ST/HR斜率与单光子发射计算机断层摄影术心肌灌液显像

分析了ST/HR斜率对冠心病(CHD)的诊断价值,应用ST/HR斜率计算机自动分析系统与运动介入单光子发射型计算机断层摄影术(SPECT)心肌显像同时进行,检测60例临床怀疑CHD患者,并对30例健康正常人进行了ST/HR斜率检测。结果表明:ST/HR斜率与SPECT心肌显像二者结果有良好的相关性(r=0.58,P<0.005),符合率为80%,SPECT阳性者其斜率值高于SPECT阴性者及正常人群(均P<0.05);若以SPECT为标准,ST/HR斜率与普通运动试验诊断CHD的敏感性分别为81.6%和73.9%(P>0.05),特异性分别为77.3%和45.5%(P<0.05),以正常人为ST/HR斜率与普通运动试验的特异性分别为93.3%和70.0%(P<0.05);SPECT显示2个以上节段心肌缺血者,其斜率值明显高于单一节段缺血者(P<0.05)。     

基于虚拟仪器的心功能检测系统的设计

设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的具有心电采集和踏车控制功能的心功能检测系统.系统采用自行设计的数据采集卡来实现心电数据的安全测量和输出控制指令.数据采集卡由心电信号放大电路、信号采集电路、踏车控制电路组成,通过USB接口与PC机相连.系统软件采用LabVIEW编程语言,可实现数据库管理、心电波形显示、心电特征点分析、实时心率显示、ST段识别、踏车控制、数据即时存储、波形回放以及打印诊断结果等功能.     

平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影的对照分析

目的 通过平板运动试验与冠状动脉造影的对比分析,评价运动试验诊断冠心病的价值.方法 拟诊冠心病患者329例,分别行冠状动脉造影术和活动平板运动试验,将两种检查结果 对比分析.结果 329例患者中,平板运动试验阳性183例,其中CAG阳性136例,CAG阴性47例.平板运动试验阴性146例,其中CAG阴性115例,CAG阳性31例.平板运动试验检出CAD的敏感性为81.4%(136/167),特异性为71.0%(115/162),阳性预测值74.2%(136/183),阴性预测值78.8%(115/146),预测准确性为76.3%(251/329),假阳性率为25.7%(47/183),假阴性率为21.2%(31/146);冠状动脉单支病变较多支病变者易出现平板运动试验假阴性.结论 平板运动试验是冠心病诊断的一项筛选试验,与冠脉造影结合起来可以提高冠心病诊断的准确性.

导航系统中短码受到系统内干扰的分析方法

针对利用干扰系数计算系统内干扰时,用码片的功率谱代替导航信号功率谱的探讨.提出以干扰系数随多普勒频偏的波动范围大于2 dB为短码的界定指标.若导航信号的数据速率小于码速率除以码长,则界定为短码,否则视为长码.当信号为长码时才可用码片的功率谱代替导航信号的功率谱.以美国的全球定位系统(GPS)L1频段上的C/A码为例,对短码受到的系统内干扰进行了分析.

运动对认知功能促进作用的机制及影响因素

采用文献法，概述了运动对认知促进作用的中介变量和调节变量。中介变量包括运动能够影响神经系统的功能；运动可以提高突触可塑性、神经生成以及血管功能；运动能够提高大脑神经营养因子和生长因子的有效性。调节变量包括运动本身的定量和定性特点、受试者的个性特点、效应评价指标的敏感性及特异性等。     

光伏系统中一种改进MPPT算法的研究

针对传统扰动观察法存在功率振荡和误判的问题,提出了一种功率预测与自适应变步长相结合的扰动观察法。自适应变步长能够按照P-U特性曲线的斜率自动改变步长,进而解决传统扰动法跟踪速度与跟踪精度不能兼顾和稳定后功率波形振荡较大的问题。当光照强度发生剧烈变化时,功率预测法能够根据P-U输出特性曲线进行预测,进而达到消除误判的问题。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建光伏系统MPPT仿真模型,并对改进扰动法和传统扰动法进行仿真对比,结果表明,改进的扰动法能够克服传统扰动法存在功率振荡和误判问题,可以使光伏系统快速、准确地实现最大功率点跟踪控制,并使之稳定运行在最大功率点处。     

心电微伏T波交替检测的一种方法

为心电微伏T波交替的临床研究寻找一种合适的检测方案,文章对T波交替检测的影响因素——运动方案、信号预处理、QRS复波位置、T波选取及心电信号的相关问题进行了分析,对T波交替检测的算法进行了仿真研究。在此基础上,确定了一种T波交替检测的方案,采用活动平板试验,按照新设计的运动方案,采集运动心电信号,通过功率谱分析,检测其运动过程中T波交替出现的频度和幅度。给出了采用该方案对受试者进行T波交替检测的实例。分析研究及实测结果表明该方案可用于检测微伏T波交替。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.     

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。
