研究了弱碱性介质中,硝基安定经H2O2和紫外光共同作用后,反应产物的荧光特性(λex=355nm,λem=465nm),提出了一种测定硝基安定的新方法.标准曲线的浓度范围为0.25~3.00mgL-1.方法的相对标准偏差和检测限分别为2.3%和0.13mgL-1.可直接用于片剂中硝基安定含量的测定.  相似文献

本文研究了铁-5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′-NSAF)-溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)体系的荧光特性.实验结果表明,在pH为3.1~4.7的HAc-NaAc缓冲介质中,体系的荧光熄灭程度最大且恒定,其最大激发波长λex=252 nm,发射波长λem=556 nm.当含铁量在0~2.8 μg/10 ml范围内,荧光熄灭程度与浓度呈线性关系,藉以测定微量铁.方法简便、快速,并且稳定性高,用于食品中微量铁的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

目的:研究氟罗沙星在胶束体系中的荧光特性及应用.方法:用日立F-3010型荧光分光光度计测定,测定波长eλx=290 nm,eλm=450 nm,测定时最佳pH值范围为4.5~5.5.在表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)存在下,由于胶束的生成,使氟罗沙星(FLRX)自身荧光大大增强,据此建立了在SDS胶束体系中测定氟罗沙星的新方法.结果:氟罗沙星浓度在0~0.9μg/mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,相关系数0.9991,检测限为0.01μg.mL-1.加标回收率为97.1%~102.5%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.6%.结论:该方法简便,快速,可直接用于药物制剂中氟罗沙星含量的测定.  相似文献

测定了溶液酸度、缓冲溶液种类及其用量、溶剂和干扰物等对甲磺酸帕珠沙星(PZFX)荧光性质的影响,建立了简便快捷的荧光光度法测定PZFX的定量方法.实验表明,PZFX在pH=4.8的HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中荧光强度最大,且缓冲液用量对PZFX荧光强度影响不大.干扰试验表明该方法的抗干扰能力比较强.当λex/λem=252nm/402nm时,PZFX浓度在1.00×10-8~2.00×10-6 mol/L范围内,其荧光强度与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限4.00×10-10mol/L.当PZFX浓度为1.00×10-7 mol/L时,测得相对标准偏差为2.1%.该法可用于实际样品注射液中PZFX含量的测定.  相似文献

目的利用β-环糊精对新型药物大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠的荧光增敏作用建立一种测定其含量的荧光光度分析新方法。方法采用稳态荧光法在λex/λem=310 nm/480 nm处测定大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠的相对荧光强度。结果β-环糊精与大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠在适当条件下产生包络作用,对大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠的荧光产生明显的增敏作用。所形成包络物的包结比为1∶1,包络常数为736。大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠的荧光强度与其浓度在0~0.40μg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测下限为2.26 ng/mL。结论基于β-环糊精对大豆苷元-3′-磺酸钠荧光增敏作用而建立的荧光光度分析新方法,在测定其含量时,操作简便、快速、重现性好。  相似文献

建立了显色剂胡椒基荧光酮(PIF)同步荧光猝灭法测定镓的新方法.实验表明:在CPB存在下,于pH值为6.0的六次甲基四胺-HCl缓冲溶液中,随着Ga的加入,PIF的同步荧光光谱峰λex=495 nm(Δλ=50 nm)发生猝灭.猝灭程度与Ga的浓度成正比,线性范围为0~0.6μg/mL,检测限为82.6 ng/mL.方法简单、快速,用于合成样品中微量镓的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

基于荧光素二聚体与硫酸庆大霉素通过电荷作用而产生荧光信号变化,建立了以荧光素二聚体为荧光探针,用固定波长同步荧光光谱技术测定硫酸庆大霉素的新方法。结果表明,在△λ=30nm,最优条件下,测定硫酸庆大霉素的线性范围为0.5~25.0μg/mL,检测限(3σ/K)为6.0×10-8g/mL。用于实际样品分析,测定回收率为100.2%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.1%。  相似文献

研究了荧光光度法测定微量钼的新方法.在0.04~0.24mol.L^-1的盐酸介质中,邻氟苯基荧光酮(O-FPF),溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)和钼M0(Ⅵ)形成无荧光的三元配合物,从而导致体系的荧光熄灭,在激发波长λcm=365nm和发射波长λcm=529nm时,钼含量在0-3.0μg/25mL范围内,荧光熄灭值△F和钼浓度成正比.方法灵敏度高,检出限为2.0μg/L.用于水样中微量钼的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
