提出一种全MOS器件补偿温度和沟调效应电流控制环形振荡器,以减小通信时钟恢复电路振荡器的振荡频率偏移.与传统振荡器相比,该振荡器采用全MOS器件设计温度和偏置电流补偿电路,在增强可靠性的情况下降低了温度和沟调效应引起的频率偏移.电路采用0.35μm标准MOS工艺设计,通过与传统振荡器性能进行仿真比较,该方法振荡频率的偏移量得到明显改善.  相似文献

基准电流电路是模拟和混合电路系统中非常重要的模块。文章设计了一种高精度基准电流源,在传统PTAT电流电路基础上,增加一级新型电阻和三极管组合电路提高正温度系数,与全MOS管产生的负温度系数电路级联实现温度和工艺补偿。电路基于CSMC-0.5μm工艺,输出电流为100μA,在-20~100℃内具有36×10-6/℃温漂。该设计仅增加很小的面积,即可实现受工艺、电压以及温度变化影响极小的电流源。  相似文献

传统的环形压控振荡器通常是利用控制电阻的方式来达到压控振荡的效果。文章利用容性耦合电流放大器作为压控振荡器的基本反馈单元,并在输出端增加MOS电容来控制振荡频率;分析了利用饱和区的MOS电容特性来实现压控的方法,并采用Smartspice软件和0.6μm CMOS工艺参数对该压控振荡器进行了模拟;结果表明,这种方法对电路的静态工作点影响很小,输出交流波形的频率稳定度高,有良好的线性调谐特性,达到了预期的效果。  相似文献

文章介绍一种用于在宽温度范围内产生稳定时钟信号的温度补偿振荡器。该振荡器基于温度对控制电压的影响改变偏置变容管的容值,补偿因温度变化引起的振荡器频率变化,使整个振荡器的温度系数(temperature coefficient, TC)为0。另外,在通过分频产生几十兆赫兹频率的同时,振荡器的相位噪声性能得到进一步优化。该文在SMIC 180 nm CMOS工艺下完成整体电路的设计与仿真。后仿真结果显示,在1.8 V电源下整体功耗为7.12 mW,中心振荡频率2.400 2 GHz处的频率漂移可达到8.68×10-6-1,经过分频后得到的30 MHz信号在10 kHz偏移下的相位噪声大小为-112.923 dBc/Hz。  相似文献

针对电流存储单元电路中存在的电荷注入误差,提出一种新的注入误差消除方法,该方法能够消除由电荷注入效应引起的输入信号相关误差及直流偏置.设计了一种具有极低电荷注入误差的甲乙类开关电流存储单元电路.采用上华半导体有限公司(CSMC)的5 V,0.6 μm双层多晶双层金属互补型金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)工艺对存储单元进行设计.模拟结果表明:改进后的存储单元可工作在2.5~5 V电压条件下;在输入频率为500 kHz,幅度为50 Μa正弦电流,采样信号频率10 MHz条件下,输出电流的误差仅为未采用补偿方案的单元电路误差电流的0.212 %,同常用的伪MOS开关补偿方法相比,误差电流减小了85.5 %.  相似文献

以传统的Wien bridge电压模振荡器为原型,根据网络与其伴随网络传输函数相同的特点,用伴随运算放大器(AOA)和分立电阻及电容设计出Wien bridge电流模式振荡器,该电路不仅具有速度高、频率高、电压低及功耗小等电流模电路的特点,而且振荡频率和输出幅度可独立的调谐;振荡频率和输出幅度与负载大小无关;振荡频率受寄生电容影响小,输出频率的精确度、稳定度高,电路比较简单,既适合分立电路使用,亦适合VLSI单片集成。计算机仿真证明该设计正确.  相似文献

针对在物联网设备中使用的电阻电容(RC)张弛振荡器低功耗低温漂的需求,通过将RC张弛振荡器中的参考电压产生电路和自偏置电流产生电路复合使用,简化电路结构,减小供电电压和偏置电流,降低电路的功耗.采用水平级联的共栅共源结构、反相器链及时钟电压自举结构,减少温度变化对延时及振荡频率的影响.采用串并联电阻网络减少因电阻工艺偏差导致的影响,并将该电阻网络配置成正温度特性,以平衡RC时间常数和比较器延时的温度依赖性,提高振荡频率的温度稳定性.仿真结果表明:本文RC张弛振荡器的振荡频率为1.2 kHz,功耗和温漂系数分别为1.351 nW和139×10-6/℃,与典型RC张弛振荡器相比,其功耗和温漂性能均有显著的提升.  相似文献

高压MOS器件具有复杂和特殊的结构,存在自热效应与沟道长度调制效应.这些效应使饱和区电流会随电压的增加而减小,即存在负阻效应.为有效表征这一特性,使用标准器件建立子电路模型,通过合适的器件选择和参数设置来模拟负阻效应.同时,根据不同沟道区域的饱和原理,采用不同的模型与参数进行模拟,使子电路适用于不同栅压和漏压.子电路具有精确的模拟性能,在电路模拟中,可以作为一个黑匣子直接调用,克服传统BSIM3模型模拟上的不足.  相似文献

目的设计可工作在高温下的6H-SiC CMOS运算放大器。方法该电路基于标准的PMOS输入两级运放而成,考虑泄漏电流匹配添加Dcomp二极管。利用零温度系数理论和泄漏电流匹配的原则对电路管子的尺寸进行确定。通过求解SiMOS管和6H-SiC MOS管零温度系数点来稳定偏置电路。结果利用Hspice进行仿真,当温度从300K变化到600K时,SiC运放的增益和相位裕度的变化率分别为2.5%和3.3%,而Si电路的增益从300K的64dB降到600K的-80dB。由于SiC MOS器件沟道迁移率低导致器件的跨导低于相同尺寸下的Si器件,所以其开环增益也小于相同结构和尺寸的Si OPAMP。结论此电路可以在高温下稳定工作,但是单管的性能较Si单管差。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
