生物制剂配合-水解法直接深度处理含锰废水   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在含锰废水特性分析的基础上,开发生物制剂配合-水解法直接深度处理含锰废水新技术.含锰废水生物制剂配合体系中存在pH为8.80~11.18和12.28~13.08的2个缓冲区.废水pH从2.04升高至10.00,氢氧化钠的加入量为2.67~4.00 g/L.研究得到优化工艺条件:生物制剂加入量(即控制生物制剂与废水中锰的质量比)为0.2,配合时间为5 min,水解时间为5 min,温度为25 ℃,pH为10.0,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)加入量为2.0 mg/L,可将废水中锰离子质量浓度从994 mg/L去除到0.127 mg/L,远低于<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)的限值2.000 mg/L;含锰沉渣呈无定型及棒状,主要物相为CaSO4,渣中锰含量达14.16%,可返回生产系统回收锰;生物制剂通过其中的-OH,-COOH,-NH,-C=O,-SO3,-C-O(H)和C-Cl等基团与废水中的含锰离子配合,在水解过程中形成难溶物质沉淀分离.  相似文献

在好氧条件下研究硒酸根的微生物转化,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定硒的含量。主要产物为单质硒,加入硫酸根,元素硒的生成量无明显减少。由此推断硒和硫有着不同的还原型的生物地球化学循环,提出了在硫酸根存在下处理含硒废水的方法。  相似文献

通过采用普通厌氧化反应器和两相厌氧流化床反应器,引用合适而又高效的除硫酸根方法,在将硫酸根浓度降到一较低水平的基础上,来优化含硫酸根味精废水生化法处理工艺,研究亚铁离子和铁对味精废水生法处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,该工艺方法有好的COD和硫酸根去除效果,能有效地用于工业上味精废水的处理。  相似文献

实验研究了改变废水初始pH对蒸发技术处理高盐高氨氮废水的影响.通过改变废水的初始pH,观察废水沸点变化情况,检测经过蒸发处理后出水中的氨氮、电导率及硫酸根含量.结果表明,不同pH下废水沸点升高最大值相同,达到最大值的速率为碱性中性酸性;随着pH的升高,废水中氨氮的去除率先保持平稳后迅速下降,出水中的电导率略有升高;pH对硫酸根的影响不大,去除率保持在99.80%以上.通过改变pH,蒸发技术可以同时脱除废水中的盐分和氨氮.  相似文献

原料(木材下脚料)经NaOH预浸后再经双螺旋挤浆机挤压生产本色浆是一种高得率清洁制浆新工艺。这种工艺产生的废水溶出物少,固含量低,可以多次循环使用,但随着循环次数的增加,随浆料带入后段工序的污染物含量也增加,会造成造纸中段水处理困难。为确定废水循环回用和后续废水处理提供基础数据,本文通过实验研究了废水循环次数对废水中固含量、CODcr总还原糖含量以及色度的影响,分析了废水中各成分的含量。  相似文献

由于纯碱中的钠来源于食盐中的氯化钠,因此在纯碱生产中,为了提高纯碱产品的质量,盐水的精制成为纯碱生产中第一道重要工序,粗盐水中的主要杂质为钙、镁、硫酸根以及泥沙等,而其中除去会在纯碱产品中产生不溶物杂质的钙、镁离子尤为关键。通过对盐水精制工艺论述及盐水精制反应时间、停留时间的计算和分析,选择最佳的盐水精制工艺流程。  相似文献

随着高品位铜精矿日益枯竭,低品位铜精矿的杂质含量愈来愈高,因此,做好杂质元素综合回收和环境保护具有重要意义.综述了闪速熔炼工艺、底吹熔炼工艺、侧吹熔炼工艺和顶吹熔炼工艺中主要杂质元素As、Sb、Bi、Pb、锌在铜锍、炉渣、烟尘中的分布.根据杂质元素在烟尘中的含量,结合国内外理论研究和工厂实践,介绍了烟尘中主要杂质元素回收利用的研究现状,除了传统的烟尘输送方式改进外,重点介绍了火法、湿法和火法-湿法联合法在烟尘回收中的应用.最后,探讨了生产实践中应做好杂质元素Bi、Pb的选择性富集,以及有害杂质元素砷的固化.  相似文献

介绍一种天然矿物原料吸附酸性矿井废水中硫酸根离子的试验研究.试验结果表明,该矿物原料对硫酸根离子具有较强的吸附性能,接触时间是影响吸附量的最主要因素.正交实验得出的较优运行条件在中试试验中得到进一步验证,立效果更佳.该矿物原料可以作为去除酸性矿井废水中硫酸根离子的一种有效吸附剂。  相似文献

硫酸根是水样中八大主要离子之一。过去测定水和废水中的硫酸根,一直沿用重量法、比浊法、容量法、滴定法、间接原子吸收分光光度法(AAS法)、间接紫外分光光度法等。该文研究了共振光散射比浊法在硫酸根测定中的应用,加入硫酸根后体系的共振光散射强度显著增加,且在较大浓度范围内呈线性关系,检出限低10^-6g/mL。该方法用于测定水样中的硫酸根,能满足实际生产的要求。  相似文献

采用厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)处理高浓度硫酸盐废水,取得了较好的效果,模拟废水和实际钛白粉废水的试验显示,硫酸根离子的去除率分别达到92.1%,83.5%,COD/SO4^2-的比值对硫酸根离子去除率有较大影响,比值在2-3时效果最佳,该试验工艺的一个特点是采用了气循不与水循环并用的方法,以防止硫化氢气体对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的毒害,同时起搅拌作用。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
