卡那霉素发酵过程中菌体生长和产物合成符合GadenⅢ类过程.卡那霉素发酵过程对数生长期最大比生长速率为0.0759h-1,最高呼吸强度可达11.0mmol·m-3·s-1;产物合成期比生长速率为0.009h-1,平均呼吸强度为7.0mmol·m-3·s-1,产物最大比合成速率为3.37×10-4g·g-1·h-1.建立了变容体系中卡那霉素产物合成期动力学模型,对模型参数进行了估计,模型拟合偏差为9.23%.该模型可用于带中间补料的卡那霉素变容发酵过程的优化控制.  相似文献

研究了乳酸乳球菌发酵过程中pH调控和补料对产物生成的影响.研究采用三种不同的pH调控方式(初始pH7.0):(1)恒定pH6.8;(2)当pH降到6.2时恒定pH6.2;(3)发酵6 h后每2 h调节pH至6.8.结果表明,在发酵过程中按方式2调节pH与不调控pH相比,乳酸链球菌素效价提高了2.48倍.分别选用了4、5、6和8 g·(L-1·h-1)蔗糖流加速度,当按5 g·(L-1·h-1)恒速流加蔗糖溶液,乳酸链球菌素效价提高约2.9倍.  相似文献

碳纳米管作为低碳醇合成CoMo-基催化剂的高效促进剂   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
用自行制备的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)作为促进剂,制备一类共沉淀型MWCNTs促进Co-Mo-K氧化物基催化剂.实验发现,该类催化剂对CO加氢生成低碳醇显示出高的转化活性和生成C2~9-醇(尤其辛醇)优良的选择性;在所制备的Co1Mo1K0.05-12%MWCNTs催化剂上,5.0 MPa、563 K、V(H2)/V(CO)/V(N2)=60/30/10、GHSV=8 000 mLsTP·h-1·g-cat.-1的反应条件下,C1~9-醇和DME的时空产率合计达308 mg·h-1·g-cat.-1,是相同反应条件下不含碳纳米管的对应物(Co1Mo1K0.05)上这个值(199 mg·h-1·g-cat.-1)的1.54倍;水煤气变换副反应明显地受到抑制;产物碳链偏离Schulz--Flory分布律;在总醇醚产物中,C2~9-醇 DME的质量百分数合计约占95%,展示其作为油品添加剂或代用合成燃料的潜在应用前景.  相似文献

考察复方片剂中人参皂苷Rb1体内药动学特征及相对生物利用度,以获得药动学参数为临床疗效提供参考依据.方法:两组大鼠分别灌服益脑康片剂混悬液及三七西洋参提取物(灌胃剂量均相当给予人参皂苷Rb190 mg/kg)后,于不同时间采集血样,用高效液相色谱仪测定血药质量浓度,通过3p97药动学软件自动拟合数据获得药动学参数.大鼠灌胃给予益脑康片剂粉末(试验制剂)及三七和西洋参提取物(参比制剂)后,人参皂苷Rb1药动学行为均符合一室模型,试验制剂药动学参数为Ka=22.217 4 h-1、t1/2Ka=0.031 1 h、Ke=0.144 5 h-1、t1/2Ke=4.7979 h、AUC=666.1752(μg/mL).h;参比制剂药动学参数为Ka=5.428 9 h-1、t1/2Ka=0.1276 h、Ke=0.134 8 h-1、t1/2Ke=5.1413 h、AUC=622.526 0(μg/mL).h.由药动学参数求得益脑康片人参皂苷Rb1的相对生物利用度为107%.实验结果表明益脑康片剂中人参皂苷Rb1在体内的分布较快而代谢排除的速度较慢.人参皂苷Rb1相对生物利用度很高,预示可有较好的疗效.  相似文献

在(26±1)℃的水温条件下,青虾一次性肌肉注射25mg/kg诺氟沙星后,用反相高效液相色谱法测定青虾血淋巴和肌肉组织中诺氟沙星含量。青虾血淋巴药一时曲线和肌肉药一时曲线均可以用二室开放模型来描述,诺氟沙星在青虾血淋巴液中的主要药动学参数为:分布相半衰期t1/2α为1.66h,消除相半衰期t1/2β为1.69h,达峰时间T(Peak)为1.82h,峰浓度C(max)为6.0081μg/mL,曲下面积AUC为30.75μg·mL-1·h-1,吸收相半衰期t1/2ka为1.66h。肌肉中的主要药动学参数为:分布相半衰期t1/2α为0.08h,消除相半衰期t1/2β为4.42h,达峰时间T(Peak)为0.03h,峰浓度C(max)为16.72μg/mL,曲下面积AUC为12.34μg·mL-1·h-1,吸收相半衰期t1/2ka为0.08h。结果表明青虾肌注诺氟沙星后,能比较迅速的被吸收,并且在组织中维持较高的药物浓度。  相似文献

