以钢铁厂的钢渣尾料和水淬矿渣为主要原料,对钢渣尾料和水淬矿渣分别进行湿法球磨,通过原材料计量混合、搅拌加热、浇注发气、静停预养、脱模切割、养护、陈化检验等工序处理后生产出了冶金渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其中,复合外加剂的引入可显著提高冶金渣蒸压加气混凝土砌块各项性能指标.试验结果发现不同养护条件下的加气混凝土砌块存在立方体抗压强度的差异,最后提出了一些规模化综合利用钢渣的建议与途径.  相似文献

为了提高钢渣的利用率,改善掺入钢渣对混凝土电通量的不利影响,通过磷渣粉与钢渣粉复掺的方式,制备了强度等级为C40的钢渣粉-磷渣粉混凝土。采用扫描电镜和压汞法等手段,研究了钢渣粉、磷渣粉单掺及复掺时对混凝土水化产物和微观结构的影响。试验结果表明:当总掺量为60%(钢渣粉与磷渣粉掺量比为2∶1)时,28 d抗压强度达到59.4 MPa,是空白组的116%,56 d电通量为1 450 C,低于空白组电通量,比单掺40%钢渣粉组的电通量降低了1 749 C。该复掺方式比单掺钢渣粉或磷渣粉更能减少水泥的用量。磷渣粉的掺入使钢渣粉掺量从20%左右提升到了50%,不仅提高了钢渣粉的利用率,还改善了钢渣粉掺入对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性的不利影响。  相似文献

为了进一步完善钢渣高温重构技术,采用煤渣、闷罐钢渣等废渣与电炉还原渣配制了用于钢渣重构的复合组分调节材料,考察了高温重熔后复合组分调节材料的体积稳定性与胶凝性能.结果表明:电炉还原渣与煤渣或闷罐钢渣以合适比例复合配制的组分调节材料,经1200℃重熔后能保持良好的体积稳定性,其复合组分调节材料胶凝性能显著超过电炉还原渣及重构钢渣.  相似文献

钢渣用作建筑材料时,由于其中含有大量游离氧化钙(f-CaO),稳定性较差,通常需要改性钢渣以提高其稳定性、胶凝性.在对钢渣、高炉渣进行化学成分和矿物组成分析的基础上,对高炉渣改性钢渣的可能性进行了热力学计算,结果表明高炉渣中的SiO2与钢渣中f-CaO反应,生成胶凝相,同时降低了钢渣中的f-CaO含量.本文通过研究热态高炉渣改性钢渣,结合X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜及能谱分析等研究方法,对改性钢渣的矿物成分、f-CaO含量、黏度变化等进行了分析.研究发现随着热态高炉渣配比量的增加,改性渣黏度缓慢增加,改性钢渣中f-CaO、RO相含量降低,改性渣的胶凝性能提高.在1550℃下,钢渣中添加10%高炉渣时,改性渣中2CaO·SiO2(C2S)、3CaO·SiO2(C3S)含量显著提高,f-CaO质量分数降至1.64%,稳定性大大提高,符合建材化使用要求.此外,进一步使用焦炭还原改性渣中的铁,轻松实现了渣铁分离,提高改性渣的易磨性.  相似文献

建立科学和有效的评价方法有助于稳步推进我国的生态工业园生态环境建设。研究根据系统性、阶段性和可操作性原则,利用层次分析法构建了生态工业园生态环境评价指标体系,包括生态经济指数、环境质量指数、污染控制指数和景观生态指数4个准则层以及其所属20个指标。对南昌和萍乡高新技术工业园的评价结果显示,生态环境质量指数可以反映2个工业园生态环境状况及其限制因子。  相似文献

循环经济是氯碱化工生态工业园实现可持续发展的一种重要的实践途径,如何判断其循环经济发展所处的阶段和辨别其发展中存在的主要问题是该类园区亟待解决的难题。从经济、物质减量与循环、污染控制、生态环境和园区管理五个方面选取评价指标,采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法对氯碱化工生态工业园的循环经济进行综合评价,为企业、园区制定循环经济发展决策提供科学依据。最后,以某氯碱化工生态工业园为例,证实了研究的有效性。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
