目的研究不同游离亚硝酸(FNA)质量浓度对短程反硝化除磷系统的运行效能的影响.方法利用成功启动的短程反硝化除磷SBR反应器,分析不同FNA质量浓度在缺氧反应段脱氮除磷和碳源的利用效果以及厌氧比释磷速率和缺氧比吸磷速率的变化.结果 FNA质量浓度为1.46×10~(-3 )mg/L时,系统的反硝化和除磷效果最佳;FNA质量浓度为2.19×10~(-3 )mg/L时,系统几乎无除磷效果但反硝化反应仍可发生;随FNA质量浓度的升高,PHB的合成量和消耗量表现为先增多后减少.结论系统内厌氧释磷量与缺氧吸磷量两者之间存在与FNA质量浓度变化不相关的线性关系.  相似文献

在pH 5.0的HAc~NaAc缓冲溶液中,阿魏酸与痕量亚硝酸根反应,使得阿魏酸在激发波长358.0nm,发射波长为450.0nm条件下的荧光强度明显下降,其相对荧光强度在一定范围内与亚硝酸根的浓度呈线性关系,从而建立了荧光熄灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法的线性范围为1.00×10(-6)~8.00×10~(-3)mol/L,检出限为3.47×10~(-7)mol/L.方法已用于环境水样中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,回收率在96.7%~104.5%.  相似文献

本文提出一个基于在酸性介质中,甲基绿与亚硝酸根发生亚硝化反应极谱法测定亚硝酸根的新方法.在0.05mol/L盐酸介质中,甲基绿的亚硝化产物于-0.72v(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的二次导数峰,亚硝酸根浓度在8.7×10~(-8)-4.3×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与二次导数峰高成直线关系.试验了30多种离子对测定的影响,初步探讨了极谱波的性质,拟定了测定水、土壤中亚硝酸根的方法.对环境水质标准样五次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.78%,加标回收率为98-101%.  相似文献

在盐酸介质中,痕量亚硝酸根与罗丹明6G发生亚硝化反应,使罗丹明6G溶液在527nm处的共振散射光强度明显下降,从而建立了共振光散射法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.02×10-6~0.2×10-6g/mL,检出限为1.22×10-8gm/L.方法用于废水和蔬菜中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,回收率在95.5%~104.9%之间。  相似文献

以SBR工艺处理低C/N生活污水 ,研究了溶解氧浓度 (DO)对硝化过程中亚硝酸氮积累的影响 .在 2 0~ 2 5℃ ,进水氨氮为 78~ 10 8mg/L时 ,当DO <1.0mg/L ,出现亚硝酸氮的累积 .当DO在 0 .5~ 0 .7mg/L时 ,曝气时间 6h ,亚硝化率可达到 80 %以上 ,氨氮去除率在 95 %以上 .与其他 5个溶解氧浓度水平相比 ,该条件下是既达到较高亚硝化率 ,又达到较高氨氮去除率的最佳工况  相似文献

根据肌红蛋白所具有的过氧化物模拟酶性质催化过氧亚硝酸氧化酪氨酸,在实验选定的最佳反应条件下,体系的荧光强度与肌红蛋白浓度在1.00×10 8~5.00×10 7mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,从而建立了一种测定肌红蛋白含量的新方法,该方法简单,灵敏度高,检出限为6.30×10 9 mol/L.  相似文献

制备了单壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(SWCNT/GCE),采用伏安法研究了间、对硝基苯酚异构体在修饰电极上的电化学行为,分别观察到间硝基苯酚(m-NP)和对硝基苯酚(p-NP)的准可逆氧化还原峰,两物质氧化峰电位差为0.192V,说明间、对硝基苯酚异构体可在SWCNT修饰电极上同时测定.采用线性扫描伏安法优化了硝基苯酚同分异构体电化学响应条件.优化条件下,m-NP在浓度2.7×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,其峰电流(Ip)和浓度呈线性关系;p-NP在浓度2.0×10~(-6)~1.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,Ip和浓度呈线性关系.两者的Ip都与扫速(v)成线性关系,这说明它们在修饰电极上的电化学过程均与吸附传质有关,电极过程是受吸附控制.基于Nicholson方法,获得m-NP和p-NP的电极反应速率常数(kS),并用Hammett方程计算出Hammett反应取代常数ρ.  相似文献

利用恒温振荡的方法制备了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)与凹凸棒土(ATT)的复合物(CTAB/ATT),并用红外光谱进行了表征.采用物理涂覆法将CTAB/ATT的复合物固定在玻碳电极表面,制成CTAB/ATT复合物修饰电极,研究了邻硝基酚在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,邻硝基酚在该修饰电极上具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性.在优化的实验条件下,利用差分脉冲伏安法测定其峰电流,邻硝基酚的浓度在4.0×10-6~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内与电流呈线性关系,线性方程i(μA)=-0.0176+0.0951c(10-6mol/L),相关系数r=0.9978,最低检测限2.0×10-7mol/L.  相似文献

对以羧基化水溶性碳纳米管(CNT)作增敏剂,用方波溶出伏安法测定水样中痕量铅进行了研究.结果表明:在1 mol/L的盐酸底液中,Pb2 在-0.46 V左右出现灵敏溶出锋,峰电流在Pb2 浓度为2.0×10-9~1.0×10-8 mol/L 时呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程A(μA)=9.6656 0.6407 c(10-9 mol/L),相关系数为0.9985.检出限为1.0×10-10 mol/L,回收率为96%~104%.该方法适用于痕量铅的测定,灵敏度高,效果良好.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
