观察穴位注射腺苷钴铵在治疗腰椎问盘突出中的临床疗效;方法:选择我科腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,随机分为治疗组(穴位注射腺苷钴铵)与对照组(单纯穴位针灸治疗),每一组25例,连续治疗4个疗程(每个疗程8天);治疗组每天给予腰阳关、志室、肾俞、阿是穴等穴位注射等量的腺苷钴铵,对照组每天给予相同穴位的针灸治疗;两组患者疗程及所处环境相同,尽量保证治疗组和对照组的治疗统一性,降低环境及其他因素导致的误差;经上述治疗后,治疗组:临床有效15,好转9例,无效1例,总有效率96%。对照组:临床有效14例,好转4例,无效7例,两组患者治疗后疼痛程度由视觉模拟评分法(VAS)。由以上数据可见治疗组的临床有效率远大于对照组。结论:穴位注射腺苷钴铵治疗腰椎间盘突出症较单纯针灸治疗可更有效的缓解腰椎间盘突出症导致的疼痛及活动受限等症状,具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

秋季腹泻在儿科较为常见 ,病情发展快 ,并发症多 ,发病率高 ,容易造成不同程度的脱水和水电解质平衡紊乱。是影响小儿健康的主要病症之一。药物治疗效果不满意。现将我科近 2年来用氦 -氖激光治婴幼儿秋季腹泻 6 5例作一报道。1 资料与方法病例 12 8例 ,其中 6月 - 1岁 5 8例 ,1- 2岁 70例。将 12 8例随机分成治疗组 6 5例 ,用氦 -氖激光进行穴位照射 ,取神阙、天枢、关元、足三里、止泻穴、每日一次 ,每次每穴照射 5分钟 ,三次为一个疗程。对照组 6 3例 ,给予口服思密达 ,叶酸片、复合维生素B等药物调节胃肠功能。西药均纠正水及电解质紊…  相似文献

为观察脉络宁注射液配合穴位敷贴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.将90例患者随机分为脉络宁注射液配合中药穴位敷贴组(A组)和单纯脉络宁组(B组)进行治疗,每组45例.治愈率及总有效率A组分别为66.7%和97.8%,B组分别为31.3%和93.3%,A组疗效优于B组(P<0.05).结果表明脉络宁注射液配合穴位敷贴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效明显.  相似文献

探讨双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的疗效。选取我院收治的小儿腹泻患者84例,根据就诊顺序分为联合组和对照组,各42例,对照组单纯采用蒙脱石散治疗,联合组采用双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患儿的止泻时间、大便形状及次数恢复时间和治疗时间等腹泻指标,临床疗效及治疗期的不良反应情况。联合组治疗后患儿的止泻时间、大便形状及次数恢复时间和治疗时间与对照组相比均较短,差异显著(P0.05),联合组临床有效率远高于对照组(P0.05),且两组患儿在治疗期均未出现不良反应。双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中临床疗效显著,快速减轻症状,缓解小儿痛苦,高效且安全,是临床上小儿腹泻较理想的治疗方案,值得推广。  相似文献

探讨蒙脱石散联合妈咪爱治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。选取白银市第二人民医院2013年12月~2016年12月期间收治的腹泻患儿200例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各100例,观察组在常规补液对症治疗的基础上给予蒙脱石散联合妈咪爱治疗,对照组给予常规补液对症治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效。观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,且不良反应少,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。蒙脱石散联合妈咪爱治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,是治疗小儿腹泻的有效方法,适于儿科临床推广使用。  相似文献

观察循证护理对小儿腹泻的干预效果。选取甘肃省人民医院小儿科接收的92例小儿腹泻患儿作为研究对象,随机将其划分为两组,对照组46例采取常规护理,干预组46例在对照组基础上接受循证护理。对比两组治疗依从性、恢复情况及患儿家属满意度。干预组治疗依从率达93.48%,高于对照组的76.09%(P0.05);干预组大便恢复正常、腹泻停止、体温恢复及痊愈出院时间均短于对照组(P0.05);干预组患儿家属满意度95.65%,高于对照组的80.43%(P0.05)。对小儿腹泻实施循证护理,可提高患儿治疗依从性,有效缩短腹泻症状改善时间,并大大提升患儿家属满意度。  相似文献

探究小儿腹泻治疗中联合使用暖脐贴和妈咪爱的临床疗效。选取2017年7月-2018年7月到平凉市泾川县人民医院就诊的100例小儿腹泻患儿进行研究,并电脑随机将所有患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组使用抗病毒与常规临床治疗法,而观察组在与对照组相同的常规治疗上,同时联合使用暖脐贴与妈咪爱治疗。观察对比两组患儿的临床效果、腹泻缓解时间、呕吐消失时间以及退热时间和排便恢复时间。治疗后,观察组的临床疗效(80.00%)相比对照组(60.00%)更高;腹泻缓解时间、呕吐消失时间、退热时间和排便恢复时间相比对照组更短(P0.05)。采用暖脐贴与妈咪爱联合治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效更显著,更能有效缓解患儿相关症状,值得临床推广。  相似文献

目的 观察用艾条灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效.方法 将86例带状疱疹后遗神经痛的患者,随机分成两组,治疗组46例.应用艾条对病变部进行灸疗.对照组40例,选用维生素B1、维生素B12神经营养剂,口服消炎痛等常规疗法.分析两组疗效有无差别.结果 治疗组总有效率88.13%,对照组总有效率为65%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 艾条灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,疗效显著值得推广.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
