光谱法测定盐酸羟胺含量的研究

研究了盐酸羟胺与对苯醌 (p BQ)的荷移反应 ,对反应条件进行了优化 .在乙醇介质中 ,二者在 30℃6 5min形成稳定的荷移络合物 ,该络合物在 4 95nm处有较强的吸收 .盐酸羟胺浓度在 6～ 80 g·L-1范围内符合Beer定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .2× 10 3 L·mol-1·cm-1,方法的相对标准偏差 1.7% (n =8)     

催化极谱法快速测定硫磺中微量碲

采用硫化铵快速分解硫磺试样,在16.56 mol·L-1NH3·H2O-0.21 mol·L-1酒石酸钠-3.01×10-4mol·L-1Pb-1.50×10-2mol·L-1EDTA-0.12mol·L-1Na2SO3-3.2×10-4mol·L-1HNO3体系中以催化极谱法测定微量碲.极谱峰电位为-1.10V(VS·SCE).碲浓度在4～100ng/mL-1范围内与峰电流有良好的分段线性关系.检出下限为4ng·mL-1.方法的RSD为1.9%～2.3%,加标回收率为90.10%～96.00%.该法操作简便快速,用于硫磺样品的测定结果满意.     

甲氨蝶呤在Co/GC离子注入修饰超微电极上的电化学行为

甲氨蝶呤 (MTX)在 0 0 0 5mol·L-1 Tris 0 0 5mol·L-1 NaCl(pH7 12 )缓冲溶液中 ,用Co/GC离子注入修饰超微电极进行伏安测定 ,得到一良好的还原峰 ,峰电位Ep=- 0 978V(vs.SCE) .峰电流ip 与MTX的浓度在 8 0× 10 -8～ 9 6× 10 -6mol·L-1 范围内成线性关系 ,检出限为1 0× 10 -8mol·L-1 .基于此建立了测定MTX的新方法 .用于市售药片测定 ,回收率在 98 9%～10 6 2 %之间 .用线性扫描和循环伏安法研究了体系的电化学行为及电极反应机理 .实验表明 ,MTX的还原为不可逆吸附过程 ,并伴随 2个电子参与电极反应 .经扫速对催化效率的影响实验证明体系存在催化作用     

分光光度法测定Fe(Ⅲ)-二甲酚橙显色反应的研究

在 5× 10 -2 mol·L-1HCl溶液中 ,二甲酚橙与Fe(Ⅲ )生成紫红色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于5 6 0nm处 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε =2 .0× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1.Fe(Ⅲ )含量在 0～ 2 .4mg·L-1范围内符合Beer定律 .用于水样中微量铁 (Ⅲ )的测定 ,结果较满意     

非离子表面活性剂Tween-80存在下5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定微量Cu(Ⅱ)和Ni(Ⅱ)

在pH 3.50酸性介质中 ,Cu 和Ni 在非离子表面活性剂Tween - 80存在下 ,与5-Br-PADAP生成有色配合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 575nm处 ;表观摩尔吸光系数分别为7.97× 10 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 和 1.0 2× 10 5 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ;Cu 在 0～ 0 .52mg·L- 1 ;Ni 在0～ 0 .4 8mg·L- 1 范围内符合比耳定律 .用拟定的方法测定了钢样中的Cu 和Ni 含量 ,结果令人满意 .     

甘氨酸的荷移分光光度法测定

文章用分光光度法研究了甘氨酸与四氯苯醌 ( TCBQ)的荷移反应 ,确定在 p H=9.0的硼砂缓冲溶液中 ,于 5 0℃水浴中恒温 60 min,可获得 1∶ 1的络合物 ,其λmax=35 0 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=1 .98× 1 0 4 L· mo L- 1· cm- 1线性范围为 0～ 2 .7× 1 0 - 5mo L/L.应用拟定的方法测定了甘氨酸制剂的含量 ,结果与文献方法一致 ,回收率为 95 .0 %～ 1 0 4 .2 %相对标准偏差为 0 .79% .     

改良单纯形法在催化动力学光度法测定微量e中的应用

在碱性介质中 ,痕量锇 ( )对 KIO4与偶氮氯膦 - m A的氧化褪色反应有明显的催化作用 ,据此反应建立了催化光度法测定痕量锇的新方法 ,并用改良单纯形法对反应条件进行了优化 .该方法的检测限为 0 .0 0 2 0μg· m L-1 ,锇 ( )含量在 0 .0 0 70～ 0 .0 2 5 0μg· m L-1 范围内服从比尔定律 ,线性回归方程为 ΔA =0 .1 4 2 8+2 7.52 c(μg· m L-1 ) ,相关系数为 R=0 .993 8.此方法已用于贵金属精矿中锇的测定并获得满意结果 .     

左氧氟沙星与四氯对苯醌的荷移分光光度法研究

研究了电子给体左氧氟沙星与电子受体四氯对苯醌之间的电荷转移反应,确定了反应的最佳条件.左氧氟沙星与四氯对苯醌在中性体系中,于室温下即可生成稳定的1∶1络合物.该络合物的λmax＝406 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数是1.0×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,左氧氟沙星浓度在2～30 mg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系.本方法用于测定药物制剂中左氧氟沙星的含量,结果满意.     

茜素荧光猝灭法测定蛋白质

提出了一种荧光猝灭测定蛋白质的新方法 .茜素与牛血清白蛋白反应导致其荧光猝灭 .茜素的最大激发波长和发射波长分别在 4 6 5nm和 52 0 nm.在最佳实验条件下 ,牛血清白蛋白在 4 .5～ 10 0 μg· m L-1范围内成直线关系 .其检测限为 4 .5μg· m L-1,相对标准偏差分别为 4 .5% (30μg· m L-1牛血清白蛋白 )和 2 .6 % (6 0 μg· m L-1牛血清白蛋白 ) .     

丹皮酚的伏安行为及其应用

在 pH =7.8的NaOH KH2 PO4 底液中 ,用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一灵敏的丹皮酚导数还原峰 ,其峰电位Ep=- 1.6 5V(vs .SCE) .峰电流与丹皮酚的浓度在 4 .0× 10 - 7～ 1.0× 10 - 5mol·L- 1范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9998) ,检出限为 2 .0× 10 - 7mol·L- 1.该法用于牡丹皮中丹皮酚质量分数的测定 ,结果令人满意 .用线性扫描和循环伏安法研究体系的行为 ,结果表明 ,其电极过程为具有吸附性的不可逆过程     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
