非平稳随机信号ARMA模型时变参数与其WVD的关系

研究了非平稳随机信号自回归滑动平均（ＡＲＭＡ）模型时变参数与其对应的离散ＷＶＤ以及ＡＲＭＡ模型时变参数与连续ＷＶＤ之间的关系，使ＷＶＤ可以用ＡＲＭＡ模型的时变参数表示，计算机仿真结果验证了理论推导。     

带HSV－tk基因的重组腺病毒杀伤离体肺癌细胞的研究

带有单纯疱疹病毒脱氧胸苷激酶基因（ＨＳＶ－ｔｋ）的腺病毒结合ｇａｎｃｉｃｌｏｖｉｒ（ＧＣＶ）对分裂细胞有很强的杀伤作用．在感染复数（Ｍ．Ｏ．Ｉ,ＭｕｌｔｉＰｌｉｃｉｔｙｏｆＩｎｆｅｃｔｉｏｎ）达到１０００时对人体肺腺癌细胞Ａ５４９的杀伤几乎达到１００％．四种人体肺癌细胞株（Ａ５４９,ＬＡＸ,ＳＰＣ,ＳＫＹ）对带ＨＳＶ－ｔｋ的腺病毒（ＡＤＶ／ＲＳＶ－ｔｋ）的杀伤作用表现出不同的敏感性．另Ａｃｙｃｌｏｖｉｒ（ＡＣＶ）和ＧＣＶ对感染了重组腺病毒ＡＤＶ／ＲＳＶ－ｔｋ的细胞都有一定杀伤作用,但杀伤效果有很大差别;就Ａ５４９而言,ＧＣＶ的杀伤作用比ＡＣＶ高７～８倍．此外ＡＤＶ／ＲＳＶ－ｔｋ结合ＧＣＶ杀伤肿瘤细胞时有“旁观者效应”,即感染了ＡＤＶ／ＲＳＶ－ｔｋ的细胞与未感染细胞混合后,后者也明显地遭到杀伤．     

性激素诱导大鼠前列腺增生的免疫组织化学研究

Ｗｉｓｔａｒ雄性大鼠６５只分为正常对照组和实验组．后者均做双侧睾丸摘除术，术后３周根据不同的处理方法分为单纯阉割组、雄激素（Ｔ）处理组和不同比例雌雄激素处理组．以免疫组化ＡＢＣ法观察大鼠前列腺腹叶（ＲＶＰ）内雄激素受体（ＡＲ）和雌激素受体（ＥＲ）含量的变化。结果表明ＲＶＰ内ＥＲ变化不明显，ＡＲ含量在各实验组不同：单纯阉割组动物ＡＲ逐渐减少，雌激素（Ｅ２）与Ｔ同时处理较单用Ｔ处理ＡＲ增加更为显著，Ｅ２增加ＲＶＰ内ＡＲ含量的这种作用须在大鼠体内Ｔ大于一定含量时方能实现。提示Ｅ２可通过增加ＲＶＰ内ＡＲ的含量协同Ｔ对ＲＶＰ正常及异常生长的调节作用，本文对这种效应进行了讨论。     

935例HBsAg阳性血清检测PHSAR的临床意义

采用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测９３５例乙肝病毒（ＨＢＶ）患者血清ＰＨＳＡＲ，并对其与有关ＨＢＶ标志物的关系进行了探讨．结果表明，ＰＨＳＡＲ检出率分别与ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＢｅＡｇ及抗－ＨＢｃ有密切关系，尤以ＨＢｅＡｇ的存在更为相关，是乙肝病毒复制，具有高度传染性的指标之一．     

森林植被遥感分类研究

首先对森林植被类型识别方法的研究概况进行了综述,在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,提出采用植被指数进行植被分类,根据长春净月潭地区植被层反射率数据以及土壤线方程,ＮＩＲ＝１．５０６Ｒ＋０．００７８６,通过对多种植被指数的计算与分析,得出植被指数与植被类型的关系,最易于区分阔地林与针叶林的是ＰＶＩ,其次为ＴＳＡＶＩ和ＭＳＡＶＩ,但后者计算较复杂,不同针对树种间的ＲＶＩ差值较大,因此采用ＲＶＩ来区分各针树     

