、注意集中商数在干预前后差异均显著;控制力维度中,一致性商数和视觉谨慎商数在干预前后差异显著;正确率差异显著.箱庭疗法是干预ADHD儿童的有效方法,能够显著改善其控制力和注意力,对于视觉症状的改善效果要好于听觉.  相似文献

了解我国注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童智力结构分布情况,为ADHD儿童早期识别、诊断、治疗提供依据。通过数据库收集ADHD患儿和正常儿童在智力测验方面的病例对照研究相关论文,以定量Meta对总智商(FIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)和操作智商(PIQ)进行统计分析。纳入40篇文献,36篇中文文献,4篇英文文献;参与样本总量为6829例,ADHD组样本量4184例,对照组样本量2645例。FIQ、VIQ和PIQ的WMD分别为-1.20(95%CI:-1.37,-1.03)、-1.31(95%CI:-1.55,-1.07)和-0.88(95%CI:-0.99,-0.77),ADHD组均低于对照组(P均0.001)。ADHD组VIQ和PIQ各分项得分均低于对照组(P 0.001)。VIQ分项中以常识(Information)和算术(Arithmetic)发育迟缓为主,PIQ分项中以积木(Block Design)发育迟缓为主。中国ADHD儿童FIQ、VIQ和PIQ均低于正常儿童,智力结构发展较平衡,分项中以常识、计算、积木的延迟发育较明显。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
