目前在织物柔软性的感官评价中,没有讨论感知模式(感觉模态和触摸方式)对评价结果的影响,导致评价结果间没有可比性,且评价方法难以标准化.通过让实验者在不同感觉模态(触觉单模态、视觉单模态和触视觉双模态)和触摸方式(捏持弯曲、弯曲按压和平置按压)下感官评价织物样品,对结果进行多元统计分析,讨论感知模式对织物柔软性感官估值的影响及不同感知模式之间的差异.研究表明,总体上感知模式对织物柔软性的影响不显著,但不同的触摸方式对较厚且压缩性好的织物影响显著;而对薄且弯曲刚度高的织物,柔软感估值在视觉单模态和触觉环境之间有显著差异.另外,就任一织物样品而言,全体实验者对其柔软感强度估值服从正态分布规律.研究结果为织物柔软感评价体系的完善提供依据.  相似文献

针对在模具设计中选择和评估分模线的问题,提出一种模糊多准则决策(MCDM)的扩展方法。首先利用语言变量表示分模线备选方案的评级和准则重要性权值;然后,基于这些语言值求出最终模糊评估值的隶属函数;最后通过一种新型的最大最小集排序方法将规范化加权评级解模糊成清晰值;并对备选方案进行优劣排序。验证和对比实验表明了方法的有效性,与传统模糊多准则决策方法的比较表明,更具有适用性。  相似文献

探讨了应用图像分析技术对织物起球进行客观的等级评估.首先介绍了应用Wold分解纹理模型从织物图像中分离出毛球信息,然后对提取的毛球信息进行阈值化处理,再以毛球的面积百分比、总数和分布等三个特征指标对起球等级进行客观评估.运用上述技术途径对素色、印花及色织的简单与复杂组织等7种织物样品进行起球等级的客观评估,结果与专家的人工主观评定极为吻合.  相似文献

This paper studies on fabrics suitable for child patients'garment in the hospital environment in Hong Kong,China.Subjective measurement was carried out by questionnaire survey to consult medical staff on hospital requirement about fabric criteria for child patients' garment. On the other hand, objective measurement was conducted by performing laboratory tests on fabrics,which were sourced from commercial fabric market. Both measurements are evaluated according to the results on those fabric criteria in order to determine the most suitable kind of fabric for the end purpose. As a result of the comparison, it was found that T/C 1 scores the highest index. Therefore, it will be suggested for manufacturing child patients' garment to evaluate the fabric suitability to meet the wearers' requirement through hospital trial.  相似文献

Fuzzy Set-Based Risk Evaluation Model for Real Estate Projects   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
With the rapid development of residential real estate market, risk evaluation has been an important task in the process of project. This paper describes a risk evaluation method for residential real estate projects based on fuzzy set theory which uses linguistic variables and respective fuzzy numbers to evaluate the factors. The primary weights of factors and evaluation of alternatives are determined by applying linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers. The notion of Shapley value is used to determine the global value of each factor in accomplishing the overall objective of the risk evaluation process, so the primary weights are revised, thus the importance of factors can be reflected more precisely. A major advantage of the method is that it allows experts and engineers to express their opinions on project risk evaluation in linguistic variables rather than crisp values. An illustration is presented to demonstrate the application of the method in risk evaluation. The results are consistent with the results calculated by conventional risk evaluation method. The research demonstrates that the method is objective and accurate, and is of an application value in the risk evaluation for residential real estate project.  相似文献

The common method classifying tactile qualities of fabrics is indirectly based on their difference of purely mechanical and physical properties. When human skin slides across fabric surfaces, the friction interaction between fabrics and skin will occur and trigger the cutaneouS tactile receptors, which are responsible for perceived tactile sensation. By the extracted features from friction- induced vibration signals, this paper presents an anthropomorphic classification method classifying tactile qualities of fabrics. The friction-induced vibration signals are recorded by a three-axis accelerator sensor, and the entice testing procedure is conducted in an anthropomorphic way to obtain vibration signals. The fast Fourier transform (FFT) is applied to analyzing the recoded signals, and then the classification features are extracted from the FFT data by the neurophysiological properties of tactile receptors. The extracted features are used to classify fabric samples by the softness sensation and the roughness sensation, respectively, and the classification performance is checked by a comparison with those in a sensory evaluation procedure. The results showed that the anthropomorphic objective classification method was precise and efficient to clarify tactile qualities of woven fabrics.  相似文献

