将RD投入产出效率分为技术价值和经济价值两个阶段,利用两阶段序列DEA模型研究中部六省高技术产业的RD绩效,得出了每个阶段的综合技术效率值、技术效率和规模效率,并分析了每个阶段的投入产出松弛变量。结果显示:两阶段效率存在明显差异,河南、安徽两省RD投入转化效率明显低于山西、湖北、湖南和江西。最后,根据不同阶段效率的高低提出相应的政策建议。  相似文献

针对梯级泵站输水系统泵站级数多、输水距离长、级间水位、流量不断变化造成系统效率评估困难的问题,通过将泵站输水系统分为泵站、输水两个相互关联的子系统,综合考虑泵站效率、区间水量损失、流量、水位等多因素影响的基础上,提出基于动态平衡的输水系统运行效率分析的方法,根据级间是否分水,分别建立针对空流段和输水段的运行效率评估模型;另外,针对部分泵站无流量监测设备的情况,提出基于水量平衡的泵站运行效率评估模型.将两个模型运用于甘肃省景泰川电力提灌一期工程的效率分析,计算结果表明,泵站子系统的效率高低决定了整个输水系统效率的高低,基于动态平衡的效率评估模型能够更客观地反映泵站输水系统的运行效率状况,模型计算结果和工程实际的运行效率吻合.  相似文献

为了科学准确地对终端区管制运行效率进行评估,考虑终端区管制系统运行过程与特点,建立了终端区管制系统运行效率评估指标体系。应用三角模糊数法和熵权法分别求出各指标的主观权重和客观权重,利用最小相对信息熵法得出两种权重的组合权重。基于VIKOR法构建终端区管制运行效率评估模型,计算终端区管制运行效率指数值,根据运行效率指数值的大小对终端区管制系统进行效率评估,并将评估结果与灰色关联TOPSIS法的评估结果进行对比,验证了该评估模型的合理性。  相似文献

为有效促进交通运输及区域经济的发展,有必要对区域交通资源配置效率进行综合评估。研究通过构建交通资源配置效率指标体系,提出了基于三阶段DEA-Bootstrap模型对区域交通资源配置效率进行评估。利用三阶段DEA模型剔除评估过程中的环境误差,引入Bootstrap方法克服DEA模型有效性值的内在依赖性,并以长江经济带11个区域为例进行案例研究。结果表明,剔除环境因素与随机干扰的影响,长江经济带交通资源配置效率为0.612,较传统DEA计算效率结果下降了0.189。解决技术投入冗余和促进规模效率发展是该区域交通资源高效配置的关键。可见,该方法可有效避免传统 DEA 方法在评估资源配置效率时的偏差,高效评估区域交通资源配置效率。  相似文献

为了提高设计资源的检索精度和效率,提出了一个基于集成产品信息模型的两阶段检索系统.该系统集非几何与几何信息于一体,将检索分为两阶段:基于非几何信息检索,快速定位检索范围;基于几何信息的检索,采用形状统计检索法,抽取零件的矩属性,计算矩的欧氏距离来评估产品之间的相似性.实例验证了该算法具有较好的检索精度.  相似文献

在我国物流业规模迅速扩大但其生产率偏低的情况下,为揭示互联网提高物流业全要素生产率的作用路径,本研究利用2007~2017年省际面板数据和固定效应模型分析了互联网发展对物流业全要素生产率的影响.分析结果表明:在样本期间内,互联网正向推动物流业技术效率的变化,而对物流业技术进步不显著,总体上,互联网发展正向推动物流业全要素生产率;物流业全要素生产率属于技术效率驱动型,进一步分析表明,纯技术效率是技术效率的主要驱动因素,证明索洛的论证并不符合我国的实际国情.基于此,本研究提出了加强互联网基础设施建设,深入推动"互联网+物流"的战略实施,引进及创新物流技术的建议.  相似文献

提出一种基于小波矩的面光源描绘子和改进的基于高斯势函数的轮廓描绘子,并在此基础上结合Adaboost相关反馈,构建一种两阶段的三维模型检索策略.首先获得模型的最优包围盒;然后进行两阶段检索:第一阶段是基于高斯势函数的轮廓描绘子的快速定位检索范围,第二阶段是融合以上两种描绘子的精确检索.最后结合Adaboost相关反馈,从而有效地评估模型之间的相似度.实验结果表明:该方法具有较高检索效率与精度.  相似文献

在"一带一路"新政策指引下,物流业大力促进未来区域经济的发展。本文运用DEA模型对安徽省2010-2015年的物流效率进行研究分析。结果表明,当前安徽省物流效率的发展水平需要进一步的提高,并影响物流效率的因素主要是物流业的规模效率。同时,影响安徽省物流效率的因素,已经通过提高物流业信息的利用率等方式促进安徽省物流效率的提高。  相似文献

终端区管制运行效率评估中指标信息间具有差异性且量纲不统一的特点.针对传统的主成分分析法对数据做标准化处理时会消除指标间差异性的不足,基于改进的主成分分析法并结合熵值法的客观性提出了一种终端区管制运行效率的集成综合评估模型.该模型运用均值化代替标准化处理指标数据,借助SPSS23软件分别得出改进的主成分分析法和熵值法评估排序结果.将两种评估结果通过一致性检验得到最终的终端区管制运行效率集成综合评估值及排序结果.算例结果表明,所建立的评估模型可以更高效的评估终端区管制运行效率.  相似文献

针对无监督情况下动调陀螺仪健康状态评估问题,提出一种两阶段健康状态评估模型. 首先,在利用HHT数据预处理的基础上,为克服FCM算法初值敏感及遗传算法过早收敛等问题,提出一种加权免疫遗传模糊C均值聚类模型;其次,针对聚类结果数据的顺序性,建立基于顺序支持向量分类机的健康状态评估模型. 实例结果表明提出的聚类模型具有较高的收敛精度和收敛速度,评估模型具有较高的准确率和效率.   相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
