本文研究了在PH3.0的条件下,邻二氮菲活化Pd(Ⅱ)催化氧气氧化双硫腙的慢反应,以萃取平衡控制反应时间和水相中双硫腙的浓度,通过测定反应前后有机相中的绿色(620nm)减退,建立了测定痕量Pd(Ⅱ)的新方法.方法的灵敏度为1.0×10~(-8)gPd(Ⅱ)·ml~(-1),线性范围为1.0×10~(-8)-5.0×10~(-7)gPd(Ⅱ)·ml~(-1).对干扰的金属离子可用萃取方法进行分离,对干扰的氧化性离子可用盐酸羟胺消除,将方法用于合成样品中Pd(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

本文研究了钍(Ⅳ)与CPA-pN的显色反应,表明钍与配体的络合比为1:3,络合物在0—50μg/25ml呈线性关系,此蓝色络合物的最大吸收在680nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.55×10~4cm~(-1)·mol~(-1)·1。在有CTMAB或CTMAB及乙醇存在下,其ε_(680)分别为1.35×10~5和1.75×10~5cm~(-1)·mol~(-1)·1,0—17.5μg/25ml和0—15μg/25ml服从比尔定律。在有过量CTMAB存在下,Th(Ⅳ)与CPA-pN的络合比为1:6。试验了外来离子对钍测定的影响。提出的方法曾用于微量钍的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

本文基于在氨性介质中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对H_2O_2氧化亮绿SF反应的催化作用,提出了催化光度法测定痕量铜的新方法,其检出限为1.9×10~(-10)g/ml,线性范围为3.16×10~(-10)~1.15×10~(-8)g/ml。同时,测定了催化反应与非催化反应的表观活化能,研究了共存离子对测定的影响。方法用于铝合金和环境水样分析,获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

在聚乙烯醇(PVA_(124))存在下,锌(Ⅱ)与硫氰酸盐和结晶紫形成离子缔合物,在550nm处有最大吸收峰。0—4μgZn/25ml范围内服从比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.92×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。方法灵敏度较高,选择性好,操作简便,可直接测定金属样品中的微量锌。  相似文献

本文研究了在 PH6.4的 HAc-NaAc 介质中,痕量 Mn(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化铬黑 T 褪色的新指示反应,其反应的表观活化能为63.68KJ·mol~(-1),表观速率常数 K=5.68×10~(-4)/S,半衰期T_(1/2)为20.32mm,该反应为一级反应。由此建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。本方法的 Sandell 灵敏度为4.48×10~(-7)ug/cm~2,测定范围为0~20ng/25ml。对合金钢标样和饮用水中锰的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

5-(4-磺基-1-萘偶氨)-8-羟基喹啉(SNAZO)在乳化剂-OP的存在下与镍(Ⅱ)形成稳定的红色配合物,其镍(Ⅱ)与试剂的组成比为1:4。。配合物在520~540nm的范围内有最大吸收,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε=9.05×10~4l·mol~(-1)·cm~(1),Sandell灵敏度S=6.49×10~(-4)μg/cm~2,Ni(Ⅱ)的浓度在0~0.8μg/ml范围内遵守朗伯-比尔定律。经验试,研究了SNAZO与Ni~(2+)的显色反应性能,并建立了测定微量镍的吸光光度新方法。  相似文献

用单扫示波极谱仪,使钴(Ⅱ)在醋酸钠-醋酸-6-Br-BTAMB-硫酸羟胺底液中于-0.67V产生一灵敏的催化波,钴(Ⅱ)浓度在1.67×10~(-9)~1.67×10~(-7)mol·L~(-1)范围内与催化波峰高成良好的线性关系,检出限达6×10~(-10)mol·L~(-1).研究了催化波的形成条件及性质.测定了分子筛、生物制品及人发等样品中钴的含量.  相似文献

本文详细地研究了钒催化溴酸钾氧化溴代邻苯三酚红的褪色反应,用于监测各种试样中的痕量钒。在最佳测定条件下,方法的表观摩尔吸光系数高达1.51×10~7L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),其灵敏度为3.37×10~(-12)gV(v)/ml,线性范围为3.068~76.70ngV(v)/27ml,选用合适掩蔽剂提高了方法的选择性。该法已用于豆类作物、草霉、人发、麦饭石及水中痕量钒的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
