356铝合金液相线半连续铸造组织的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
研究了液相线半连续铸造条件对356铝合金组织的影响·结果表明,合金熔体在常规铸造温度(720℃)下浇注获得的锭坯边部和中心部位的组织都是粗大的枝晶,极不均匀;在略高于液相线温度(625℃)保温30min后的铸造组织边部是细小枝晶组织,中心部位是均匀的近球形晶粒组织;在液相线温度(615℃)保温后进行半连续铸造获得的锭坯中心和边部组织均是均匀、细小的近球形组织,晶粒的平均等积圆直径为25~35μm,平均圆度为1.75~2·另外,一次冷却强度的降低、二次冷却强度的增大和铸造速度的减小有利于均匀、细小的近球形组织的形成·  相似文献

采用液相线保温法制备了低合金钢ZG25MnCrNiMo半固态熔体,获得了晶粒细小、圆整、均匀的半固态组织.研究了该组织的形成过程和形成机理,掌握了保温温度和保温时间对组织形态以及晶粒尺寸的影响规律.结果表明,在液相线温度1 510℃保温时,熔体内易形成大量准固相原子团簇并发展为游离晶均匀分布在熔体内,它们能在凝固时显著细化、匀化晶粒,使水淬组织细小、均匀.在空冷条件下,这种细化机制仍起作用,使液相线温度保温后的空冷组织比常规铸造浇铸温度下的空冷组织显著细小.由于中频感应炉的电磁搅拌作用,在液相线短时保温就可孕育出相当数目的游离晶,并能在随后的保温过程中维持游离晶的形态和数目.在保温5~50 min的时间范围内,液相线温度下不同保温时间的水淬组织没有显著变化,短时保温与长时保温的效果相当.  相似文献

研究了液相线半连续铸造法生产的7075铝合金半固态浆料二次加热时组织的演变和主要合金元素的分布·结果表明,液相线铸造7075铝合金在相同加热温度下,随着保温时间的延长,晶粒尺寸与球化倾向增大;在相同保温时间下,随着加热温度的升高,晶粒尺寸与球化倾向也增加·加热温度580℃左右,保温时间在15~30min之间,和加热温度600℃左右,保温时间在5~15min之间,可以将半连续铸造锭坯中的蔷薇状和近球状组织转化为球形晶粒,晶粒的平均直径范围为40~55μm,完全适合于半固态加工·液相线铸造7075铝合金二次加热组织中,主要合金元素M...  相似文献

以ZL201合金为研究对象,采用降低浇铸温度同时施加电磁场的模铸工艺,研究了ZL201合金的凝固组织及组织细化机理.结果表明:在液相线温度附近施加电磁场,合金组织为均匀、细小非枝晶组织;随着电流增大和冷却增强,组织细小、均匀的趋势增强;低过热度浇铸时,临界晶核半径减小,此时在电磁场作用下,熔体的温度梯度降低,促进了准固相原子团簇在熔体中的形成,形核率增大,组织细小、均匀.凝固初期,由于电磁场作用使溶质分布均匀,熔体中晶核向各方向的长大速率趋于一致,晶粒以近球形长大.  相似文献

采用近液相线半连续铸造法制备了A356铝合金半固态坯料,并利用电阻炉加热,采用电子显微镜研究了近液相线铸造A356铝合金在二次加热过程中的组织演变.结果表明:A356铝合金半固态坯料组织呈均匀、细小的蔷薇状分布;在585℃加热,保温10~15 min,可获得半固态加工所需的触变性组织.而且,保温温度和保温时间共同影响着二次加热组织的演变过程.随着加热温度的升高,α相的生长和球化的速度变快,保温时间越长,晶粒球化度越高.  相似文献

对SCR技术制备的A2017半固态坯料进行二次加热,利用光学显微镜,电镜,图像分析仪等手段,对坯料二次加热微观组织的演化进行了研究·实验结果表明,在相同加热温度条件下,随着保温时间的延长,晶粒平均等积圆直径增大,晶粒越来越圆整,液相率增加;提高二次加热温度,晶粒长大和球化速度加快·二次加热最佳工艺条件为加热温度580℃,保温时间40~60min或者加热温度600℃,保温20~40min,晶粒平均等积圆直径为70~90μm,固相率在70%左右,适合于半固态加工·组织演化机制分析表明,加热初期阶段,液相少,晶粒主要通过碰撞熔合快速长大;随着保温时间延长,液相增加,晶粒主要通过原子扩散慢速长大并发生...  相似文献

利用电阻炉加热,对半固态A356铝合金触变成形件进行固溶时效处理,并进行组织与性能的观察分析·结果表明:在535℃温度下固溶处理,随固溶时间的延长,强化相溶解充分,合金元素在晶格的分布均匀,强度得到了提高·在180℃温度下时效,强度随时效时间的延长而增大,并达到最大值;进一步延长时效时间,则合金出现软化·触变成形变形带的存在,起到了强化作用·本研究为A356合金液相线半连续铸造生产工业化提供理论指导·  相似文献

在7055铝合金液相线625℃以上,对7055铝合金熔体进行超声波预处理后模铸,研究超声熔体预处理对7055铝合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响.基于超声波对熔体产生的空化效应,讨论了熔体中微粒超声活化成为结晶核心,促进形核和细化晶粒的作用机制.显微组织观察和力学性能测试结果表明:经过超声波预处理后,7055铝合金晶粒明显细化,退火态延伸率和抗拉强度均大幅度提高.  相似文献

研究w(Si)=20%的过共晶Al-Si合金在高于共晶点温度进行热处理后的组织形貌变化.结果表明:热处理温度610℃,保温时间分别为5、10、15min时,随保温时间的延长,粗大的柱状树枝晶α-Al变为近球状组织;不规则的多边形状和花瓣状的初晶Si会逐渐熔断、钝化,最后以15μm小块状和近球状组织出现;粗大的针片状共晶Si先发生熔断变为细小的颗粒状,然后全部熔化,最后在水淬中析出细小颗粒状和纤维状的共晶Si包围α-Al相;热处理温度580℃,保温时间分别为5、15、30、40min时,随保温时间的延长,初晶硅尺寸变细小,直径达到30μm,圆整度不断得到提高,当保温时间达到40min时,共晶硅变为纤维状.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
