Magnetic properties and giant magnetoresistance effect of nanometer Fe−In2O3 granular films

Nanometer ferromagnetic metal-semiconductor matrix Fe−In₂O₃ granular films are fabricated by the radio frequency sputtering. Magnetic properties and the giant magnetoresistance (GMR) effect of Fe_x(In₂O₃)_1−x granular film samples are studied. The result shows that the magnetoresistance (MR) ratio Δρ/ρ ₀ value of the granular film samples with Fe volume fraction x=35% is 4.5% at room temperature. The temperature dependence (T=1.5–300 K) of the MR ratio Δρ/ρ ₀ value of Fe_0.35(In₂O₃)_0.65 granular films shows that Δρ/ρ ₀ value below 10 K increases rapidly with the decrease of the temperature, and when T=2 K, Δρ/ρ ₀ value is 85%. Through the study of the dependence of low field susceptibility on temperature and the hysteresis loops at different temperatures, it has been found that, when the temperature decreases to a critical point T _p=10 K, the change of the structure in Fe_0.35)In₂O₃)_0.65 granular films results in the transformation of state from ferromagnetic to spin-glass-like. The remarkable increase of the MR ratio Δρ/ρ ₀ value of Fe_0.35(In₂O₃)_0.65 granular films below 10 K seems to arise from the peculiar conducting mechanism of the granular film samples in the spin-glass-like state.

Integrability near the boundary of the Poisson integral of some singular measures

We consider the Poisson integral u = P＊μ on the half-space R＋^N＋1 （ N 〉 1 ） （or on the unit ball of the complex plane） of some singular measureμ. If μ is an s-measure （0 〈 s 〈 N）, then some sharp estimates of the integration of the harmonic function u near the boundary are given. In particular, we show that fpr p〉1,∫R^Nu^p（x,y）dx- y^-τ （y〉0,τ =（N-s）（p-1） ） （Given for p〉1, RN f 〉 0 and g 〉 0, ＂ f-g ＂ will mean that there exist constants C1 and C2, such that C1f ≤ g ≤ CEf ）.     

An entanglement criterion for states in infinite-dimensional multipartite quantum systems

In(Phys Lett A,2002,297:4-8) an entanglement criterion for finite-dimensional bipartite systems is proposed:If ρ AB is a separable state,then Tr(ρA2) Tr(ρ2) and Tr(ρB2) Tr(ρ2).In the present paper this criterion is extended to infinite-dimensional bipartite and multipartite systems.The reduction criterion presented in(Phys Rev A,1999,59:4206-4216) is also generalized to infinitedimensional case.Then it is shown that the former criterion is weaker than the later one.     

Vegetation Landscape, Ecological Characteristics and Soil Fixation for Riverbank in Taiwan, China

This study is aimed to investigate and analyze the vegetation landscape around Rivers of Hou-lung, Fa-tz, Da-li, Ching-shuei and Gau- ping, and to select the suitable plant species that could be applied for the area of riverbank ecological engineering in Taiwan. Studying the vegetation established the key point and procedure of ecological engineering in the riverside and revetment, to compile and edit the dominant plants＇ types, life form, propagating method, root systems＇ characteristics and functions for soil conservation. This research choses three dominant plants for roots strength test. The fitting models of plants pulling resistance（Rp, kg） between plant height （H, cm）, diameter near ground （Dn, mm）, diameter above ground 100 mm （Da, mm）, The research finished the relative abundant, types and cluster analysis of riverbank dominant plants that generalize vegetative distribution and ecological restoration for different river types to apply and manage in Taiwan.

Dynamic study on water stability of soil structure and soil characteristics of several types of soils in southwest China

Three suborder soils in southwest China were adopted, namely Ustic Vertisol, Stagnic Anthrosol and Ustic Ferrosol, so as to carry out the basic physical and chemical analysis respectively, to design a dynamic measuring method for water stability of soil structure and conduct the comparative study on the quality of the soil structure. The results indicated that （1） The water stability dynamic characteristic of the soil structure could well reflect the maintaining capability of the soil structure as time goes on. （2） The quality of several soil structures in southwest China was sequenced as follows： Stagnic Anthrosols 〉 Ustic Vertisols 〉 Ustic Ferrosols. （3） The water stability of soil structure is very positively correlated with the capillary porosity and the clay particle （D 〈 0.002 mm） content （Co）, but is very negatively correlated with the silt （D is 0.05-0.002 ram） content （Csc）, and （4） The dynamic functional equation of the water stability of soil structure in southwest China was established, so that the water stability characteristics of various soil structures could be quantitatively expressed and the quality of different soil structures can be quantitatively compared from each other.

Let I= [0,1] and ω0 be the first limit ordinal number. Assume that f: I→I is continuous , piece-wise monotone and the set of periods of f is { 2': i∈ {0} ∪ N}. It is known that the order of (I, f) is ω0 or ω0 + 1. It is shown that the order of the inverse limit space (I, f) is ω0 (resp. ω0 + 1) if and only if f is not (resp. is) chaotic in the sense of Li-Yorke.

The principles of the new maximal operator H＊ we defined are discussed. We prove that it is bounded from martingale Hardy-Lorentz L^Xp.q[0,1） to the Lorentz L^Xp.q[0,1） for 1/2〈 p〈∞, 0〈~ q ≤ ∞, where X is any Banach space. When the Banach space X has the RN property, the sequence dnHnf converges to f a.e. Meanwhile the convergence in L^Xp norm for 1≤p〈∞ is a consequence of that the family functions K （n∈N） is an approximate identity.     

