1988—1989年从南昌市郊油菜根际土壤分离得161个菌株,从中筛选出13个菌株进行生长促进试验.二次盆栽试验结果表明,JS-3和JS-4的促生长效果最好,油菜出苗率、植株鲜重、株高和叶片的大小以及产量均有显著增长.同时还讨论了JS-3、JS-4与JS司和JS-2配成菌株组合的增产效果.  相似文献

为从放线菌F12产生的抑菌活性物质的提取提供理论依据。在低温水底土壤中分离筛选出一株放线菌,命名为F12。对其活化后进行摇床发酵,用杯碟法测其发酵产物对产气杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌1、霉菌2、霉菌3、酵母菌Y1、酵母菌Y2的抑制效果。结果显示:F12菌株的发酵液对产气杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有很好的抑制效果,对酵母菌Y1也有一定的抑制效果。对变形杆菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌1、霉菌2、霉菌3、酵母菌Y2没有明显的抑制效果。此方法简单,效果可靠,为寻求和开发新的微生物资源,对新抗生素的发现提供实验根据。  相似文献

本研究从广西钦州茅尾海红树林保护区土壤中分离出的假单胞菌群着手,对其进行重金属耐受性能筛选,旨在获得可对重金属污染环境进行高效修复的菌株。选用传统稀释涂布法和16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析红树林土壤中的可培养假单胞菌;通过肉汤稀释法对菌株展开6种重金属耐受特性研究,对其进行耐受基因检测,并进一步测试重金属耐受活性显著菌株的重金属吸附性能。结果表明,从红树林土壤中共获得23株假单胞菌,18株菌对至少一种重金属表现出耐受活性,总阳性率为78.26%;10株菌的基因组DNA中检测出重金属耐受基因。其中,对铅和/或锌耐受活性显著的11株菌中,Y234、Y123、Y264、Y225和Y346具有显著的吸附性能,铅和/或锌的吸附率均大于50%。广西钦州茅尾海红树林保护区土壤中可培养假单胞菌群丰富,其重金属耐受活性显著,具有较大的挖掘潜力。  相似文献

提出了一种对毒死蜱污染土壤的生物修复方法.该方法主要从土壤中筛选出一株适合接种到堆肥体系中的毒死蜱降解菌Y3,并采用4个堆制体系考察在接种与不接种菌株Y3的两种堆肥化条件下,土壤中残留的毒死蜱对堆肥进程的影响和毒死蜱的降解情况.结果表明不接种降解菌Y3的堆制B能够在40 d的堆制时间内达到腐熟,并且在堆制第32 d时使土壤中的毒死蜱被完全降解.接种降解菌Y3的堆制C能够更快消除堆肥中植物毒性,减少堆肥腐熟的时间,并且使毒死蜱被完全降解的时间缩短了12 d,接种筛选的降解菌Y3堆肥修复毒死蜱污染土壤的方法切实可行.  相似文献

从活性污泥和土壤中筛选到数株能发酵生产絮凝剂的菌株,其中编号为M15、M10、Y1、F4的菌株具有显著的絮凝效果(絮凝率均大于70%).将其两两混合培养,发现M15+Y1、M10+F4混合培养后其发酵液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率较单一菌株培养时均有较明显的提高,并且具有较好的热稳定性.其中M15+Y1复合菌群在添加营养盐的污水培养基中生长良好,其发酵液对城市污水的絮凝效果可达80.5%,且具有良好的脱色效果(脱色率为90.3%).  相似文献

对16种新疆常见的植物进行了室内杀蚜效果的初步筛选试验,结果表明:杀蚜效果最好的是辣椒,其次是马齿苋,其它依次为苦豆子、艾蒿、万年青和扁蓄;处理48h后,校正死亡率最低为62.5%,最高可达91.7%。并对杀蚜植物进一步研究应注意的问题提出了建议。  相似文献

在旱作区开展不同时期灌水量试验研究,确定合理的灌水时期与灌水量,为发展旱作节水农业提供新的技术依据。试验结果表明:旱作玉米采取膜下滴灌,拔节期灌水,以亩灌水7m^3增产效果最好,增产率达12.86%;喇叭口期灌水,以亩灌水7m^3增产效果最好,增产率达15,83%,亩灌水5m^3次之,增产率达11.22%。  相似文献

从堆肥土壤中筛选得到16株产蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶活力较高菌株。通过摇瓶筛选试验。确定了由14株菌组成的高效降解泔脚垃圾的微生物制剂,并在1.5kg泔脚处理机上进行降解试验。结果表明,投入100g菌粉能在24h内将1.5—2.0kg泔脚垃圾基本降解,降解率达95%以上,连续运转1个月,其分解能力没有下降。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
