为了解和掌握淮安市老年人体质现状,科学评价老年人群的健康水平,本文主要采用文献资料法,对淮安市312名老年人进行了体质监测,并对淮安市与江苏省老年人的身体形态、机能、素质以及派生指数的均值进行了比较分析。研究发现淮安市老年人体质现状良好,与江苏省平均水平基本持平,男子的柔韧素质要明显好于省平均水平。淮安市城镇和农村老年人的体质水平无明显差异,而老年男性和女性的体质水平存在明显差异,特别是男性在力量和平衡能力方面明显好于女性,而在协调能力方面则要逊于女性。  相似文献

对苏北沿海城乡老年人的身体形态、生理机能和身体素质进行测试分析,发现老年人总体DMI水平偏高;老年人体质状况存在性别、城乡差异;随年龄增长,两性均出现安静脉搏降低,男性平衡和反应降低,女性柔韧性降低;老年人体质衰退存在性别特征;老年人身体形态虽随年龄增长有衰退趋势但未表现出显著差异。认为老年人体质的城乡差异仍然是主要问题并会长期存在,应辩证看待老年人DMI水平。  相似文献

《健康山东行动方案(2014-2016年)》中提到,到2016年山东省居民人均期望寿命达到78.3岁,由于我国国民体质监测上限为69岁,已不适应当前的实际与发展需求。为此,就潍坊市70-79岁部分老年人体质现状进行了调查,旨在更多地了解高龄老年人的体质健康状况,丰富和充实国民体质监测年龄段和数据,为更好的指导老年人健康工作提供服务。结果显示:随着年龄的增长,老年人身体形态、身体机能和身体素质都有不同程度的下降,且个体体质状况差异显著,说明该年龄段体质状况不够稳定,有些指标如:BMI指数、腰臀比、骨密度、平衡能力等应引起重视。建议国家相关部门加大对老年人体质关注,增加对70-79岁老年人体质测试,出台相对科学合理的测试内容、方法和标准;同时,老年人也应积极锻炼,特别是加强一些功能性锻炼,以提高健康水平。  相似文献

根据2010年邵阳市城乡60~64岁和65~69岁两年龄组男女老年人的体质监测结果,对邵阳市城乡老年人的身体形态、机能和素质指标进行了调查与分析.结果显示,在形态指标中,除男、女性皮褶厚度随年龄的增长呈上升趋势外,邵阳市老年人男、女性身高、体重、胸围、腰围、臀围、克托莱指数均随年龄的增加明显减少,城镇老年人各项指标均优于农村;男、女性心肺功能随年龄的升高而减退,城镇老年人心肺功能优于农村,肺活量无显著性差异;男、女性身体素质随年龄的增加而下降,坐位体前屈、握力、闭眼单脚站立、选择反应时两年龄阶段城镇老年人均优于农村,女性平衡能力和柔韧性均比男性优越.针对上述结果,本研究提出了相应的建议,以改善邵阳市老年人的体质健康状况.  相似文献

采用随机整群抽样对2811例淮安市幼儿、成年人和老年人的身体形态、机能和素质的特征和变化规律进行综合分析。结果表明:2005年淮安市3~69岁居民的体质状况随年龄增加呈明显下降趋势,与2000年相比,身体形态指标略有提高、身体机能和身体素质却有所下降,总体的体质达标率排序为老年人〉成年人〉幼儿。  相似文献

为了探讨增强老年人健康水平的途径和方法,利用运动处方对老年人进行12周的身体干预实验,结果显示:老年男性心肺功能和肌肉力量出现显著性提高。老年受试者的柔韧素质都得到了提高,老年女性提高得更显著些;男女老年人的体重指数和腰臀比的变化不大,而男性老年人的臀围有所减小。结果表明:该运动处方对于增进老年男性的心肺功能和肌肉力量切实有效,对改善老年人的体型和身体成份可能有所帮助;设计的柔韧性练习对老年女性更具显效。根据实验结果建议:促进老年人健康状况应根据自身的情况进行选择性锻炼。  相似文献

目的:探讨木兰拳对老年知识分子身体机能及素质的影响。方法:本文将基本情况相当的64名60岁以上、70岁以下的大学退休教师,男32人,女32人,随机分为非运动组和木兰拳运动组。经12个月的实验,结果:非运动组的身体机能和素质不同幅度的下降。木兰拳运动组的身体机能及身体素质都具有显著性变化(P<0.05)或(P<0.01),且木兰拳对女性的影响明显大于男性。结论:木兰拳运动对老年知识分子身体机能及素质产生了积极影响,是老年知识分子增强体质,提高运动能力的有效运动。  相似文献

为了解海南省成年人的体质健康现状,对2000年和2010年海南省成年人的身体形态、机能及身体素质指标进行了分析,结果表明:10年来,海南省成年男子的身高和体质量上升,皮褶厚度显著下降;成年女子血压和脉搏上升,肺活量数值明显下降;成年人上肢及躯干力量下降,反应能力加强;身体素质指标整体表现出良好的变化趋势,平衡能力有了大幅度的提高。海南省成年人体质状况整体上向好的趋势发展,男性体质发展趋势优于女性体质.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