钢纤维砂浆强度的试验研究

通过对８４个砂浆试件的试验研究,对比了普通砂和掺入同长度,不同掺量钢纤维的钢纤维砂浆的抗压强和抗折强度,表明钢纤维砂浆的抗压强度略有提高,平均提高约１０％;抗折强度有很大提高,平均提高约１５０％;砂浆韧性得到明显改善,同时指出砂浆强度和韧性的改善程度与所掺入钢纤维的长度和掺量有关。     

Effects of three coupling coefficients on the spectrum characteristics of superstructure fiber grating

For the superstructure fiber grating (SFG) consisting of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) and long-period fiber grating (LPFG), there exist three kinds of coupling: the contra-directional coupling between forward propagating core mode and backward propagating core mode, the contra-directional coupling between core mode and cladding mode, and the co-directional coupling between core mode and cladding mode. By using the similarity transformation method for the coupled mode equations, the effects of three coupling coefficients κ _co L, κ _cl L, and κ _S L on the transmission and reflection spectra of SFG have been investigated. The simulations show that the overall intensity of the transmission spectrum of SFG is decided by LPFG, that the main lobes of the transmission and reflectivity spectra of SFG are decided by coupling coefficients κ _co L an κ _S L, and that the side lobes of the transmission and reflectivity spectra are decided by coupling coefficients κ _cl L and κ _S L. High-pressure sound velocity of perovskite-enstatite and the possible composition of the Earth’s lower mantle

The compressional sound velocity V_p for enstatite of polycrystalline specimens were measured at pressures from 40 to 140 GPa using the optical analytical techniques under shock loading. The dependence of V_P, (in km/s) on Hugoniot pressure (P, in GPa) can be described by InV_p= 3.079-0.691 In(P) + 0.094(lnP)². V_p satisfies Birch’s law:V _p = 4.068 + 1.677_ρ, where ρ is corresponding density, which indicated that enstatite is stable throughout the conditions of the lower mantle. The wave velocityP is 0.5% lower and the wave velocity S is 2% higher than that of PREM respectively. We concluded that the lower mantle is mainly composed of perovskite-(Mg_1-x, Fe_x) SiO₃ and only a small amount of (Mg_1-x, Fe_x) O is allowed in it.

Preparation and kinetics of the thermal decomposition of nanosized CuC2O4−ZnC2O4·2H2O

The physical mixture of nanosized CuC₂O₄−ZnC₂O₄·2H₂O, as precursors of CuO−ZnO, have been prepared by the one-step solid state reaction method at room temperature. The thermal decomposition processes taking place in the solid state oxalate mixture of nanometer CuC₂O₄−ZnC₂O₄·2H₂O have been studied in static air using TG, DSC, XRD and TEM techniques. TEM showed that the grain size of the decomposition product is 5–15 nm. The values of the activation energyE _α were determined using the isoconversional procedure of KAS method and the Ozawa method. The most possible mechanism functionf(α) of the thermal decompositions of nanosized CuC₂O₄−ZnC₂O₄·2H₂O are defined using the comparative method, function models of the decomposition of CuC₂O₄ and ZnC₂O₄ follow the same mechanism function “Avrami-Erofeev equation”. The pre-exponential factorA is obtained on the basis ofE _α andf(α), thus the thermal analysis kinetic triplet of the decompositions of nanosized CuC₂O₄−ZnC₂O₄·2H₂O are determined. 通管汤盆腔灌注对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕模型病理及BCL-2、EGFR蛋白表达的影响

目的研究自拟通管汤(简称通管汤)盆腔灌注对大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞的作用及机制。方法选用体重为(200±20)g,鼠龄8~12周的SD雌性大鼠130只,用混合菌制造大鼠输卵管炎性阻塞模型114只,随机分为正常对照组(A)、模型组(B)、兔耳风胶囊组(C)、通管汤组(低剂量组D_1、中剂量组D_2、高剂量组D_3)。采用输卵管通液观察输卵管通畅,HE染色观察输卵管组织形态学变化,免疫组化检测输卵管上皮细胞Bcl-2、EGFR的表达。结果 (1)治疗组输卵管通畅率D_3、D_2、C组与B、D_1组比较有非常显著性差异(P0.01);(2)D_3组与D_2、C组比较有较显著差异(P0.05);中高剂量治疗组(D_3、D_2)输卵管组织形态好转明显好于模型组(B)与低剂量组(D_1);治疗组输卵管上皮细胞Bcl-2、EGFR表达(P0.05-P0.01),差异有显著性,15 d与30 d比较无明显差异。结论通管汤高剂量组能缓解输卵管肿胀、减轻炎性细胞浸润、增加管腔纤毛数量和恢复输卵管通畅性;并通过下调Bcl-2、EGFR的过度表达,抑制输卵管上皮细胞凋亡和炎症反应,达到治疗输卵管炎性阻塞的作用。     

Global and non-global solutions to some chemotaxis model

The paper is concerned with some chemotaxis model ∂u/∂t=D▿(u▿ln(u/w))+u(a−bu),∂w/∂t=f(u,w). To study the behavior of the solution, some function transformations are introduced, and the main tool is sup-sub-solution method. The result shows that, whether the solution blows up in finite time depends on the parameters and the initial data. As the chemical substance w has linear growth, f(u,w)=βu−δw, where β>0, δ>0 and a+δ>0, wherein the solution exists globally. However, as w possesses exponential growth, f(u,w)=(βu−δ)w, wherein both u and w share the same blowup point and time if the solution blows up in finite time.
