高温后植筋黏结滑移力学性能试验   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
对在不同受热温度和不同加载制度下混凝土构件中2种锚固长度植筋的黏结滑移力学性能进行了试验.植筋的锚固长度分别为7倍和15倍植筋直径,受热温度分别为50℃,80℃,150℃和200℃.加载制度考虑单向拉拔和反复加载.分析了加载制度、锚固长度和加热温度对植筋试件的极限黏结应力和极限滑移的影响.结果表明,不同条件对植筋试件的黏结滑移力学性能有显著影响.根据试验结果给出了高温后植筋试件黏结应力的计算方法.  相似文献

为了研究木结构植筋连接在火灾高温下的受力性能,本文对10组44个胶合木植筋试件分别开展了室温和高温下的拉拔试验研究,深入分析了胶黏剂种类和植筋杆-胶层界面温度对植筋承载力的影响,研究了试验现象、植筋承载力和滑移性能。试验结果表明:在室温下,传统环氧植筋胶与改性环氧植筋胶的受力性能相差不大;随着植筋杆-胶层界面温度的升高,改性环氧植筋胶的优势越发明显,对于传统环氧植筋胶试件,当植筋杆-胶层界面温度在50℃时拉拔承载力下降了约50%,植筋杆-胶层界面温度超过80℃时拉拔承载力只有室温时的15.4%,而对于本文提出的改性环氧植筋胶,当植筋试件的植筋杆-胶层界面温度在100℃以内时,仍能保持室温极限荷载50%的承载力;在室温时改性环氧植筋胶植筋节点的初始刚度略大,但在高温下改性环氧植筋胶植筋连接的初始刚度显著提高;此外,改性环氧植筋胶试件相对于传统环氧植筋胶试件,其在高温情形下的植筋杆滑移也显著减小。  相似文献

为研究钢筋混凝土构件在高温下的黏结性能,制作了25个中心拉拔试件及8个温度场试件,同时制作了标准立方体试块.对钢筋、标准立方体试块及中心拉拔试件分别进行室温(20℃)、100℃、200℃、400℃和600℃加温,完成了高温后钢筋抗拉强度试验、高温下标准立方体试块劈裂抗拉强度试验、温度场试验及中心拉拔试验.根据温度场试验研究结果,提出一种简易的高温下中心拉拔试验的方法,阐述不同温度下钢筋强度、混凝土抗拉劈裂强度及钢筋与混凝土黏结性能的退化规律,并从混凝土的力学性能退化角度分析了高温环境对黏结强度的影响,并以割线刚度的方法定量地研究了高温对黏结刚度的影响.试验结果表明:高温后钢筋强度在低于400℃时变化不大,高温下混凝土劈裂抗拉强度基本呈线性下降,且高温下钢筋与混凝土的黏结强度变化趋势与混凝土抗拉强度衰减趋势相近.以滑移量0.015mm为临界点,黏结刚度与温度的关系曲线呈现两种不同变化形式.  相似文献

对在不同受热温度、冷却方式和加载制度下钢筋混凝土黏结性能进行试验研究,分析了不同条件下钢筋混凝土的黏结-滑移曲线和极限黏结应力、极限滑移.钢筋混凝土试件的受热温度分别为250℃,450℃和650℃,冷却方式分为自然冷却和喷水冷却2种,加载方式考虑单向拉拔试验和循环往复加载.结果表明,受热温度、冷却方式和加载制度对高温后钢筋混凝土的黏结性能有很大影响.  相似文献

为了测试工程中植筋胶在高温后的安全性能,对3种常用植筋胶分别在25,60,100,160和260°C恒温加载自然冷却后的黏结力学性能开展试验研究.首先,测试了这3种植筋胶的玻璃转化温度.其次,通过拉伸试验,得出了恒温加载、自然冷却后试件受力与滑移曲线关系,极限黏结承载力和其随温度的损失规律.对试验数据拟合,得出受力与滑移三阶段和四阶段数学模型.研究表明,温度会造成植筋试件力学性能的退化,热塑性植筋胶比热固性植筋胶刚性和耐热性均较差.玻璃转化温度是植筋胶高温后承载力的突变点,是植筋胶正常使用的温度上限并影响着它的高温后使用性能.  相似文献

对经历不同温度和玄武岩纤维掺量的混凝土试件进行中心拉拔试验,基于黏结-滑移整体曲线分析温度和纤维掺量对光圆钢筋与混凝土黏结性能的影响.结果表明:400℃以下时,温度对钢筋与混凝土间黏结应力造成的损失较小,黏结-滑移曲线的4个阶段变化明显,而升温至600℃和800℃时造成黏结应力严重损失,曲线没有明显的阶段变化.在200℃时黏结性能较好,在800℃时黏结性能较差.纤维掺量对黏结性能也有较大影响,适量纤维的掺入有利于提高混凝土的整体性能,改善高温后钢筋混凝土的黏结性能,而过量掺入则会降低高温后混凝土黏结性能.  相似文献

设计了直径20 mm、埋深20 cm、混凝土基材强度等级C25的植筋试件30个,并对在常温下、高温自然冷却后、高温下恒温加载和高温下恒载升温4种工况进行了拉拔试验.通过总结其破坏形态,测算其极限承载力、极限粘结应力和承载力损失,得出了高温自然冷却后和高温下恒温加载试件极限粘结应力和承载力损失规律,高温下恒载升温试件在不同预加载力下试件破坏的滑移变化规律;结合工程实际对高温条件下植筋结构的安全性进行了判定,给出了植筋结构抗火设计和维修加固依据,可为推广应用植筋技术提供参考.  相似文献

高温下型钢与混凝土之间的黏结滑移对型钢混凝土结构高温下的力学性能具有重要影响,为了研究高温下型钢混凝土的黏结强度与滑移特性,进行18个高温下型钢混凝土短柱推出试验及3个常温下的对比试验.试验结果表明:高温下型钢混凝土短柱试件的荷载-滑移曲线与常温下大体相似,分为上升段、下降段、残余段.随着温度的升高和最高温度持续时间的增大,型钢与混凝土之间的极限黏结强度和残余黏结强度不断降低,与极限黏结强度相对应的滑移减小,与残余黏结强度项对应的滑移加大.在试验结果基础上,构建了高温下型钢混凝土黏结滑移本构模型,提出了本构模型中极限黏结强度、残余黏结强度及相应滑移的计算方法,计算结果与试验结果基本相符,研究成果为高温下型钢混凝土构件考虑黏结滑移影响的数值模拟分析提供了条件.  相似文献

为避免装配式混凝土结构中钢筋半套筒灌浆连接在火灾后发生失效而造成严重后果,制作了27个14 mm钢筋半套筒灌浆连接试件,并通过高温后的单向静力拉伸试验研究其高温后的力学性能. 试验结果表明,钢筋半套筒灌浆连接试件高温后存在钢筋拉断、钢筋刮犁式拔出2种破坏模式,且浇水冷却使试件更容易出现后一种破坏模式;试件在拉伸过程中灌浆端连接钢筋与套筒之间会产生相对滑移,且随着外部温度的升高滑移量呈现非线性的增长趋势;基于600 ℃高温后的试验结果,依据已有黏结强度公式,给出了避免试件灌浆段钢筋在高温后发生刮犁式拔出破坏的建议;通过对试件弹性阶段的钢筋滑移量进行近似分析,得到了高温后自然冷却条件下钢筋滑移量与温度的二次函数关系曲线.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
