苯酚与其降解中间产物分离的高效液相色谱法研究

摘    要:建立苯酚与其四种降解中间产物(对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二醌)分离的高效液相色谱分析方法:室温,λ=280nm,流动相V(乙腈)∶V(水)=25∶75,流速为1.2mL/min,进样体积为20μL,C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)ODS色谱柱.实验结果表明苯酚与其四种降解中间产物实现很好分离,苯酚浓度在0.021 52mg/mL~0.107 6mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线为A=7.9×106c-20 025(R2=0.997 8),该检测方法的回收率为102.35%~104.96%.该方法快速、简便、重现性好,可用于分离苯酚与其降解中间产物,为降解含有苯酚的废水工艺提供实验基础和理论依据.

Abstract:A HPLC was established for separation of phenol and its four degradation intermediates(hydroquinone,catechol,m-dihydroxybenzene,benzoquinone):room temperature,λ=280nm,V(acetonitrile)∶V(water)=25∶75,v=1.2mL/min.The results show that phenol keeps a good linear range in 0.021 52-0.107 6mg/mL.The standard curve is A=7.9×106c-20025(R2=0.997 8).Its recovery rate is 102.35%-104.96%.The analysis method of HPLC is simple,rapid and reproducible well.It proves that the HPLC is an effective method for the determination of phenol and its degradation intermediates.This research offers experimental base and theoretic reference for waste water disposal technology.
