针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)胶凝材料用量大,前期成本高等问题,通过在UHPC体系中掺入粗骨料,用河砂代替石英砂,成功制备了具有优异力学性能的含粗骨料UHPC,并通过试验研究了粗骨料掺量以及钢纤维几何参数对含粗骨料UHPC力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着粗骨料掺量的增加(0~800kg/m3),UHPC抗压强度先增加后下降,静力受压弹性模量几乎呈线性增加;粗骨料掺量为0~400kg/m3时,UHPC抗弯拉强度和初裂强度变化较小,粗骨料掺量为400~800kg/m3时,UHPC抗弯拉强度和初裂强度明显下降;随着粗骨料掺量的增加(0~800kg/m3),UHPC弯拉荷载-挠度曲线变化明显,弯曲韧性明显下降,但均存在应变硬化过程;随着钢纤维长度增加,UHPC的抗压强度、抗弯拉强度以及弯曲韧性均增加,但是静力受压弹性模量和初裂强度变化较小.  相似文献

研究了钢纤维掺量为0~2.0%时对C40混凝土的力学性能的影响,并研究了最优配合比条件下不同组合尺寸的复合式混凝土的力学性能及经济性.结果表明:钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度随钢纤维掺量增加而增大,在钢纤维掺量为1.5%时,抗压强度提高27%,弯拉强度提高50%;钢纤维的掺入使混凝土的荷载位移关系由弹性变形破坏为主转变为弹塑性变形破坏形式,混凝土路面易脆性断裂的不良性能得到改善;钢纤维掺量为1.5%的钢纤维混凝土与普通混凝土按照1∶3的厚度比例组合成的两层式复合钢纤维混凝土具有良好的强度、抗变形性能和经济效益.  相似文献

通过四点弯曲试验得到钢筋-纤维自密实混凝土梁式构件的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、荷载-纵筋应变曲线和破坏形态,对梁式构件的受弯承载力及纤维与钢筋的混杂效应进行了分析.结果表明:钢纤维的加入使钢筋-纤维自密实混凝土梁式构件的抗弯承载力提高了10%~42%.考虑钢纤维跨越裂缝的传力机理及分布情况提出了钢筋-纤维混凝土梁式构件受弯承载力计算公式,并与ACI 544和CECS 38:2004的公式进行了对比,计算结果表明:文中建议公式计算的受弯承载力与试验结果最为接近,可用于钢筋-纤维自密实混凝土梁式构件的受弯分析与设计.  相似文献

为研究钢-聚丙烯粗纤维对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的弯拉性能影响,采用四点弯曲试验,得到不同掺量(钢纤维与聚丙烯粗纤维掺入体积分数分别为0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%)组合下的荷载-挠度曲线,从试件破坏形态、抗弯强度、弯曲韧性等方面进行阐述,并且利用单掺纤维拟合公式引出一个可行性较高的评价模型,并利用该模型对混杂纤维的协同效应进行分析,最后结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对混杂纤维UHPC微观结构进行观测。试验结果表明:钢-聚丙烯粗纤维的掺入显著提高了UHPC的抗弯强度,提高幅度为17.8%~101.2%;同时利用提出的模型发现混杂纤维的协同效应在总纤维掺入体积分数为1.5%~2.0%时呈现正协同效应,并在钢纤维与聚丙烯粗纤维掺入体积分数为1.0%时取得最好的正协同效应;另外,与不掺纤维的试件相比,钢纤维与聚丙烯粗纤维的加入分别使基体试件的初裂韧度提升了51.8%~98.2%与33.9%~48.2%,同时在钢纤维掺入体积分数为1.0%和聚丙烯粗纤维掺入体积分数为1.0%的搭配比例下,对UHPC弯曲韧性的改善效果最优,进一步验证了纤维协同效应评价模型;最后在微观层面揭示了纤维混杂产生的协同...  相似文献

研究了平直形、端钩形和哑铃形三种钢纤维与水泥砂浆的界面粘结强度和钢纤维体积掺量对钢纤维增强混凝土采用ASTMCl018韧性指数法得到的弯曲韧性指数的影响规律。试验表明,钢纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性指数、钢纤维与砂浆的界面粘结强度、钢纤维体积掺量之间关系可以用二元线性回归方程表示,钢纤维与水泥砂浆的界面粘结强度和钢纤维体积掺量均是影响钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性的主要因素。  相似文献

