通过改变震荡时间、不溶性腐殖酸的投加量、pH值、铀酰离子的浓度等因素,研究不溶性腐殖酸(insolubilized humic acid简写IHA)对铀酰离子(UO2+2)的吸附作用.实验表明,在铀酰离子的浓度在4.79×10-5 mol· L-1以上,pH≈7时,不溶性腐殖酸对六价铀有较好的吸附能力,吸附效率在96%以上.对于浓度为1.60×10-4 mol·L-1的铀溶液,不溶性腐殖酸的用量在0.015 g左右时,吸附可达饱和.IHA的投加量、pH值、铀酰离子的浓度、震荡时间等对吸附具有明显的影响,研究表明,IHA对铀酰离子的吸附符合一级反应特征,实验数据服从Freundlich等温式.  相似文献

研究了不溶性腐殖酸吸附水中对硝基苯胺的吸附热力学特征,探讨了pH、温度、腐殖酸的用量对对硝基苯胺吸附行为的影响.结果表明:对硝基苯胺在不溶性腐殖酸上的等温吸附曲线为非线性的且符合Freundlich方程;其吸附行为为自发、放热的熵增加过程,ΔG=-6.563 kJ.mol-1,ΔH=-9.524 J.mol-1,ΔS=21.99 J.mol-1.K-1;在25℃、35℃、45℃下吸附率分别为90.99%、85.52%、75.88%.  相似文献

采用KOH活化法制备了禾草沟煤基多孔碳,并用于吸附对硝基苯酚研究。考察了对硝基苯酚溶液初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度、多孔碳投放量、溶液pH值等因素对对硝基苯酚吸附量的影响。结果表明,该吸附是一个快速吸附过程;吸附量随溶液初始浓度的增加先快速增加后趋于平缓,随多孔碳投放量的增加而增加。在25℃、溶液的pH值为7时,吸附效果最佳。  相似文献

研究了酚类化合物在活性炭纤维上的吸附作用及其影响因素.苯酚在活性炭纤维上的吸附符合Freundlich等温式.升高温度时,苯酚吸附量降低;在pH=5.9时,苯酚吸附量达到最大值;氧促使苯酚与活性炭纤维表面的官能团发生氧化聚合反应,增大了苯酚吸附量;苯环上的取代基及其位置也影响吸附,吸电子基增加吸附量,给电子基降低吸附量;溶解度也影响酚类化合物的吸附作用.  相似文献

固定化啤酒酵母废菌体吸附Pt4+特性的研究   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
用2%海藻酸钠与l%明胶混合为包埋剂固定啤酒酵母废菌体.固定化啤酒酵母废菌体(ISCWB)呈球形.粒径2~3mm.ISCWB吸附作用受吸附时间、溶液pH值、ISCWB浓度和Pt^4 起始浓度等的影响.但不受温度的影响;吸附作用是一个快速的过程.吸附60min达到平衡.但在最初的5min内吸附量可达最大吸附量的88.4%.吸附Pt^4 的最适pH为2.0.在Pt^4 起始浓度200mg/L、固定化菌体浓度1.6g/L、pH2.0和30℃条件下振荡吸附60min.吸附量为44.0mg/g.TEM观察显示,固定化菌体不仅能吸附Pt^4 而且能将Pt^4 还原成Pt^0.从含Pt^4 95.22mg/L和47.6lmg/L的废铂催化剂处理液中回收铂.其吸附率分别为48.44%和60.72%,吸附量为26.97mg/g和17.2lmg/g.以1.0mol/L盐酸作为解吸剂,解吸率达80.2%.在填充床反应器中.固定化菌体的最大饱和吸附量为21.0mg/g.解吸率为80%.该固定化菌体有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

将KMnO4于200~1000℃范围内的不同温度下恒温分解,制得K4Mn7O16·nH2O(n≈3)、KMn8O16等不溶性锰酸盐.实验证明,这些锰酸盐对铁离子均有吸附作用,其中吸附量最大的吸附剂是在550℃下制备的KMn8O16在吸附除铁过程中存在着离子交换作用.  相似文献

针对铁酞菁在水溶液中易于聚合而降低催化活性的问题,将铁酞菁负载在吸附树脂上,制得多相催化剂,该催化剂在可见光的照射下能有效地催化H2O2降解4-硝基苯酚.考察了可见光强度、催化剂用量、H2O2投加量、pH值、温度等因素对4-硝基苯酚去除效果的影响.结果表明:4-硝基苯酚初始质量浓度为50 mg/L,卤灯功率为50 W,催化剂投加量为2.0g/L,H2O2用量为50 mmol/L,pH为5.7,温度为40℃时,反应540 min,4-硝基苯酚去除率达到92.2%,TOC去除率达到82.5%,且催化剂具有很好的稳定性,可重复使用.  相似文献

采用静态法研究了717强碱阴离子交换树脂对水中对硝基苯酚的吸附性能,测定了溶液的pH、温度等因素对吸附的影响,探讨了吸附的热力学特性.结果表明:717树脂在pH=7~11时,吸附能力最好;等温吸附服从Freundlich经验式;吸附过程为放热熵减的自发过程;通过实验测得303K时树脂静态饱和吸附容量为319mg·g-1.  相似文献

芳香族化合物在生物炭表面的分子行为、特别是弱相互作用机制尚不清楚.为揭示生物炭-苯酚间弱相互作用机制,本文采用等温吸附、吸附动力学实验,结合FT-IR表征,应用密度泛函理论(DFT),分析生物炭与苯酚分子间不同吸附构型的结合能、约化密度梯度(RDG)和电子密度拓扑关系.结果表明:等温吸附经72 h达平衡,pH显著影响饱和吸附量,pH=6时吸附量最大;生物炭表面官能团是吸附作用中心,吸附焓(ΔH)始终处于氢键键能范围内;4种吸附构型(A/B/C/D)的弱相互作用均由范德华力和弱氢键共同主导,B构型结合能最低、最稳定,C构型弱相互作用最强,D构型弱相互作用最弱.  相似文献

用稀碱法从核废物填埋场的土壤中提取腐殖酸,并用此腐殖酸对241Am进行吸附实验.结果表明,当241Am初始浓度为0.26~2.7×10-7 mol/L,溶液pH为2~3时,腐殖酸对241Am有明显的吸附,其吸附率达90%以上;接触时间4h基本达到平衡,241Am浓度与吸附量之间的关系符合Langmuir经验公式;0℃~40℃范围内,温度对吸附无显著影响;Fe3+、EDTA和柠檬酸根等离子或基团能使腐殖酸对241Am的吸附率显著降低,而Ca2+、PO43-和SO42-等离子或基团对吸附无明显影响;溶  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
