根据起源地域、类群、物种以及形态特征的差异,从海南大学苦丁茶研究所种质资源圃中选取15份冬青属苦丁茶种质材料进行过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱分析,并从冬青属5个物种中各取1份种质材料进行醇酶同工酶酶谱分析。实验结果表明:1.冬青属苦丁茶其不同物种之种质材料的过氧化物同工酶酶谱和醇酶酶谱均显示出明显的物种间差异;2.过氧化物酶同工酶在冬青属的5个供试物种的所有不同种质材料中均存在一条共同的谱带(PA3),该谱带可视为冬青属苦丁茶的特征谱带;3.不同地域来源的苦丁茶冬青种质材料其过氧化物酶酶谱显示出差异,而同一地域内(或同一类群内)苦丁茶冬青的不同种质材料,其过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱则基本相同;4.醇酶酶谱特征显示,冬青属内不同物种的苦丁茶其酯酶同工酶多态性显著。以上研究结果初步显示,过氧化物酶同工酶和醇酶同工酶之酶谱分析结果可以作为判断冬青属苦丁茶种质材料的起源地域、遗传差异、亲缘关系以及种级水平的分类鉴定的参考依据之一。  相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术,对麻疯树过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶酶谱进行分析,结果表明麻疯树的遗传多样性偏低.以10个麻疯树材料为试材,进行过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶电泳,并应用过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)同工酶对10个麻疯树材料,进行亲缘关系的鉴定,10个麻疯树材料遗传距离在0.72~1.0范围内,当遗传距离为0.8时,可以将其分为3类;而通过同工酶的方法来研究麻疯树的遗传多样性有待进一步工作来验证.  相似文献

研究了不同遮荫条件对假俭草抗氧化酶系统及光合作用的影响,结果表明:遮荫处理后,假俭草叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等保护酶活性、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量随遮荫程度的加大逐渐下降,在活性氧产生速率较低的情况下,保护酶活性处于较低状态;可溶性蛋白质及可溶性糖含量随遮荫程度的增加逐渐下降;光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、水分利用效率(WUE)均随遮荫程度的增加呈下降趋势;胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)随遮荫程度的增加逐渐上升。遮荫条件下假俭草光合速率降低是非气孔因素所致。对照条件下,假俭草具有很高的光饱和点,意味着该草种具有极高的光能利用能力。随遮荫程度的增加,假俭草光补偿点与光饱和点呈下降趋势,但遮荫处理的表观量子效率(AQY)有不同程度的提高,说明该草对弱光具适应性。因此,假俭草具有良好的应用开发前景。  相似文献

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对内蒙古境内东部,中部不同地理分布区的7个居群的根茎冰草(Agropyron michnoi Roshev)苗期过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析。结果表明:不同居群的根茎冰草地的过氧化物酶同工酶谱极为相似,说明同工酶酶谱与不同地理分布区没有十分密切的对应关系;然而,个别水分较充足的居群,其酶带数目较少,表明其同工酶酶谱的变化与水分条件相关联,呈现出一定的多样性。  相似文献

用细胞质雄性不育系小麦和普通小麦中国麦与鄂恩1号为材料,用Davis和Reisfeld不连续聚丙烯酰胺垂直析以凝胶电泳技术进行吲哚乙酸氧化酶和阴、阳离子过氧化物酶同工酶分析,并用SC910型双波段薄层扫描仪进行扫描,记录其谱带数及强弱,结果表明阳离子过氧化物酶同工酶谱与IAA-氧化酶同工酶谱十分相似,而阴离子过氧化物酶酶谱相差甚远,由此表明具有吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性位点的过氧化物酶,应主要是阳离子过氧  相似文献

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了白香蕉、无核紫、红马奶3个葡萄品种杂交后代的叶片过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明个别同工酶区带的遗传行为完全符合经典的孟德尔分离定律,证明了过氧化物酶同工酶是受单基因所控制。根据Px9和“二分体”状带的遗传行为,可以认为白香蕉的基因型为Aa和bb,无核紫为Aa和BB,红马奶为AA和Bb。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