耐长春新碱人卵巢癌细胞系的建立和耐药机制的研究

采用浓度递增和短期作用法,从人卵巢上皮癌细胞Ａ２７８０中筛选培养出对长春新碱（ＶＣＲ）耐药的细胞亚株（Ａ２７８０／ＶＣＲ）,并对其耐药指数、交叉耐药性,细胞内ＶＣＲ含量以及细胞多药耐药基因,谷胱甘肽Ｓ转移酶表达进行检测,结果：Ａ２７８０／ＶＣＲ对ＶＣＲ的耐药指数高达６１０００倍,并呈多药耐药性;Ａ２７８０经ＶＣＲ诱导耐药后,细胞内ＶＣＲ含量为０;耐药细胞内ＭＤＲ１表达呈阳性,而ＧＳＴ－π表达则为阴性。上述结果表明Ａ２７８０／ＶＣＲ为一获得性高耐受性细胞系,并呈多药耐药特征,其耐药机理与多药耐药基因表达有关。     

电路分析的一种新方法

本文提出把电流、电压、电荷和磁通作为平行的４个网络基本变量，把节点、同孔、割集和回路作为网络拓扑结构的四要素．在此基础上，提出一种研究电路问题的ＮＥＶＡＲ方法：定义了回路复合电阻、回路复合电感、回路复合电弹、割集复合电导、割集复合电容、割集复合倒电感，从而建立了ＮＥＶＡＲ方程组，全称为ＮＥＶＡＲ电路方程组．文中还对ＮＥＶＡＲ方程组同状态方程组和输入一输出方程组作了比较，展示了ＮＥＶＡＲ方程组的求解方法；讨论了ＮＥＶＡＲ方法中处理受控源的问题．把ＮＥＶＡＲ方法应用于集成电路的模拟，讨论了运用ＮＥＶＡＲ方程进行分扯和松驰的问题．     

太阳能热水器吸热效应与结构参数的关系

研究太阳能热水器水管长度（Ｈ）、内半径（Ｒ）和水流速度（Ｖ）间的相互依赖关系．对管内水流过程中的吸热积累效应，提出最佳选择方案及其理论依据．通过计算，求得太阳能热水器在气温不变的单位时间内，吸收热辐射的总能量为一常数     

甘草酸单铵及与无环鸟苷合用体外抗I型单纯疱疹病毒活性

本文采用中性红染料摄入法并结合倒置显微镜下观察。在细胞培养系统中（ＲＫ１３细胞）研究了甘草酸单铵（ＭＡＧ）抗Ｉ型单纯疱疹病毒活性、可能作用环节及与无环鸟苷（ＡＣＶ）合用抗病毒作用。实验结果表明，ＭＡＧ可直接灭活病毒（ＥＤ５０为１ｍｇ／ｍＬ），尤其可抑制细胞内病毒的增殖。另外，４ｍｇ／ｍＬ ＭＡＧ可完全抑制各剂量ＨＳＶ－Ｉ．ＭＡＧ与ＡＣＶ合用表明了相加抗病毒作用。     

离子注入的^75As在SiO2薄膜中的射程参数

用热氧化的方法在Ｓｉ片上制备了不同厚度的ＳｉＯ２薄膜，把能量１００ｋｅＶ和１８０ｋｅＶ的＾７５Ａｓ离子分别注入上述衬底，用２．１ＭｅＶ的＾４Ｈｅ离子对注入后的样品作了背散射分析。测出了＾７５Ａｓ在样品中的射程发布。将实验测出的射程参数与ＴＲＩＭ９０程序预言的结果作了比较，结果表明，实验测量的Ｒ＾ｅｘｐｐ普遍大于ΔＲ＾ｖａｌｐ，上述现象产生的原因可能是在注入过程中Ａｓ原子发生了辐射增强扩散。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