The wool fabrics were treated with low temperature plasma (LTP) using three different gases, namely (ⅰ) oxygen, (ⅱ) nitrogen and (ⅲ) 25% hydrogen/75% nitrogen gas mixture. After LTP treatment, the low stress mechanical properties, surface properties and thermal properties of the fabrics were investigated by kES-F (Kawabata Evaluation System) Instruments composing of KES-FBI for tensile and shear property measurement, KES-FB2 for pure bending measurement, kES-FB3 for compression measurement, KES-FB4 for surface friction and surface roughness measurement, and KES-F7 for thermal property measurement. The first four instruments were used for investigating the charaeterlstlc aspect related to fabrle hand while the last one was mainly for the fabric comfort. The properties of LTP treated fabrics under the effect of different gases were compared with the untreated fabric quantitatively.  相似文献

以甘蓝为泡菜发酵主要原料,采用直投式优质发酵复合菌种发酵方法生产泡菜,选取色泽、气味、口味、脆度指标为泡菜评价因素并确定各因素其合理权重,对不同菌种比例发酵的6种泡菜产品进行模糊综合评判。结果表明模糊综合评判法减少了人为主观因素对感官评价的影响,能够客观而准确地区分出不同产品的等级,是对四川泡菜进行感官评价的较好方法,模糊综合评判法可以广泛应用于四川泡菜等我国传统发酵食品的感官品质的评价。  相似文献

针对属性权重为语言变量、评价信息为残缺语言区间信息的多属性群决策问题,提出了基于改进的模糊区间证据推理的分析方法.首先给出了残缺信息的随机变量表示方法,并根据专家在决策中的重要程度,将专家给出的决策矩阵组合成信任度矩阵,然后采用所提出的改进的模糊区间证据推理方法求得各方案的分布式评价值.计算各方案的模糊评价值,给出方案排序方法.最后给出了一个算例,证明了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

研究液态水在服装系统中不同织物间的传导,实验表明服装系统中的第一层,第二层织物的性能以及它们相接触的方式均对液体的传导量产生影响,双面的Aquator织物为第一层织物时的服装系统比其他织物所能传导的液体量多,在服装系统中引入保暖层对液体的传导量有不同的影响,在以Aquator织物为第一层织物的服装系统中引入保暖层也将提高液体的总体导量。  相似文献

织编物是把机织与针织的原理相结合所生产出的一种带条纹的织物。为了深入研究织编物的特性、用以指导在设计这一类织编物时所遇到的种种问题,我们有必要对织编物的组织结构进行研究。本文就织编物的厚度与经纬纱的细度,经纬纱的密度与用纱量之间的关系,织编物的几种基本组织结构及其经纬密度的配置,以及经纬向的强力与伸长,纱线复盖度与透光及透气性的问题一一作了研究,虽然这一工作仅仅是开始,但它有助于对这类新型织物的生产研究工作,以供这方面工作的同志参考。  相似文献

Three-dimensional Rotational Microscopy was used to take the photos of the fabrics. Three categories of yarn appearance diameters in the worsted fabrics were discussed. The fabrics were grouped into two to explore the relationships between yam appearance diameters at the interlacing points, opening points, and the calculated yam diameters. The correlations between the appearance diameters and fabric parameters were given, and the results showed that the calculated yam diameter and warp cover factor had a very big influence on yam appearance diameter. The equations expressing the relationship between yam appearance diameters and fabric parameters are established using step-regression method. The validation of the equations for one type of fabrics shows a good accuracy with the average error below 9% except the weft fdaments exceeding 22%.  相似文献

Having analyzed the relationships between washing shrinkage and weaving technique, parameters, material properties of woven fabrics and studied the shrinkage mechanism and its mathematical model of the plain fabric,researchers set up a shrinkage model of the twills and satins and proposed a method for calculating the washing shrinkage based on weaving technique and parameters of fabrics. Shrinkage experiments of silk habotai, silk twill and silk satin fabrics were performed. The results were compared with those of the theoretical computations, and it has been proven that the theoretical method is reliable.  相似文献
