间接氧化还原滴定法测定铈锆固溶体的氧缺陷值

用3 mol/L硫酸溶液溶解样品,(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2作为还原剂,K2Cr2O7作为氧化剂,利用间接氧化还原法测定CexZr1-xO2-δ固溶体的氧缺陷值δ,方法的相对标准偏差为1.3%.     

12硫醇修饰金电极K_3Fe(CN)_6/K_4Fe(CN)_6体系的电化学参数

采用自组装(SA)技术制备了正十二硫醇的SA 单分子层膜.应用电化学交流阻抗及循环伏安技术研究了12 硫醇SA 单分子层膜在K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6 溶液中的电化学行为.测得了表观电子传递系数α+ β≠1,电子隧穿系数为(0.83～1.11)/CH2.     

Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-)在铂电极上氧化还原过程的表面拉曼光谱研究(英文)

本文运用共聚焦显微拉曼仪结合特殊的电极表面粗糙方法首次获得了Fe(CN)_6~(3-/4-)在铂电极表面氧化还原过程的拉曼光谱图。研究结果表明Fe(CN)_6~(3-)在电极表面的吸附能力比Fe(CN)~(4-)强,它们都是通过CN上的N原子和电极表面成键而发生化学吸附的。     

铁氰化钾共振瑞利散射光谱法测定链霉素

在稀HCl介质中,链霉素与K3[Fe(CN)6]在加热条件下反应生成结合产物,导致溶液的共振瑞利散射(RRS)强度显著增强,最大散射峰位于330 nm处.在0.04～3.2 μg/mI的质量浓度范围内,反应体系的RRS强度与药物的质量浓度成正比,反应具有较高的灵敏度,对链霉素的检出限(3σ)为14.0 ng/mL.研究了适宜的反应条件和影响因素,同时考察了共存物质的影响.据此,发展了以K3[Fe(CN)6]为光谱探针的灵敏、简便、快速测定链霉素的新方法.将该方法用于人血清和尿样中链霉素的含量测定,回收率在97.0%～103.5%之间.     

间接电化学还原染色中Fe(Ⅱ)-葡萄糖酸钠的应用

以Fe(Ⅱ)-葡萄糖酸钠配合物为氧化还原媒介对还原黄G进行间接电化学还原染色,研究了硫酸铁、葡萄糖酸钠以及氢氧化钠质量浓度等对还原黄G染色效果的影响.实验结果表明,在Fe2(SO4)3·6H2O质量浓度为6g/L,葡萄糖酸钠质量浓度为20g/L,NaOH质量浓度为25g/L,还原染色时间为60min,温度为45℃,外加电压为4V,阴极面积为20cm2的条件下,可获得较好的染色效果.     

金电极上巯基修饰单链DNA对[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-/4-)的电催化作用

为研制简易非标记脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)电化学传感器,制备了固定在金电极上的DNA探针.研究了铁氰化钾在裸金电极、巯基化单、双链DNA(HS-ssDNA, HS-dsDNA)修饰金电极上的电化学行为,探讨了铁氰化钾浓度和离子强度对[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-的电化学行为的影响.结果发现:在低离子强度下,HS-ssDNA对[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-的电化学行为有电催化作用,导致[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-在HS-ssDNA修饰的金电极(HS-ssDNA/Au)上的峰电流远远大于在裸电极上的峰电流;而HS-dsDNA则没有这种电催化活性;电极上的DNA杂交后阻碍了电子的传递,导致HS-dsDNA修饰金电极(HS-dsDNA/Au)上的[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-的电化学行为消失;巯基修饰的单链DNA对[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-的电催化具有特异性.     

示波极谱-铁氰化钾滴定法测定药物制剂中VC的质量分数

以K3[Fe(CN)6]与Vc在盐酸介质中的氧化还原反应的基础，用K3[Fe(CN)6]标准溶液滴定VC，以K3[Fe(CN)6]在示波极谱图上切口的出现，用以指示滴定终点。本法简单易行，灵敏准确、终点直观、选择性强，应用于VC片剂中VC的测定以及感冒敏、强力VC银翘片中VC的测定，均获满意结果。     

聚2，5-二甲氧基苯胺和聚噻吩膜电极对Sb3+和Fe(CN)4-6的电催化行为

通过循环伏安法和旋转圆盘电极技术研究了聚2,5－二甲氧基苯胺膜电极（PDMA／Pt)和聚吩膜电极（PTH／Pt)对Sb^3 和Fe(CN)^4- 6离子的电催化行为,在这两种导电聚合物膜电极上Sb^3 和Fe(CN)^4- 6离子的氧化还原电流比光铂电极大数倍至数十倍,氧化还原峰电位之差也比光铂电极明显地减少,这些结果表明PDMA／Pt和PTH/Pt膜电极对Sb3 和Fe(CN)^4- 6离子具有良好电催化活性,在电位扫速较低时膜电极上的电催化过程为扩散控制,在较高电位扫速下电极过程受催化反应速度控制,讨论了影响催化反应活性的因素。     

鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光体系测定间苯二酚

在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾(K3Fe(CN)6)氧化鲁米诺(Luminol)产生化学发光,间苯二酚对该体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用.基于此,并结合流动注射技术,建立了测定间苯二酚的新方法.该方法具有很高的灵敏度,检测限为5.7×10-9kg/L(IUPAC),线性范围为1.0×10-8～1.0×10-6kg/L,对1.0×10-7kg/L间苯二酚标准溶液平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为3.8%.

用电化学循环伏安法和非现场红外反射吸收光谱方法研究了1mol/L NaOH,1mol/L NaOH+0.01 mol/L K_4Fe(CN)_6+0.01mol/L K_3Fe(CN)_6和1mol/L NaNO_3+0.01mol/L K_4Fe(CN)_6+0.01mol/L K_3Fe(CN)_6介质中Cu电极的电化学性能及表面钝化膜的结构。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
