研究川芎嗪在大鼠肠吸收动力学,考察不同质量浓度川芎嗪及不同体积比的当归提取液混合物对其吸收速率及相关参数的影响.运用大鼠在体单向肠灌流法测定,重量法校正系统误差,HPLC测定吸收前后药物质量浓度的变化,考察其吸收动力学及当归提取液对其吸收的影响.结果表明,不同质量浓度(10,20,40 mg/L)川芎嗪的大鼠肠吸收速率常数分别为(0.006 39±0.052 3),(0.006 51±0.019 1),(0.006 03±0.073 7)min-1,无显著性差异;川芎嗪标准溶液与当归提取液按体积比为1∶2,1∶1,2∶1混匀时,川芎嗪的吸收速率常数分别为(0.012 32±0.106 4),(0.010 24±0.086 1),(0.006 195±0.079 9)min-1,结果显示,川芎嗪的吸收速率常数与当归提取液占混合液的体积分数呈现正相关.川芎嗪在大鼠肠道为被动吸收过程,当归提取液对其有一定的促吸收作用,且随着当归提取液量的增加而增大.  相似文献

目的:探讨采用离子交换树脂对杜仲叶绿原酸提取液进行纯化的工艺条件。方法:本实验利用静态吸附法,分别采用AmberliteFPA98CL、Amberlite FPA958CL、强碱性苯乙烯离子交换树脂(AMBERLITE FPA90Cl)三类树脂对杜仲叶绿原酸粗提液进行纯化。结果:通过比较绿原酸的提取率和树脂吸附率筛选出最适合纯化绿原酸的工艺条件即采用罗门哈斯公司Amberlite FPA98CL树脂在pH4条件下,与其它两种树脂相比,对绿原酸的收率最高,能够达到鲜叶绿原酸的最大收率为3.04%。结论:采用罗门哈斯公司Amberlite FPA98CL树脂分离杜仲叶绿原酸可到达收率较高、纯度较好的分离效果。  相似文献

通过分析药物半数致死量(LD50)是检测药物安全性的常规方法, 并运用家兔刺激性试验检测了复方龙瞿提取液能否注射给药. 灌胃给予小白鼠不同剂量的复方龙瞿提取液, 常规饲养一周后统计, 结果: MIC=19600mg/BW, LD100= 37800.56mg/BW;镜检小白鼠的内脏器官, 无明显的损坏现象. 给予家兔浓度为30%、60%、90%的复方龙瞿提取液2ml分别于12、24、48h后处死并观察肌肉的反应情况;结果显示家兔肌肉刺激性试验中肌肉平均反应级数为1级. 结论: 复方龙瞿提取液是低毒性的药物, 并可以通过肌肉注射的方式给药.  相似文献

建立灌流液中盐酸齐拉西酮含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC),研究盐酸齐拉西酮的SD大鼠在体肠吸收动力学。采用大鼠在体单向肠灌流模型,研究盐酸齐拉西酮在不同肠段的吸收特性以及不同药物浓度和胆汁分泌对盐酸齐拉西酮吸收的影响。结果表明:盐酸齐拉西酮在大鼠全肠段均有吸收,其中十二指肠吸收大于结肠,吸收速率常数(K)分别为(4.69±0.33)和(2.61±0.37)h-1。盐酸齐拉西酮在不结扎胆管的十二指肠吸收速率大于结扎胆管。随着肠灌流液中盐酸齐拉西酮浓度的升高,吸收速率常数呈上升趋势。盐酸齐拉西酮在体的吸收方式为被动扩散。  相似文献

目的考查右旋糖酐铁注射液对雌、雄家兔铁的吸收度,并对测定结果进行比较和评价。方法选用新西兰家兔右后腿进行股内肌注射,采用自身空白对照法设置对照组,肉眼观察肌肉着色情况,用紫外分光光度法测定铁的吸收度,分别计算出雌雄新西兰家兔未吸收铁的含量;对家兔每日的饮食量进行称量,所有数据采用平均值±标准差(x珋±s),组间比较采用t检验。结果雌性新西兰家兔比雄兔对右旋糖酐铁的铁吸收更好,而且注射部位染色能力及在组织中扩散均小,对雌性家兔日均饮食量无显著影响;雄性家兔在第5天、第6天饮食量与雌性差异有统计学意义。结论不同性别的家兔对右旋糖酐铁注射液的铁的吸收度存在明显的差别,雌性新西兰家兔铁吸收优于雄性新西兰家兔,两者有统计学差异(P0.05),与雌性家兔日均饮食量比较,右旋糖酐铁对雄性家兔饮食的作用差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。提示右旋糖酐铁的疗效与动物性别有关,临床上应加强对铁注射液的合理选择及应用。  相似文献

采用超滤法纯化金银花提取液中的绿原酸.考察膜的截留相对分子质量、操作压力、原料液浓度以及pH等因素对超滤效果的影响,探讨膜通量的衰减规律,并将优化后的结果与醇沉法比较.结果表明:在考察的3种膜中,控制压力0.07 MPa、pH 3.5时截留相对分子质量50000的膜超滤效果最好.采用浓缩液回流的方式对原始浓度的提取液超滤后,浓缩液再稀释3次,继续稀释超滤,绿原酸的纯度为19.6%,是醇沉法的1.6倍,回收率为98.9%,比醇沉法高12.3%.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
