建立一种甲基紫作显色剂分光光度法测定Fenton反应产生的·OH的方法,所产生的羟自由基与甲基紫作用后使其吸光度降低,利用吸光度值的变化可间接测定所产生的羟自由基,确定了体系最佳实验条件.同时测定抗氧化剂清除羟自由基的实验,证明该体系可作为筛选抗氧化剂的方法之一.  相似文献

铜对H2O2氧化乙基紫的反应有催化作用,测定反应液的吸光度可以跟踪反应,建立了一种测铜的新方法,在适宜条件下该指示反应为零级反应,在一定时间下催化反应和非催化反应的吸光度之差△A与铜浓度在2~120μg/L范围内呈线性,干扰实验说明该方法有较好的选择性,该方法已用于湖水和土豆的测定,结果可靠。  相似文献

研究乙基紫(EV)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的结合反应.在pH=3.78的条件下,HSA的加入使EV在其最大吸收峰(595 nm)处吸光度增强,比EV溶液的吸光度显著增大.用紫外-可见分光光度计测定,在595 nm处EV-HSA溶液的吸光度值与EV溶液的吸光度值之差△A与HSA的浓度c在一定范围内有线性关系,线性响应范围为5.0~150.0 mg/L,检出限为0.097 1 mg/L,用于人血清白蛋白样品测定结果满意,由此建立起快速测定HSA的实用方法.该法具有简便、快速、干扰少、灵敏度高的特点.同时,初步探讨EV-HSA结合机理.  相似文献

在碱性条件下研究了酸性铬兰K(ACBK)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)结合的光度性质,探讨了碱性条件下蛋白质与染料相互作用的机理.结果表明:在pH=9.91的条件下蛋白质能使ACBK吸光度降低且吸收光谱紫移,分光光度法和平衡透析法的结合符合Pesavento提出的相分配模型.此外,推导了有机小分子在蛋白质微相和水相中的分配比D的计算公式,并讨论了ACBK在两相中的分配情况.  相似文献

三苯甲烷碱性染料结晶紫在紫外有强烈吸收,它与·OH反应生成无色物质,使体系的吸光度降低.中药提取物可以清除溶液中的·OH,从而使溶液吸光度下降的程度降低.据此原理建立了一种测定中药对·OH清除率的新方法.确定了体系最佳实验条件为pH5.5,结晶紫浓度2.8×10-6mol·L-1,Fe2+浓度5×10-4mol·L-1,1%H2O2用量0.4mL,反应时间5min以上.测得天然银杏叶和其药剂舒血宁片清除·OH的效果,结果表明:(1)在0.6~3.6g L的浓度范围内,两者对羟自由基均有较好的清除率;(2)浓度相同时,前者对羟自由基的清除效果较好.  相似文献

研究了乙基紫、甲基紫、丁基罗丹明 -B、孔雀绿、结晶紫等五种显色剂萃取光度法测定铼的实验条件。实验表明 ,以乙基紫作显色剂 ,以 (NH4)SO4和酒石酸为介质 ,在pH =2 .4的Na2 HPO4-柠檬酸缓冲液中 ,用苯萃取测定铼灵敏度最高 ,且稳定性好。在 610nm处有最大吸收 ,其摩尔吸光系数ε=2 .7× 10 5。一定条件下用于电吸尘铜烟灰中铼的测定结果满意。  相似文献

采用茚三酮比色法测定了在细菌浸矿的过程中,黄铜矿矿物表面吸附细菌细胞裂解液的吸光度,通过对测量波长、裂解时间、溶液pH值、加热时间、冷却时间等影响吸光度因素的实验研究,得出了黄铜矿表面细菌细胞裂解液吸光度的最佳测定条件为:波长560nm,裂解时间25min,溶液pH值7.0,加热时间15min,冷却时间6min.在最佳条件下绘制出了吸光度与矿物表面细菌吸附量之间关系的标准曲线.研究表明细菌裂解液的吸光值与细菌的浓度成正比.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
