离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了用离子对反相高效液相色谱法同时测定VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸含量的方法.用HypersilC18色谱柱(ODS2,5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm,),V(甲醇)V(0.5%醋酸溶液)=3070,其中每升流动相加入2.5 mmol的戊烷磺酸钠作为流动相.柱温30℃时于254 nm波长处以外标法测定.结果表明VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸的浓度与峰高成良好的线性关系.VB2的线性范围为2.0×10-7~8.0×10-6g/mL(r=0.999 8),VB6的线性范围为2.0×10-6~5.0×10-4g/mL(r=0.999 0),VB1 2的线性范围为2.0×10-7~8.0×10-4g/mL(r=0.999 9),叶酸的线性范围为2.0×10~5.0×10-5g/mL(r=0.998 7),VC的线性范围为5.0×10-7~8.0×10-5g/mL(r=0.999 1).VB2,VB6,VB12,VC和叶酸的检测限分别为6×10-9g/mL,6×10-8g/mL,7×10-9g/mL,1×10-9g/mL和6×10-8g/mL实验表明该法准确,快捷,操作简便,应用于蜂蜜和复合维生素片中维生素的测定,取得了很好的结果.  相似文献

建立了以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([BMIm]PF6)为萃取剂,结合超声辅助萃取,利用高效液相色谱法同时分离测定虎耳草中的岩白菜素、原儿茶酸和没食子酸三种有效成分的方法.方法:采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸水溶液(20∶80,V/V);流速0.8mL/min;紫外检测波长273nm;柱温为35℃.结果:该方法对岩白菜素、原儿茶酸和没食子酸分别在0.00156~130μg/mL(r=0.99999),0.00172~143μg/mL(r=0.99988),0.00140~116μg/mL(r=0.99993)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.9998,定性检测限(S/N=3)依次是:0.1295ng/mL,0.0749ng/mL,0.0277ng/mL;样品回收率为91.10%~98.26%.结论:本法操作简单快速、定量准确、灵敏度高、成本低、且对环境友好,为虎耳草中岩白菜素、原儿茶酸和没食子酸的检测及分离提供了一个有效的科学方法.  相似文献

建立了用反相高效液相色谱法测定肉牛组织中磺胺二甲基嘧啶杀菌剂残留量的方法.色谱条件是:Shimpack VP-ODS 250 L×4.6色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶ V(乙腈):V(2%乙酸)=15:15:70的溶液为流动相,流速为0.6mL/min,检测波长为270 nm.结果表明磺胺二甲基嘧啶能较好地分离,在4.0×10-3~0.8μg/mL(r=0.999 4)的浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系,检测限(S/N=3)为1.4×10-4μg/mL.实验表明该法简便、快速,应用于实际肉牛组织中磺胺二甲基嘧啶的测定,取得了很好的结果.  相似文献

基于在硫酸介质和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBS)存在下,抗坏血酸(ⅤC)活化钒(Ⅴ)催化溴酸钾氧化番红花红O(R)发射强而稳定的荧光的特性,建立了ⅤC活化溴酸钾氧化番红花红O催化荧光法测定痕量钒(Ⅴ) 的新方法.该催化反应呈一级反应,动力学参数速率常数k = 7.3×10-4/s,表观活化能E = 46.09 kJ/mol.当加维生素C时△If提高10倍.V(Ⅴ)含量在0.040~40.0 pg /m L范围内与△If符合比尔定律.工作曲线的回归方程△If = 116.2 3.932 C V(Ⅴ) (pg/mL),n=6,相关系数r=0.9991.检出限为3.3×10-13/mL.该方法快速、简单、灵敏、重现性好,成功用于茶叶和人发中痕量钒的测定.同时探讨了催化反应机理.  相似文献

建立苯酚与其四种降解中间产物(对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二醌)分离的高效液相色谱分析方法:室温,λ=280nm,流动相V(乙腈)∶V(水)=25∶75,流速为1.2mL/min,进样体积为20μL,C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)ODS色谱柱.实验结果表明苯酚与其四种降解中间产物实现很好分离,苯酚浓度在0.021 52mg/mL~0.107 6mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线为A=7.9×106c-20 025(R2=0.997 8),该检测方法的回收率为102.35%~104.96%.该方法快速、简便、重现性好,可用于分离苯酚与其降解中间产物,为降解含有苯酚的废水工艺提供实验基础和理论依据.  相似文献

采用hypersil ODS-C18色谱柱(150×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水=70:30(V/V)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为301 nm,外标法测定了多贝斯胶囊中多贝斯的含量.多贝斯在1~60μg/mL浓度范围内,峰面积(A)与浓度(C)呈现出良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=-3 019.9 7 127.9 C(μg/mL)(r=0.999 6),此方法的最低检出限为0.1μg/mL.多贝斯在水溶液和尿液中的回收率分别在97.20%~101.0%和97.90%~101.5%之间,重现性良好.本法准确、简单、快速,可应用于药物制剂中多贝斯的质量监控.  相似文献

建立用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定发酵液中赤藓糖醇含量方法.采用Agilent NH2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以V(乙腈)∶V(水)=75∶25为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测器为示差折光检测器,进样量20 μL.赤藓糖醇标准品质量浓度在0.2~ 10 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为Y=2.677 28X+0.218 88,相关系数r=0.999 23,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.66%,试样回收率为98.1%~104.0%.实验结果表明该方法简便、快速、结果可靠.  相似文献

用 XPS研究了 Ni负载量对催化剂表面结构的影响 .选择负载量为 8%的 Ni/γ- Al2 O3催化剂 ,解迭出 Ni2 p3 /2 XPS,Eb(Ni O) =855.2 e V,Eb[Ni- O(T) ] =856.5 e V,Eb[Ni- O(O) ] =857.9e V;测定了不同温度通 H2 还原后吸附丙烯及不同温度吸附丙烯后 Ni2 p3 /2 及 C1 s XPS的变化 .对照EPR及 UV- DRS结果 ,推断丙烯在反应过程中形成 [Ni(C3H6 ) n] (1 -δ) +及 [Ni(C3H6 ) n] (2 -δ) + (n =1 ,2 )过渡态配位化合物 .  相似文献

采用乙醇沉淀法提取红茶菌粗多糖.结果表明,当乙醇终浓度为90%(V/V)时,粗多糖得率为6.1 g.L-1发酵液;并从检测波长、浓硫酸和苯酚用量、显色温度和时间等方面对苯酚-硫酸法进行优化,优化后的苯酚-硫酸法测定条件为苯酚用量1 mL、浓硫酸用量4 mL,60℃显色15 min,检测波长484 nm.该方法显色稳定,重现性好,平均加样回收率R=85.70%,RSD=1.65%(n=5).  相似文献

利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立洛伐他汀胶囊质量控制方法.采用VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mmi.d)柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(磷酸缓冲溶液(pH=4.0))=78∶22,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长238 nm,进样体积10μL,柱温为室温.洛伐他汀在0.004~1.000 g/L内,峰面积与质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率99.19%(n=9),方法精密度RSD为0.32%(n=6),最小检出限3 ng.该方法简单,准确,重现性好,可应用于洛伐他汀胶囊的质量控制.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
