以青海察尔汗盐湖卤水为原料,以氨水为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法制备了粒径分布均匀、分散性良好的微米级球状氢氧化镁。考察了反应温度、陈化时间、氨水加入量、沉淀剂滴加速度等工艺条件对氢氧化镁结晶及产率的影响,并通过正交试验设计优化实验条件。采用SEM分析手段对产品的粒径分布、形貌等进行了表征。结果表明,当反应温度为60℃、陈化时间为150 min、氨水加入量40 mL、沉淀剂滴加速度为6 mL/min时,制备的氢氧化镁晶体粒度均匀,结构清晰,分散性好,产率较高,产品平均粒径为20μm。该工艺条件为制备微米级球状氢氧化镁晶体提供了科学依据。  相似文献

以氯化镁、硫酸镁及氢氧化钠为原料,采用水热法制备了尺寸在50nm左右的氢氧化镁纳米晶。用XRD、TEM、BET等对纳米晶的化学成分、大小、结构及表面积大小进行了表征。采用TG、DSC对产品的热学性质进行了研究,结果表明:作为阻燃剂,纳米晶氢氧化镁具有比常规微米级氢氧化镁更为优越的热学性质。对影响纳米晶尺寸的因素及应用于阻燃剂的可行性进行了分析。  相似文献

介绍了硝酸、氯化钾与氨为原料制取硝酸钾与氯化铵新工艺.利用氢氧化镁为反应中间物,先将硝酸、氢氧化镁与氯化钾混合,反应后溶液通过冷却结晶、分离、干燥等操作制得硝酸钾.母液中通入氨,反应生成氢氧化镁沉淀与氯化铵溶液,氢氧化镁沉淀经过滤分离后返回与硝酸与氯化钾一起循环反应,氯化铵溶液经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、分离得氯化铵.  相似文献

以海绵钛副产品氯化镁为原料,采用水溶液电沉积法制备氢氧化镁时,氢氧化镁团聚严重,且在极板上脱落困难.通过向电解液中加入适量SO2-4来优化氢氧化镁分散性,可有效解决氢氧化镁团聚严重的问题.探究了SO2-4对氢氧化镁脱落性能、产物形貌及生长方式的影响.结果表明:SO2-4的质量浓度对氢氧化镁初始脱落时间影响较大,SO2-4的质量浓度为0.45g/L时,氢氧化镁性能最佳,初始脱落时间最短约 10min;氢氧化镁在极板上结晶长大时,生长方式为层岛复合生长模式,同时发现添加SO2-4后,能够诱导氢氧化镁以阶梯状的方式生长.  相似文献

以氢氧化镁为阻燃剂,硅烷偶联剂为改性剂,不同填充量的氢氧化镁加入到聚丙烯中所得的复合材料的阻燃和力学性能。结果表明,随着氢氧化镁填充量的增加,复合体系的阻燃性能逐渐提高,但随着氢氧化镁添加量的增多,聚丙烯的力学性能,如拉伸强度,冲击强度,都会有明显的下降。所以综合各因素考虑,氢氧化镁添加量为100份时最适宜。  相似文献

以Mg(NO)2·6H2O和氨水为原料,用直接沉淀法制备了纳米氢氧化镁,讨论了使用不同表面活性剂及其用量对纳米氢氧化镁的分散效果。同时,还进行了在氢氧化镁表面包覆有机阻燃剂THPC的研究,并采用SEM、TEM、FTIR、Zeta电位和热分析等手段,对包覆前后的氢氧化镁进行表征。实验结果表明,在氢氧化镁表面存在THPC有机包覆层。  相似文献

料浆状氢氧化镁是环境友好的水处理剂,广泛用作酸的中和剂,沉淀重金属离子,脱除二氧化硫。以唐山南堡盐场的卤水为原料,以氨水为沉淀剂制备了料浆状氢氧化镁,通过试验确定了卤水氨法沉镁制备氢氧化镁的最佳工艺条件。研究了分散剂的种类、加入量对料浆状氢氧化镁性能的影响,并通过实验确定了制备浆状氢氧化镁聚分散剂环氧琥珀酸合成条件和最佳配比。浆状氢氧化镁最佳分散剂配比为:偏硅酸钠加入量0.3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶液加入量2.4%,聚环氧琥珀酸的加入量为0.7%。在该条件下制备出的产品放置三周不分层,且具有很好的流动性。  相似文献

以金属镁片为前驱体,用氨基乙酸辅助化学液相沉积方法在室温下合成具有三维花状形貌的氢氧化镁纳米结构,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)和热分析技术对氢氧化镁样品进行表征。结果表明三维花状形貌的氢氧化镁是由氢氧化镁纳米薄片组装而成,并具有高的纯度。初步分析氨基乙酸辅助化学液相沉积法制备花状氢氧化镁的可能机理。这种方法具有反应条件温和、方便等特点,并可以应用于制备其它不同形貌的金属氢氧化物或氧化物。  相似文献

对现有制备氢氧化镁阻燃剂工艺所存在的问题进行分析。在此基础上,对以蛇纹石酸浸滤液所得精制硫酸镁为原料,采用一步法制备阻燃型氢氧化镁新工艺进行了探索性研究。结果表明,该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、操作条件温和(常压、低温操作)的特点,所得样品基本符合阻燃型氢氧化镁的特殊要求。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