探讨白芥子促透皮吸收的物质基础.以蛇床子为研究对象,采用改良Franz扩散池,以离体Wistar大鼠背部皮肤为透皮模型,考察白芥子中白芥子碱、白芥子苷和黄酮、白芥子多糖、白芥子脂肪油、白芥子挥发油及不同促渗剂对蛇床子中蛇床子素体外经皮渗透的影响.结果表明,白芥子中挥发油和不同促渗剂均能促进蛇床子素经皮吸收,其作用强弱依次为5%薄荷油(17.842 9μg·cm-2·h-1)5%冰片(17.004 2μg·cm-2·h-1)5%氮酮(16.656 0μg·cm-2·h-1)0.5%白芥子挥发油(16.610 1μg·cm-2·h-1).白芥子中挥发油对蛇床子中蛇床子素具有促透皮吸收作用,百分含量以0.5%为最佳.  相似文献

山茱萸总甙滴眼液眼内药代动力学及药效学的实验研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的 :研制出山茱萸总甙 (COG)滴眼液 ,对该滴眼液的药代动力学进行研究 ,并观察其局部应用对角膜移植免疫排斥反应的影响。方法 :用高效液相色谱法对该滴眼液的药代动力学参数进行研究。建立封闭群大鼠角膜移植模型 ,随机分为 4组 :A组为空白对照组 ,B、C、D组分别为使用质量分数 0 5 %、1%和 2 %COG滴眼液组。用裂隙灯显微镜记录及比较各组角膜排斥反应发生时间。结果 :COG滴眼液在新西兰白兔眼内为一室模型 ,主要药代动力学参数为 :A =4 316 μg/mL ,Ke=2 0 5 6h- 1,Ka=2 5 79h- 1,LagTime =0 198h ,t1/ 2 ,Ka=0 0 2 3h ,t1/ 2 ,Ke=0 2 5 7h ,Tmax=0 986h ,ρmax=1 2 94 μg/mL ,AUC =1 6 0 1μg·h/mL ,其拟合的动力学方程为 ρ(t) =10 6 0 5×Dose×(e- 2 0 56× (t- 0 198) -e- 2 579× (t- 0 198) )。术后各组发生角膜移植排斥时间 ,A组与B、C、D组、B组与C、D组、C组与D组间两两比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。其中作用最强的为C组。结论 :COG滴眼液能有效地防治角膜移植免疫排斥反应。COG滴眼液眼内有效峰浓度出现在点药后 0 986h ,4h基本被代谢清除  相似文献

以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O、Fe(NO3)3·9H2O和La(NO3)3·6H2O为原料,乙二醇甲醚[2-methoxyethanol,C3H8O2]为溶剂,冰乙酸[C2H4O2]为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶氧化铝模板法在600℃退火制备了Bi0·85La0·15FeO3(BLFO)纳米线.利用X射线(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了产物的物相和形貌.结果表明合成的产物为BLFO纳米线,直径约100-200 nm,长度约5-50μm.不同退火温度XRD研究表明600℃制备了纯相BLFO,低于文献报道的铁酸铋纳米结构合成温度.  相似文献

采用伊尼奥小单孢菌F003为产生菌的西索米星发酵过程具有典型的非生长耦联特征,西索米星浓度大于0.50 g/L将明显抑制产物合成.建立了符合不同时期微生物代谢特性的西索米星分批发酵动力学模型,并对模型参数进行了估计和回归,模型拟合偏差平方和≤6%,模型能很好地描述西索米星发酵过程菌体的生长、底物的消耗和产物的合成.菌体生长期动力学模型参数μm、KS、KX、m分别为:0.058 h-1、4.046 g/L、0.433 g/g、0.0001 g/(g.h);产物合成期动力学模型参数μm、KX、K2、N、YX、YP、m分别为:0.058 h-1、60.556 g/g、1.198 g/(g.h)、0.606、0.090 g/g、0.095 g/g、0.00173 g/(g.h).验证实验表明,所建立的模型能较好地预测初始淀粉浓度为50.0~70.0 g/L时西索米星的发酵过程特性.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