为改善普通钢筋混凝土梁自重大、易开裂、承载力低等缺点,在混凝土中常加入钢纤维,端钩型钢纤维,作为常见的一种高性能钢纤维得到广泛关注,国内外学者针对端钩型钢纤维混凝土的基本力学性能开展了较多研究,而对端钩型钢纤维混凝土受弯构件的正截面受力性能有待深入研究。为研究端钩型钢纤维混凝土简支梁受弯性能,制作了四根端钩型钢纤维混凝土梁及一根普通混凝土梁,对其进行受弯性能试验,根据试验得到的破坏形态、承载力、荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线,分析端钩型钢纤维体积掺量对试件受弯承载力及破坏形态的影响。研究结果表明:端钩型钢纤维混凝土简支梁与一般混凝土简支梁受弯过程类似,均经历了弹性、开裂、带裂缝工作、破坏四个阶段;端钩型钢纤维混凝土简支梁与一般混凝土简支梁受弯过程均基本符合“平截面假定”;端钩型钢纤维限制了裂缝的产生和发展,使得纤维混凝土梁变形能力增强;与一般混凝土梁相比,端钩型钢纤维混凝土梁抗裂性及极限承载力得到提高,且构件承载力与钢纤维体积掺量基本呈现正相关;基于试验数据,对现行规范中开裂弯矩及极限承载力计算公式进行优化,开裂弯矩方面考虑对截面抵抗矩塑性影响系数进行修正,极限承载力方面引入纤维混凝土正截面承载力影响系数ζ,经修正计算值可较好吻合试验值。  相似文献

通过对5根不同混杂纤维掺量以及不同箍筋配置的矩形梁进行试验,深入研究了自密实混凝土矩形梁的极限荷载、破坏模式和裂缝形态.结果表明,混杂纤维和钢纤维可以提高梁的极限荷载,箍筋可以限制裂缝的发展,混杂纤维和箍筋共同作用时可以改变梁的破坏模式,并且力学性能要明显优于只有混杂纤维作用的梁和只有箍筋作用的梁.  相似文献

为了研究钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维对于配筋混凝土裂缝生发的影响,设计并开展了钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维配筋混凝土轴心拉伸试验.通过分析试件裂缝的形成过程、试件的初裂荷载以及平均裂缝宽度,得到不同应力水平下混杂纤维掺量对于基体混凝土抗裂性能的影响.试验结果表明:掺入混杂纤维可以明显改变有效配筋率在2%以下的混凝土的裂缝形态;混杂纤维能显著提高试件的初裂荷载并且减小试件的平均裂缝宽度;随着钢筋应力的增大,混杂纤维表现出了不同的阻裂效应;在同等纤维体积掺量下,配筋率越大则试件平均裂缝宽度越小.  相似文献

采用高弹模聚乙烯纤维(PE)和低弹模聚丙烯粗合成纤维(CPP)混杂技术制备混杂纤维混凝土,对其抗压和抗弯性能进行测试,并采用双因素方差分析法对弯曲韧性影响因素的显著性特征进行了分析,同时还对混杂纤维的增强增韧机理进行了探讨.结果表明:在不同的粗集料掺量下,混杂纤维混凝土抗压强度普遍高于素混凝土,其提高幅度主要集中在15%~30%之间;掺入混杂纤维后混凝土试件的荷载-挠度曲线整体较为饱满,多数曲线表现为变形缓慢软化,部分出现变形硬化特征;纤维掺量对混凝土的韧性有非常显著的影响,而粗集料掺量影响较小;CPP/PE纤维可以从不同层次结构对混凝土进行增韧,产生正混杂效应,从而使制备的混杂纤维混凝土具有优异的韧性.  相似文献

 为确保核废料运输安全以及长期耐久性,采用正交化配比设计,在混凝土中单掺和混掺钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维、粉煤灰,分别在常温下和受热150℃后进行弯曲韧性试验,通过极差和方差分析,量化了各掺料类型和掺量对于混凝土韧性的影响效果:纤维类型和掺量对于高性能混凝土开裂后力学性能的改善效果更加明显,受热后这-特征更为显著;长度较长、剪切螺纹型的钢纤维A在受热前后阻裂增韧效果均最佳;随着纤维掺量的增加,混掺钢纤维混凝土的弯曲性能基本呈现增强趋势,若总掺量相近,常温下混掺钢纤维混凝土弯曲性能优于单掺,受热后二者性能相近。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
